Part II

An associate asked why I describe re-arranging words as writing exercises. Answer is not that complicated, when one compares standards set by America's Founding Fathers to behavior of counterfeit conservatives better known as pretender patriots.

1)Patrick Henry: Should I keep back my opinions at this time through fear of giving offence, I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my country and of an act of disloyalty towards the majesty of Heaven, which I revere above all earthly kings.
It is natural for man to indulge in illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? The men to make a State must be religious men. I speak of men who have it in their heart as well as on their brow. Someone once said, those who ignore history are condemned to repeat history. America is not immune from the lessons of history. Contemporary Americans who ignore silent words by American patriots will never learn what mistakes to avoid or how to perpetuate their constitutional republic. George Washington might have suggested that politically correct patriotism like pretender patriotism are both dangerous frauds.

Not identifying some well known contemporary conservatives, all their optimism combined with all the optimism in the universe will not change inevitable reality. America as established by its Founding Fathers will eventually cease to exist or die. A more realistic appropriate goal is to delay the evitable.

American patriots, like all other American writers can never become great authors. Great writers only get published in the Bible; to presume or proclaim self appointed greatness is vain blasphemy. The goal of American patriotic writers is to inspire and teach contemporary and future patriots.

Ultimate question is not “if” but “when” America’s constitutional republic ceases to exist or die. Only children and immature adults believe that America’s constitutional republic will last forever. The question that should concern patriots, is will America’s constitutional republic end before its time? Those responsible for America’s constitutional republic premature time can be left for another writing exercise.

History predicts that America’s constitutional republic will be followed by some type of empire. Three possible options include following brutal anarchy, Americans unlike Europeans will not easily succumb to tyranny like Europeans did with Hitler’s Nazism.

Back to America’s future history options: 1) liberal Democratic Marxist-fascist Greenism serving power brokers, public subsidy addicts, many public employees, and illegal immigrants; 2) internationalist moderate Republicans and counterfeit conservatives trying to partner up with option one; and 3) still members to be determined constitutional empire.

Concerning yours truly, old men are similar to old dogs. One group does not readily take to new tricks. One thing about getting older, it is harder to remember new oaths; seems easier to continue working on writing exercises to delay America’s “when”. Only remaining answer is which line will you step up too?

Part III

People have for centuries and probably will for centuries use and love symbols; a simple cross represents Christianity, while a star represents Judaism.

Brutal reality conservatives are too diversely independent to ever present a single unified voice.  Traditional conservative patriot leaders need a single unifying symbol; different Christian denominations and Jewish groups have their single unifying symbol.

Symbols represent one letter words. As letters are collections of mobile words, banners and flags can be considered mobile symbols. Flags can not only used to identify groups of people, but also be used to define groups of people.

Consider the American Flag; the thirteen stripes represent the thirteen original colonies. Red stripes symbolize courage and honor. White stripes symbolized virtue. Each of the fifty white stars represents a different state. Some suggest that the color blue stands for Constitutional oath to God's Heaven.

Other American groups also have flags. Each state has its own flag symbolizing its unique history and community pride. Even some organizations making America a better place to live also have flags.

Liberal Democrats and Greenists exhibit green flags displaying a plant representing their Marxist-fascists beliefs and honoring their god a tree. Speaking only for myself, worshiping a god that ends up as chips for a barbeque; you conservative readers get the idea.

Internationalist moderate Republicans and counterfeit conservatives do not have a flag to worship their god unethical capitalism. The rude truth is moderate Republicans are still trying to public relations their way out of their last symbol problems. Remember their "Golden Calf" fiasco?

Perhaps the time has arrived for America's conservative citizens to have their own flag? Consider an American flag with all red stripes and no white stripes. Rest stays same with same messages except no white stripes until contemporary virtue is not equivalent with promiscuity, decadence and pride in constantly trashing America by what most conservatives call pop culture.

Citizens flag offers the single unifying symbol needed by conservative leaders for their conservative followers. While Internationalist Republicans like Bush II and Marxist Democrats like President Obama will continue to misrepresent conservative words, they cannot misrepresent the message conveyed by citizens flag.

In all of human history, there have only been five great republics: Athens, Rome, America, Texas, and ours in this year of our Lord 3216. Why have the citizens of this once great republic failed to learn that no republic is immune from the lessons of history?
 
Excluding Texas which joined America before it was attacked in a second war of aggression by Mexico; are we not following the same paths of self destruction that caused the collapse of Athens, Rome, and America? Do not our beyond the borders special economic policies mirror those of Pericles and America’s Internationalist Republicans and Socialist Democrats?
 
