WASHINGTON -- Former Secretary of State Colin Powell says illegal immigrants do essential work in the U.S. and he has firsthand knowledge of that -- because they fix his house.

Powell, a moderate Republican, urged his party Sunday to support immigration generally because it is "what's keeping this country's lifeblood moving forward."

In an interview with NBC's "Meet the Press," he said a path to legal status should be offered to illegal immigrants because they "are doing things we need done in this country."

He added: "They're all over my house, doing things whenever I call for repairs, and I'm sure you've seen them at your house. We've got to find a way to bring these people out of the darkness and give them some kind of status."

Perhaps Powell should have distinguished following differences between legal and illegal immigrants. Legal immigrants come to America to be self sufficient Americans contributing to improving Heaven’s favorite Constitutional due process republic.

Illegal immigrants come to America for one of three types of greed: criminal proceeds, illegally obtained wages, and or taxpayer funded public subsidies like health care, education and rest of America’s social welfare handouts.

First example, legal immigrants represent portion of population with lowest incidents of crime. Illegal immigrants represent about ten percent of America’s population and compose about forty percent of America’s jail and prison populations.

Many illegal immigrants do not migrate to become Americans; rather re-conquer much of America to be returned to Mexico, or replace America’s Constitution by force with Islamic fascist ideology masquerading as peaceful religion.

Third does anyone seriously believe that illegal immigrants given any type of amnesty will vote to reduce their free welfare benefits; even if they know not doing so will destroy America’s economy? What do majority of illegal immigrants care, they leech America’s hospitals, schools, social service agencies into bankruptcy, they can always return to their homelands.

Greatest threats from illegal immigrants to Americans are not: crime, financial losses, or even Islamic fascist terrorists brought into America with illegal entries. Greatest threat to Americans is illegal immigrants importing third world insects and diseases which can cause pandemics due to existing unavailable medical treatments.

Who are first Americans illegals encounter? Answer, smugglers who rob, rape, and murder them. Who are second group of Americans illegals encounter unethical capitalists.

A recent assignment required me to spend seven weeks working undercover as “white trash” in illegal immigrants’ jobs market. Up front salary agreement was five dollars an hour paid daily plus one meal for hard physical labor that included: mixing cement by hand to make concrete, landscaping, ranch work, farm work, metal fabrication, construction work, and other miscellaneous work.

Only one employer out of nine paid five dollars an hour with good or decent meals. Other eight varied from underpaying or not paying for services provided. One employer paid only one hundred dollars for two weeks hard work, averaging ten dollars a day for eight hours day. (Let stealing slide did not want to be branded troublemaker and lose future work.)

Other scams were charging exorbitant prices for rent, food, beer so illegals ended up owing employer money at end of pay period. Some employers would insult illegals getting them to leave before pay period, or turning them over to Immigration to avoid paying them.

Meals ranged from spoiled leftovers to: stale crackers, out of date fish, moldy potato salad (did not eat bad fish or rotten potato salad), to one fifty cent package of peanuts, and in many cases no meals. My most memorable meal was choice between one hot can of generic coke or one slice of watermelon. I never knew how much I liked watermelon.

The third group stealing illegals blind are immigration lawyers making unachievable promises for exorbitant up front fees. It seems best way to abuse people’s humanitarian rights is to promise to defend their civil rights.

Combine treatment of illegals by first three groups of Americans they encounter smugglers, unethical capitalists, and dishonest immigration lawyers with almost five hundred years of hatred against white Europeans and one hundred and seventy-five years hatred against Americans. Why should illegals ever be expected to assimilate into American culture?

Greed brought many illegal immigrants to America, and greed can send most of them home. Give all illegal immigrants thirty days to take their ill-gotten gains and return home, after thirty days all illegal immigrant assets will be subject to asset seizure by existing asset forfeiture laws. Local, state, and federal agencies making seizures receives percentage of illegal immigrant related seizures.

Illegal immigrants accepting taxpayer funded services including but not limited to education, medical services, social services, or earned income refunds are guilty of felony fraud and should forfeit rights for them and their immediate families to ever become American citizens.

Public employees knowingly providing taxpayer services to illegal immigrants not reporting illegal immigrants to law enforcement, permanently forfeit their pensions and rights to public sector employment.

Contemporary Mexican illegal refugees deal with contemporary American smugglers, unethical capitalists, and immigration lawyers; why wouldn’t Mexican illegals have as much contempt towards Anglo America as Islamic fascists towards western civilization?

Answer to question, why can’t we all get along is there are people who just do not want to get along. Many uneducated illegals will never assimilate into American society. Unethical capitalists who exploit illegals also exploit American workers when given opportunity.

Ask yourself one final question: does it matter why any group be they legals or illegals want to steal your property and harm you and your family based on actions resulting from immaturity, ignorance, greed, cultural hatred, or religious fanaticism? Never forget, those who ignore national security spend too much time at cemeteries.

Second question does not voluntarily giving money to a person during commission of a crime to buy a gun for another crime make the one providing the money guilty of a crime?