A crisp comparison, between Pericles the architect of Athens collapse, and America’s socialist Presidents who facilitated the collapse of the world’s third great republic; both were essentially honest, but surrounded themselves with associates who placed greed above national security.

Closing with a little good news, rather not go into detail; America’s reserves are out there. Those serving on America’s front lines on American soil, as well as those behind American lines on American soil need only survive until America’s re-awakening.

Entry 023

Part I: Obama’s Eventual “Due Process” Health Care

If public health care is not provided for smokers, why not eventually exclude following?

1. alcoholics and drug addicts
2. voluntary obese and voluntary extremely over weight
3. promiscuous including some unwed mothers and some homosexuals
4. old people their productive years are over
5. illegal immigrants and other criminals
6. stupid people because they are stupid
7. genetically inferior who should have been aborted
8. wealthy who stole their money
9. patriots and conservatives who are crazy
10. anyone who does not worship Obama as America’s Messiah

 Dues process for socialists includes treating all citizens equally, unless they no longer serve Democrats or blindly support socialist doctrine. Above observations are not based on racism rather understanding of how Marxists think and act.

Part II: Bush II National Security Failures

Bush II goals after 911were to replace Iraq’s leader out of vanity, kill terrorists in Afghanistan, and tie up terrorists in Middle East while securing America’s perimeters to prevent future terrorist attacks on American soil.

Goal based on vanity was achieved; goal of securing America’s perimeters especially its southern border was totally ignored. Future historians will describe failing to secure America’s Southern border as an opportunity lost; much like Napoleon’s not finishing an enemy that contributed to Waterloo.

America’s non-secured southern Border can be constantly measured by evaluating fluctuating street prices of imported drugs. Terrorists responsible for 911 seem to be getting stronger along Afghanistan-Pakistan border.

Planet’s two governments most likely to collapse and substantially threaten America’s future are Mexico and Pakistan. Any blood shed of Americans by problems from these two nations will be traced directly back to Bush II initial actions, and Obama’s subsequent actions.  

Think people, one tactic to manage above problems is getting bad guys to kill each other which is more cost productive for good guys. As a professionally licensed surveillance instructor, who’s training manual SPY AS A VERB: Art and Ethics of Surveillance (not promoting just stating fact); another fact, Presidents acting like fools will not insure America’s future.

Part III: Just another Example of Greedy

Any South Texas community like Rio Grande Delta misnamed Rio Grande Valley, that builds economies on collateral retail profits of criminal activities like: murder, sexual torture, drug smuggling and drug dealing, human smuggling, gun running, extortion, kidnapping, blackmail, slavery and illegal wages, money laundering for foreign government tyranny, treasonous national security policies, public subsidy addiction paid for by other Americans, could go on but why?

Running honest numbers using exiting formulas will verify extent Rio Grande Valley economy is based on collateral retail profits of above criminal activities. Three above parts will hopefully remind conservative patriots that America is not immune from lessons of history.

Clinton’s like Stalin,

Moderate Republicans like Mussolini,

Greenists like Hitler,

Illegals like barbarians,

Terrorists like terrorists,

Public subsidy addicts like professional beggars,

Internationalists like economic traitors,

Liberals like spoiled two year olds.

Valid comparisons until proven otherwise

Other side like not blinded by evil,

Christians like most saved,

Conservatives like on right for right,

Patriots like security for America,

Texas drifter like too many adjectives,.

America’s future like do over destiny,

Writing exercises like just practice,

Efforts like down to buying time,

Winning like left for next  battle.

Obama masquerades like Nikolai as both scientist and priest with no foundation in either. Other George H. Sabine observations about Lenin also seem to apply. Obama as did Lenin has assigned both “morals and religion” to role of his party and thus entrusted his party (Democrats) with whole program of human progress, empowered by “the elite” to direct not only whole government and economy but also literature and arts. With such a mandate Obama assumes obsessions of false prophet along with intolerances and ruthlessness brutality of a fanatic.

Enough writing warm up exercises, perhaps better title should have been “Stating Obvious. - Republicans Are Losers Simply Because Counterfeit Conservatives Known As Moderate Republicans Serve As Party Leaders.”

One should not waste time blaming socialists (liberals) for acting like socialists. One should also not ignore moderate Republicans’ deception as counterfeit conservatives, which makes moderate Republicans solely responsible for all future consequences caused by their enabling destruction of America's constitutional republic. 

Republican Party moderates and their integrity based on bottom line principals not principles will be remembered for their bipartisan compromises. America last deals which enabled socialists to replace Bill of Rights, and private property rights with domestic bureaucratic fascism. Moderate Republicans also get credit for trading their unethical capitalism for fascist nationalism.

 Addiction like devotion of counterfeit conservatives to special interest corporate feudalism will be cited as a primary cause for entangling international economic, political, and military alliances that eventually financially bankrupted America’s republic.

First question: thief steals your property, who deserves most criticism: thief, or security guard who failed to do their job?

Do not principles cease to be principles once they are compromised? Do not real world ethics equal sum total of all compromises? Are not people what they do, not what they say they believe?

Have not both political parties become different sides of same counterfeit coin? Has not bipartisanship evolved into politically correct way of saying that both sides have abandoned their principles to form a single party based on “for rent” ethics?

Fallacy of compromising rights or integrity should be obvious: you compromise half today, half tomorrow, and half next day; before you know it, you have nothing left to compromise.

History teaches that moderates are better suited to tempering decisions of true believers not being leaders. Name: any association, business, political party, or military organization that accomplished goals or achieved greatness by lowering standards or objectives with compromises.

Have Republican Party's moderate leaders by replacing integrity with compromise lost credibility as being people of honor? Are counterfeit conservatives who only keep their promises until after election Judas clones at best?

Hopefully if this essay accomplishes anything, it will cause people to quit asking why Republican members of House and Senate keep giving Democrats passes on behavior that most party loyalists found repulsive. Answer is simple, Republican moderates had more in common with Democrats than traditional conservatives.

I can already hear whining: Republican moderates seem so sincere. I do not know about you, but I have never met an unfriendly con artist.

If moderate compromises are so wonderful, why don't they apply in following?

1) Mathematics - two plus two equals five;

2) Theology - one should not commit adultery unless their spouse ages poorly

3) Inalienable rights - citizens have right to own guns only at convenience of liberals and bureaucrats;

4) Community service - jurors have a right to exercise their conscience so long as their vote does not include jury nullification; and

5) It is alright to lie about America having a balanced budget when so called general budget surplus is an accounting gimmick that uses money commingled with Social Security Trust revenues. If Obama has his way privately owned alphabet retirement accounts will eventually be confiscated by government to support self destructing Social Security system. Do not financial managers who try same co-mingling of accounts end up in prison?

All crusades for freedom begin with blasphemous political satire. Exercising First Amendment guaranteed freedom of speech is fun for one very good reason: irreverent satirical humor relieves stress of tyranny.

It seems that by cartoon standards, moderate Republicans can be portrayed as fiendish dwarfish trolls only capable of mimicking Clinton speak. Consider how moderate Republicans covertly promote accountability to despotic domestic and internationalist bureaucratic regulations, not accountability to Bill of Rights or individual conscience.

Without losers, there can be no standards for winners. Without moderate Republicans and their allies, socialists and bureaucratic fascists, there could be no honor in patriotism.

Life is not complicated once moral people realize that they have a fifty-fifty chance of making correct decisions. Choices are simple: good or bad; right or wrong; honor or dishonor; freedom or tyranny; patriotism or internationalist fascist socialism.  

One can only wonder how contemporary society would be different if following people had been moderate Republicans: Mosses, Jesus, Socrates, Joan of Arc, Luther, America's Founding Fathers, Texas' Founding Fathers, Lincoln, and T. Roosevelt.

Moderate Republicans like recent Texas U.S. President, U.S. Texas Senators, most Texas U.S. Representatives, and Texas Governor will never achieve virtues of loyalty, honor, and integrity so long as they continue to purchase popularity with compromise, greed, unethical capitalism and America last loyalties.

Oh well, at least there is still one principle moderate Republicans cannot compromise: people get government they tolerate.

Conservatives can at anytime return Republican Party to an organization serving conservative traditions, values and principles by implementing following policies starting with premise anti-conservative aristocrats not wanted.

Three Translations:

1) Moderate republicans, their collaborators, sympathizers can take their promiscuous values to Democrat Party.

2) Moderate republicans, their collaborators, sympathizers can take their promiscuous values to Democrat Party.

3) Moderate republicans, their collaborators, sympathizers can take their promiscuous values to Democrat Party.

It is not criticisms of my writing exercises that will be remembered, rather inability of my writing exercises to convey reality of watching those one loves or respects needlessly suffer and die from selfish apathy.

Irony, my critics’ complaints; shallow wit compared to my doubts.  Future writing exercise theme with no doubts, formula for America’s Second Civil War: Democrat and Moderate Republican destruction of private alphabet retirement accounts in three phases.

1) Estimated thirty percent orchestrated stock market values losses (this phase almost completed),

2) Estimated thirty plus percent inflation depreciates personal retirement assets values, and

3) Public seizure of remaining personal retirement assets to blend with Social Security Agency to share the wealth.