Employer hires an illegal immigrant who uses the illegal wages to buy car and beer that result in a DUI accident that murders innocent citizens, is not the employer guilty of both civil contributory negligence and also an accessory to negligent homicide? 

Bottom line, providing aid or comfort to one engaged in criminal activity makes on both civilly and criminally liable for actions of the person engaged in criminal activity. Illegal immigrants are by definition engaged in criminal activity. Want to dry up the jobs market for illegal immigrants, turn trial lawyers loose on those providing, employment, transportation, or aid to illegal immigrants.

Justice for American citizens should keep trial lawyers busy for a while, since thirty million plus illegal immigrants on American soil represent ten percent of America’s population and commit thirty though closer to forty percent of crimes in America.

Non-assimilation for illegals evolves from a big lie to a dangerous lie when illegals become a recruitment tool for international terrorists.

Questions to Powell’s words: “illegal immigrants do essential work in the U.S. and he has firsthand knowledge of that -- because they fix his house.”

1. If Powell is engaging in civil disobedience; if so, should he not turn himself in to further illustrate his moral position in a court of law?

2. Is Powell just advocating and engaging in lawless behavior which conflicts with oath he took to Heaven  “to uphold, protect, and defend” America’s constitution; maybe he no longer honors oaths as a Moderate Republican?

Would not Powell’s reputation be better served if he just publicly stated that he was a Republican in name only, supported racist based affirmative action, supported Obama’s Marxist-fascist Administration, and like other moderate Republicans has abandoned America’s Judeo-Christian traditions and values to serve as America’s ruling elite since America’s conservative middle class was just too stupid to vote what was in ruling elite’s best interest?

Answer to question starts with separating two different concepts: principal and principle. Giving U.S. Senator Cornyn, benefit of doubt; Texas Drifter will grant that Cornyn’s answer involves principle not principal.

Principle involves the word integrity which is defined as “quality of possessing and steadfastly adhering to high morals or professional standards”.

American Conservative Union gives Senator Cornyn .92 (point ninety-two) conservative rating based on his career voting record. A good showing for Cornyn’s conservative “professional standards” integrity.

The “fly in the buttermilk” as some might say, what does Cornyn’s ethical conduct behind closed doors in Republican Primary elections, of supporting mostly if not all Moderate Republican Aristocrats who tend to vote with Liberal Democrats on key issues; really say about Cornyn’s integrity?

Cornyn’s supported establishment aristocrat Moderate Republicans who are known snobs, who dismiss Conservative Judeo-Christian Patriots as lumpen-proletariat (Moderate Republican snobs’ perception of middle class people who are content with being intellectually and socially inferior).

Comparable example, how Bush Dynasty personally treated President Reagan and Reagan’s Administration. It  is becoming better known how most Moderate Republicans are in reality Obama sympathizers.

Perhaps Senator Cornyn has forgotten that integrity is based on one standard, consistency; and that consistent ethics in public with inconsistent ethics in private is not unquestionable integrity.

Somewhere between three and four in morning, I heard tapping on door. Halfway stumbled into door, to find older man dressed from 1930’s. He said, “I heard Texas Drifter has almost been down with brush country blues lately,” (as he handed me small yellowing piece of paper). He closed with, “Thought these few words might help you work off your self pitying blues with renewed faith in Heaven, country, and fellow conservatives.”

Pay attention You and Yours. Following are words scribbled on that paper.

Make no doubt about Texas Drifter using this writing exercise to discourage Obama, his Administration, Marxist Democrat Aristocrats, public employees and some of their public service unions, public subsidy addicts, Obama worshipers, and Moderate Republicans well known Obama sympathizers, that engaging in public sector terrorism against America’s sleeping middle class giant could lead to events that evolve beyond anyone’s control.

One empirical note once people start to like abusing, hurting, and killing other people, it gets easier to do. Reference how many serial killers started torturing and killing small animals with sooner frequency, which eventually evolved to torturing and killing people with sooner frequency. Same principles apply to social activists who feel they are smarter than Heaven, and become more and more desperate to punish those not supporting activists failing ideological utopian plans.

As political ideologists acts become more and more violently desperate, these actions can awaken individual cases of self defense which can escalate into mob rule. Two examples, remember “let them eat cake” consequences for French aristocracy in late 1700’s. Also remember treatment of Russia’s aristocracy by Leninists in early part of 1900’s.

Some one once wrote times never change only the names. Sentence is accurate as America’s aristocrats are now Marxist-fascist Leninists, plus public bureaucrats, public subsidy addicts, and Moderate Republicans. History has come full circle as the Marxist-fascist Leninists who butchered Russia’s aristocracy have now become equivalent to Russia’s aristocracy while America’s middle class in on outside looking in.  

Above observations are not a threat to America’s new political aristocracy and its allies. Never forget old adage: all evil deeds are eventually punished either on earth or in Heaven. Offended masses, be they peasants, proletariat, or middle class are eventually likely to settle aristocrat sanctioned government abuses and injustices. Some of worst examples could very well be abuses and injustices by “affirmative action policy” created racist aristocrats. Hint, hint eventual public outcry against Justice Department policies and prosecutions guided by minority racist policies against majority middle class members of all ethnic and racial backgrounds.