Entry 021

Will make this writing exercise brief so you can return to your holiday activities, potential 2009 New Year’s resolution for conservatives, learn to identify, and avoid honoring counterfeit conservatives in both your public and private lives.

First group of counterfeit conservatives to identify and not honor in one’s public and private lives: anti-conservative aristocrats like Bush II, McCain, Texas Senators Hutchinson and Cornyn, Texas Governor Perry, and most Republican elected officials.

Anti conservative aristocrats masquerading as conservatives delivered Germany to Hitler and will deliver America to Obama; recent example how both Republican Presidential candidate McCain and President Bush II have raced to be Obama’s lap dogs.

Second group of counterfeit conservatives to identify and not honor: populist conservatives whose beliefs drift with ratings. Conservative doctrines are based on principles not fluctuating principals defined by profit margins.

Two good examples, talk show host who openly denounces any ideology and endorses public populism. Fox Network unlike other major networks though not driven by socialism seems driven by mob rule ratings.

Third group of counterfeit conservatives to identify and not honor: those who are conservative for their public audiences, and who knows what in their private lives. Ben Franklin completely and permanently disavowed his relationship with his son when his son supported England during America’s War for Independence.

Question audience members have right to ask Limbaugh and other similar motivated talk show hosts: you claim publicly to be a conservative; however in your private life you socialize with and count as a friend Bush II who is poster child for counterfeit conservatives who has probably violated every promise made to Republican voting base responsible for Bush II being elected.

Limbaugh has right be make a living promoting conservative beliefs; listeners have right to know if he is a “hired gun” in it for money. Most would still respect him for his honesty and his skills as a hired gun rather than his pretending to be something he and others like him my not be, both public and private conservative.

A closing thought for public and private conservatives remember hard times are often Heaven’s way of preparing not punishing.

Entry 020

Never complaining only explaining, being a Texas licensed surveillance instructor, perhaps an instructional writing exercise would be a good way to ease back into contemporary history writing exercises.

Conservative Environment Standards

This lesson starts with a few definitions. First: conserve,  process of preserving in safe or sound state. Second: conservative, philosophy to process of conserving. Third: conservation: careful preservation and protection of something like environment. Antonym: environmentalists “green” campaign subtlety advocating fascism known as Greenism.   

Standards are determined to be in compliance by non-prejudicial investigations. Following writing exercise offers techniques conservatives can use to determine environment conservation standards investigations.

Ideals of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness are directly related to quality of environment. It is hard to live with contaminated air, land, or water. It is difficult to pursue happiness when a polluted environment forces citizens to remain indoors all the time.

It is also unlikely that freedom can be achieved when nature's classrooms are lost due to greed or incompetence. What was it Moses said, “God placed the man in the Garden of Eden as its gardener, to tend and care for it.”

Conserving and preserving a nation's natural resources for future generations is next to freedom, the greatest gift citizens can provide future generations. This objective can be achieved with proper management of private and public parks and reserves.

Success can be measured by amount of time one has to appreciate; enjoy; and learn from natures' resources, processes, and marvelous wonders. After all, a house is simply a tent with too much starch.

Some suggest that anti-species or anti-social behavior rates are partially determined by population density to territory per unit ratios. Due to increased population pressures, natural heritage and resources can only be preserved with private and public regulated areas.

Greatest threats to America's natural heritage and resources are: 1)government neglect; 2)government abuse; 3)government sanctioned pollution or exploitation by special interest groups; 4)government abuse of private citizen's property rights for single species management programs; 5) environmental socialists (environmentalists); and 6) private sector citizens or businesses which neglect, abuse, exploit, or steal any natural resources.

People wishing to further study public sector environmental terrorism at state level, need only examine existing management practices of Texas agencies One, Two, Three, and Four. These public sector environmental terrorist organizations are masters at promoting insignificant volunteer projects while taking bribes which facilitate and protect corporate polluting.

Space; atmosphere; bodies of water; native wildlife (plants and critters); unique terrain and natural wonders are public resources. Private or public actions which mismanage, abuse, damage, or destroy public resources are criminal behavior.
A zoo preserves shell not spirit of natural heritage; zoos are good sources of confined research and public entertainment. Beyond zoos, other environmental management components include public and private sector:
1)"reserves" for the endangered;
2 "preserves" for pre-endangered;
3) refuges and parks;
4) wildlife ranches/farms for reintroduction of plants or animals; and  
5) wildlife gardens.

Single species management is a technique suited for farming or ranching (agriculture) not natural resource conservation management. Public management of pre-endangered or endangered species should resemble management practices of game animals. Since private owners can only shoot deer during regulated periods, endangered species would be protected from property owners year round. If private land owners' property is critical for survival of species, land should be purchased by government for a public park, or set aside as a private trust.

Public sector bureaucrats and uninformed non-profit organizations are hurting conservation of natural resources movements by using unconstitutional forces against private citizens and their properties. Government excessive force always offends general public.
 It is a myth that only governments and non-profit activists are capable of managing a country's natural resources. Private sector individuals should be included in natural resource management plans.

Good management strategy includes developing conservation environments where surrounding populations benefit financially from co-existence with regulated area.

Additional policy concerns should include prohibiting  public sector from selling or leasing non-renewable resources. Contemporary greed which deprives future generations of options to access non-renewable resources is comparable to using children in animal porn films. Renewable resources should only be sold or leased at fair market prices.
 
Sufficient public funds should be allocated to provide sufficient security for public natural resources. Private funds could be raised to provide security for natural resources in other countries.

Conservative conservationists who do not desire to work and live in a landfill type environment; need to appreciate that adequate environmental resource percentages will always be a topic of debate.

One example, developers in Texas have access to about 98 percent of area's natural resources. If developers cannot make a living on 98 percent of a region's land mass, is remaining 2 percent of undeveloped land going to make these people smarter?

Single species management disrupts natural processes of component bio-tropes or specific ecological systems. Components of specific ecology systems include:
1) geology from the center of earth;
2) surface soils and surrounding water systems;
3) climate and weather;
4) atmosphere;
5) all living plants/creatures (resident and migratory);
6) impacts from surrounding ecological systems.

Specific bio-tropes from million acre plus parks to backyards, should abandon single species management systems for comprehensive component plans based on premise that bio-tropes are evolving not static.

Consider results of following single species plan:
Traps, poisons, and bounties were used to eliminate all predators of young game animals. This activity resulted in a population explosion of rabbits which destroyed native forage for game animals. Game animals eventually became weak, diseased and dead from starvation. Over populated rabbits eventually suffered the same fate as game animals. Foliage barren land washed away in next rainy season.

Many contemporary "weekend environmentalists" are ignorant of nature's processes and natural history. For example, coastal plains along the Gulf of Mexico were covered by prairie grasses and thickets of brush. So why are groups telling public that area's forests need to be replanted, when there hasn't been a "real forest" in this area for thousands of years, if ever?

It also needs to be understood that contemporary concepts surrounding "native habitants" are based on fraud. Key issue is definition of native. Does "native" refer to environmental conditions a hundred years ago; a thousand years ago; or a million years ago?

Ever wondered why you have never met an unfriendly con artist? The answer is simple, it is easier to con friends; friends tend to give friends the benefit of the doubt; and friends are reluctant to turn friends in to authorities.

These three human conditions give corporate con artists opportunity to start scam; perpetuate scam; and have time to "get away" after scam has run its course. It should be noted that not all corporations operate with criminal mentalities; but sufficient numbers do to justify the following.

Groups generally manipulated by corporate con artists include: poor (unemployed), greedy (local businesses), self serving (local politicians and bureaucrats), and vain (community leaders and local news media).

Community leaders and politicians tend to be vain self admiring publicity seekers who make easy targets for corporate con artists. Careers of these self proclaimed citizen heroes are built on media coverage.

Members of local news media are targeted because these people represent special interest journalists. In reality, small town newspapers generally do not report news that offends "life support" advertisers or fellow chamber members. Consequently, ongoing corporate environmental abuses are never reported unless outside independent journalists take an interest.

Corporate scam, complete with support from local journalists tends to work as follows:
1) corporate representatives contact local community leaders with exaggerated promises of jobs and economic development.
2) the corporation sponsors a series of "getting acquainted" parties involving food, liquor, and in some cases, prostitutes. Purpose of these functions is to show people what a friendly neighbor the corporation will be.
3) corporation makes token contributions and pledges to area charities. One common technique is for the corporation to force employees to sign up for payroll deductions to support area charities. Corporation collects payroll deductions for a year, keeps the money in an interest bearing account; then takes part of interest accrued from employee deductions and gets media credit for corporate gifts.
4) corporation makes contributions to area municipal, county, state, and federal politicians. This effectively buys influence which keeps city, county, state, and federal regulatory agencies from interfering with ongoing corporate pollution. Corporate trick is not to buy government agencies, only lease their indifference for limited amounts of time. This is viable because after the corporation has left area, tax payers will get to clean up mess.
5) corporation seeks and gets special price considerations from local utility companies. Since corporation will be "doing so much good for the community"; it seems only fair that regular utility customers should subsidize corporation by paying higher utility rates.
6) corporation seeks and gets special property and sales tax exemptions. Again, since the corporation will be "doing so much good for the community"; it seems only fair that tax payers should subsidize corporation by paying higher taxes.
7) pays employees lowest possible wages and provide employees with lowest possible benefit packages. Corporate attitude is that communities should be glad somebody cared enough to exploit unemployed.
8) buys surrounding property damaged by corporation production practices so offended parties think that corporation is "fair" to its neighbors.
9) continue rewarding community leaders with token community service gifts so community support for corporation does not diminish, and
10) continues leeching off community resources until environmental damage is so severe that community leaders who have essentially become corporate prostitutes are no longer believable.