Equal truth is that racial crimes carried out by Ku Klux Klan in white robes is no different than crimes committed by America’s Attorney General and Justice Department and activist federal and state judges in black robes.

America’s Marxist-fascist in some cases racist Democrats, their supporters, Moderate Republicans, and rest of America last crowd need to re-think their plans to steal America’s 2010 November elections as it could result in crossing lines that cannot easily be re-crossed.

Translation: reader hopefully recalls American Revolutionary war flag “displaying rattlesnake with motto “Don’t Tread On Me”.  Hopefully reader will remember this thought from a Texas ranch scout who prefers company of neighbors like venados, coyotes, cascabeles, javelinas, and seldom seen jaguarundi to Marxist-fascist liberal political people.

You not so nice people are on your own, as it is not Texas Drifter’s polices to get between any political mob provoked by self-destructive aristocrats who brought miseries they are suffering down on themselves.

Recall, exploited mistakes or poor timing cause defeats, not strengths. Patience is crucial for there are no second chances in politics. Chances are, if they’re not looking for you, they won’t find you. Another technique of good security is being long gone before the bad guys arrive or show up.

There are three types of political tactics:

I) Nonviolent - voting for most or least qualified candidate, seeking office through election or appointment, lobbying, trades, demonstrations, strikes, civil disobedience, bribery, blackmail, coup d’etat and other methods.

Terrorism can be defined as the threat of or use of non-offensive violence against civilians, bystanders, or the non-involved. There are two types terrorism: private sector and public sector (domestic and foreign).

The goal of public sector terrorism is manipulation of majority or minority portions of the population. Public sector motives for terrorism include: 1) greed for taxpayer dollars for career advancements; 2) lust for power to control citizens by reducing or eliminating constitutional rights; or revenge which makes examples of citizens wanting freedom or justice. Some examples of public sector terrorism include: Sherman’s March through Georgia, Wounded Knee, Waco Massacre, countless on site executions, and numerous malicious corrupt prosecutions.

ICMs (investigation company managers) should never forget that the odds are fifty-fifty that any domestic terrorism could have been carried out by public sector bureaucrats pretending to be dissidents.

Two motives for civil servants to frame the bad guys include: 1) additional justification to pass legislation which gives government more power at the expense of constitutional liberties and 2) more power translates into better job benefits and more career advancement opportunities for public sector bureaucrats.

When it comes to domestic terrorism, domestic governments clearly have the motives; the resources; the opportunities; the mentality; and most important of all, access to the criminal justice system which facilitates framing likely suspects.

III) Non participation - different than apathy; this tactic was first formalized by the Radical Civil Union in Argentina during the latter part of the nineteenth century. Nonparticipation may be resorted to when peaceful tactics do not achieve partial success and conditions do not warrant the use of violence.

This approach may also be used to provide the citizen time to acquire appropriate or additional resources for alternate responses. A key factor in nonparticipation or partial nonparticipation is mass education. The community should be aware that the group which has chosen not to support “the lesser of two evils” is still politically conscious. In some scenarios, voters are accomplices to tyranny or mob rule.

This tactic allows the system sufficient time to stagnate from oppression Or mismanagement; while providing the activist with more material for propaganda. The Radical Civic Union failed to achieve their long term goals even though their nonparticipation tactic served its purpose. By failing to remain publicly politically active, the Radical Civic Union was not in a position to capitalize on initial success.

Nonparticipation extends beyond not voting and does not include being politically dormant. This tactic includes not working for or volunteering to help the offending political system. At the same time, the citizen should maintain political skills by working only for private nonprofit type organizations.

Socialist governments dilute the impact of their corruption and incompetence by recruiting private citizens to provide volunteer services for public sector service programs. These citizen volunteers are subsidizing their own tyranny. Governments may be able to force citizens to pay taxes, but they cannot force citizens to be volunteers or employees. Excluding matters of national security, and support for the armed forces; patriotic citizens should not lend their support or loan their services to corrupt or incompetent governments.

This tactic offers results with minimum costs and eliminates the need for marches, demonstrations, protests, or violence. An old friend said it best: anything for country, not a damn thing for socialist governments.

As political power is neither created nor destroyed, rather collected or dispersed the regenerative progression concept suggests that the future states could appear as “internationalist regional committees.”

3. Refugees escaping violence of Mexico’s sooner than one thinks next civil war.

Solutions:
1. Establish de-militarized zone on Mexico’s side of international boundary initially managed by specially trained American  military forces;
2. Establish refugee center/s for illegal immigrants returned to Mexico (These centers prevent need to process refugees being housed on United States soil before any and all illegals being returned to Mexico.);
3. Explain to Mexico that American forces will leave as soon as Mexicans put their “own house back in order”;
4. Continue to maintain secure fence between Mexico and United States while maintaining full security between all legal ports of entry between both Mexico and United States;