Generally by time offended region figures out it have been had; corporation has already found another group of community leaders who can't wait to invite corporation into their neighborhood.

Citizens and communities need to understand that money is not a zero response asset when exchanged in political process. Special interest groups expect policy considerations in return for property. Four standards for evaluating transfer of assets in political process are:
1) impact on national security;
2) impact on constitutional integrity;
3) impact on ethical capitalism; and
4) impact on natural resources.

Penalties imposed of those engaging in environmental terrorism can include: criminal fines; prison time; civil suit damages; or claims against insurance policies or bonds. Any company engaged in actives which impact natural resources that refuses to carry insurance or post bonds, is probably engaging in environmental terrorist activities.

Some ways that communities can protect themselves from transitory marauding corporations are as follows:
1) run complete criminal and financial background checks on  inquiring corporation and all of its officers and executives;
2) physically go to last place the corporation left and check following: compare corporate promises to that community; find out if corporation delivered on promises to that community; find out why corporation left that community; and find out if corporation damaged environment of that community;
3) require corporation to maintain a reasonable environmental damage restoration bond. A one hundred million dollar bond should cost corporation about a million dollars a year; the amount of bond should be based on potential risk to potentially affected environmental components (if citizens can be required to have automobile insurance, why can not corporations be required to carry environmental impact insurance), and
4) inform community leaders who collaborate with offending corporations that they will personally make up any financial differences between the corporate environmental damage bond and costs of restoring environment to its original condition from their own resources.

Community leaders, politicians, bureaucrats, and local media currently have no incentive to keep transitory corporations from ruining their surrounding environment. Making these people responsible for letting themselves be conned, will go a long way in protecting the environment. Citizens need to understand that corporations come and go, but communities only have one environment.

Complaints that these accountability policies will drive corporations to other countries are nonsense. Political instability and political corruption will deter any significant corporate flight into third world countries.

Beside that who cares if these corporations take their business elsewhere; transitory corporations who trash  environment are collections of human garbage and should not be welcome in any decent neighborhoods.

Some types of specific pollutants include:
- viruses
- virus anti-biotics
- genetically altered anti-biotic viruses
- non-native parasites
- suspended solids
- non-suspended solids
- dissolved materials
- liquids
- chemicals
- minerals
- non-native animal or plant species
- other substances yet to be identified

Some effected elements of pollution on public waters can include:
- purity (compare to H2o)
- salinity
- turbidity/visibility
- temperature
- erosion
- silting
- oxygen density
- system self flushing capabilities
- native marine\shore plant and animal life
- migratory marine\shore animal life

Laws need to be enacted requiring truth in labeling of public agencies. Perhaps some natural resources conservation commissions should be renamed natural resources vandalism commissions. Such policies would facilitate environmental investigations for conservative conservationists.

This policy would identify agencies like natural resources conservation commissions which: 1)consistently violate private citizens' property rights; 2)implement polices which damage the environment to justify federal "clean up" grants; and 3) take bribes allowing special interest groups to destroy public's natural resources.

Texas agencies One, Two, Three, and Four are comparable to incompetent and very corrupt government agencies in  1800's which used to exploit Native Americans and mismanage Indian reservations. Conservative conservationists would be prudent to never blindly trust government agencies.

Integrity for public sector bureaucrats tends to be guided by loyalty to taxes and grants which pay their salaries; not what is best for America's natural resources.

A great many university "research studies" are propaganda position papers for special interest groups. In many cases, these exercises in fraudulent science threaten domestic well being and national security.

Conservative conservationists who fail to verify or collaborate public sector research studies with independent monitors or independent studies are asking to be victims of scientific fraud.

Conservative conservationists need to understand that many "reputable" environmental groups are fronts for big business interests, “green” groups which take inconsistent stands, or who avoid public positions are likely candidates for being fraudulent community service groups.

Primary clue is always money trail. Community, state, or national conservation groups which oppose low impact environmental threats; but consistently refrain from taking a position on high dollar natural resource destruction projects, are generally covert fronts serving the interests of developers or big business.

Conservative conservationists should be very wary of trusting any elected or appointed official. Most elected officials at every level of government are only loyal to their traditional "fee" driven special interest legislative system; the reality is that integrity is a myth in America's special interest democracies.

Easiest way to stop these types of abuses is to make  financial costs of the offending action greater than the financial rewards.

For example, some public natural resources can have "undetermined value" and should be managed as a public trust. If this is not so, why is restoring "diverted" natural resources to their original condition a legitimate tax deductible business expense for private sector profit motivated businesses?

Consequently, both private and public sector organizations which divert natural resources, but who do not pay cost of restoring natural resources to their original condition should be required to report "savings" as income.

Just think how many companies who have engaged in environmental terrorism may owe the government back taxes; or how many municipal, county, or state governing bodies will be required to reimburse federal grant monies.

Conservative conservationists’ best ally in protecting natural resources is private sector civil legal process. Should the civil legal system eventually collapse as the last "by the rules" conservation protection process, final alternative may become civil disobedience.

Conservative conservationists need to understand that using reason or emotional appeal will never stop private and public sector environmental terrorists. Second, private or public justice based on mob rule is always shameless and immoral.

Greatest threats to America’s environment are epidemics introduced by illegal immigrants from third world countries. Even if Americans had never heard word terrorism, southern border would still need to be securely closed to prevent third world epidemics being introduced into America.
 
Doubters need only review impact of importing foreign flora and fauna on native American plants and animals. Nature is nature and people are influenced by laws of nature.

Many third world infections like tuberculosis are less responsive to treatments for first world tuberculosis. Illegal immigrants do not have reliable histories of completing American treatment programs, actions that produces a third world strain of more lethal and less treatable viruses that produces greater public health threats to Americans.

American politicians, bureaucrats, fools, and special interest hate groups that support a southern porous border will eventually be signing death warrants for millions of American citizens

Justice is a two sided sword. First side is used for resolving intentional or negligent public health threats by terrorists or illegal immigrants. Second side is for bringing Americans too account for unnecessary illnesses, injuries, and deaths.

Still explaining not complaining, almost rested for a new writing exercise depicting contemporary history. Another question, is it wrong to exploit those beyond redemption as punishment for entertainment? Seems greatest temptation would be becoming evil one hates. Guess that is a free will decision left to you reading this writing exercise.

Explaining not complaining, still not ready to practice writing exercises documenting contemporary history.

Difference between conservatives and liberals who change integrity as situations change. Conservatives describe oath breaking betrayal of Camelot’s love triangle behavior as “dogs in heat”; while those beyond redemption justify dogs in heat as selfish entitlement. One reason Democrats apparently like being fools is their devotion to building Camelot so they can destroy it with decadent promiscuity.

Concepts for further thought, since Heaven not citizens saves souls of sinners; does oath to defend Constitution include coming to aid or defending those threatening Constitution and Bill of Rights? Second, are some betrayal sins beyond forgiveness and best remembered as life lessons or lost good years?

“Lost good years” that seems like a good title for prose based on recent experience. Death of love like death of a good life, can only made easier by time. 

Lost Good Years

Prologue: Daymares, nightmares, either or both offer relief from conscious memories; especially for people who's fate does not include making it to promise land. Some know my meaning, bad days get worse; rare good days turn too. If life were fair, there would be no addicts, sinners, or lost good years.
   
Assignment seemed simple enough line up ducks for a two vehicle multiple fatality traffic accident. For this case putting ducks in a row included:
1. Photograph, diagram, measure accident scene;
2. Photograph and check out vehicles, purchase both wrecks if possible and place in locked storage;
3. Interview witnesses and survivors, no survivors in this case;
4. Pick up copies of all records, documents, and news reports;
5. Conduct necessary background checks;
6. Pursue other related leads.
  
My original reason for entering any investigation area after dark has long been forgotten. Perhaps one learns about character of a community by quality of its night people.

It was almost two forty five in the morning when I headed for a vacant corner booth near a side door in South Texas used to be franchise fast food restaurant. Word restaurant should be in quotations.
 
After ordering breakfast special, I headed to washroom. What first caught my attention was an illegal immigrant using water base paint to cover up blood spatter and pellet holes above and all around plywood covering a hole in floor where a toilet used to sit.

In an almost satirical way, number four shot outlined area where toilet's last patron sat. As for the illegal, he just smiled and said I know nothing.
 
This investigator was almost tempted after washing up to ask the illegal colonist if he knew anything about trading oil base paint for water base paint with a refund.
 
Oh well, not my investigation; hope that's not cook's profile on wall. As for my waitress, she probably looked vigorous about ten years ago when she was in her teens. Who cares as long as service is almost good?
 
Experience tells me that waitress's worn out too soon body has a better heart than chamber of commerce strumpets that marry for money. Unfortunately, most of both do not know difference between a lightning bug and a shooting star.    
 
While returning to my booth, I started scanning premise patrons. After sitting in my northwest corner booth, layout from right to left was as follows:
 
Corner booth directly across room, sat a chamber of commerce suit with his boy toy engaged in an unhappy animated conversation I am glad I could not hear.
 
Skipping two booths along wall were three stoned juveniles. One probably a drop out with his friendly sixteen year old girl friend; both scheming to ignore their awkward out of place friend who just happened to be their ride.
 
Moving down center isle of booths was a thirty looking forty year old bar prostitute working her sixty old client. Woman had probably been warned by some social worker or cop about leaving her kids alone as she had them with her while working.
 
Her twelve year old boy must not have liked watching his mother work as he kept getting up and getting unnecessary refills.
 
The small for her age ten year old girl, who was already wearing makeup and dressing like her mother constantly watched and listened for every sound and move her mother was making.
 
All the while the old man was oblivious to kids and was getting most for his investment.
 
Skip a booth and their were two way overweight not cheaply dressed women talking disparagingly about ugly skinny whores in the last bar they worked that kept them from going home with their true loves.
 
Skip one booth and directly to my left were two middle age over weight soccer dads wearing youth baseball coach uniforms. Both of their conversations were directed towards people who weren't even at their booth.
 
One kept trying to sell other on investing is some get rich insurance scheme; while other kept whining about politics of being chosen a youth baseball all stars coach.
 
As for me, I was still waiting for waitress to bring syrup instead of ketchup for my waffles.

Glancing into parking lot, I noticed a druggie putting a small revolver in his jacket while positioning a looked to be stolen bicycle. My first thought was maybe he will get nervous, loose his nerve or at least wait until I've finish breakfast and leave, before starting some ill fated robbery.
 
Amazing luck, shortly after potential robber stepped inside; two missionary girls came in and started offering to save souls for donations.
 
Eventually I got my syrup, finished, and left. Perhaps I should have tipped the missionary as she kept bicycle robber occupied till I left for a less entertaining hotel room.
 
It took almost two days to line up ducks one, two, and four. You the reader can review first paragraph of this dream to remember what I'm referring too.
 
Moving on, I was now ready to contact case's only witness. Driver behind the driver who failed to yield right of way that apparently caused accident.
 
Witness's words were clear and concise: Old man pulled up to stop sign, and came to a complete stop. He looked left; then turned and looked to right. He was looking straight at on coming van when he pulled right out in front of them. It was almost like it he didn't see van's lights. I'll never forget how time slowed as van exploded when it hit that old man. Next came, horrible smell of burning screaming victims. It all happened at once so there was no way I could help.
 
Witness voluntarily allowed me to notarize his statement; a declaration that subtlety raised question, did old man commit suicide?
 
My next stop would be with old man's preferably best friend or at least those who could or would talk about old man's mental condition.    
 
Some investigators never learn easiest way to find out what witnesses know is to keep quiet and let them ramble. Old driver's best friend proved to be a career-remembering spectator.
 
That six foot stringy weathered decaying man appeared to have seen too much truth for anybody's short ninety years. His hands looked like they had spent a lifetime partnership with sailing ships or cattle ranches.
 
Still this individual did not need to be gruff as his appearance suggested he could be leaning up against a bar with a beer in one hand, and resolve problems without spilling a drop of his hard earned beer.
 
I informed the old driver's best friend that I was not trying to prove suicide, only figure out what happened.
 
Measured response by my career-remembering spectator: You don't know much about being old in America do you? I know you do not, so no need to answer.

I have a lot to recall would you like a cold beverage? Without hesitating, old driver's best friend continued. Sarita bring my guest and your boss two tall Crown on rocks. Sweet Sarita, there's a story you would probably find more interesting. She needs a place to live, and I need someone to drive me around ranch; so we both tolerate each other. Forty years ago I could have fallen in love with a woman like Sarita, just never had time or money. Now I have money there's not enough time.

My worthless family has started pretending to be nice hoping that I will leave them ranch and cash reserves. Those virtual ethical ant people are sure going to be surprised upon learning that Sarita won my death's lottery.
 
Don't reveal my secret, Sarita does not know and I want to claim last good turn in our relationship.

Now for your reason for being here, old driver as you call him was not suicidal case closed. Let tell you about his living experiences.
 
Old driver worked for same company for twenty - nine years eleven months and nineteen days before being down sized for out sourcing that meant he fell eleven days short of a full pension.
 
Next arrived news that corporate cartel had gotten involved in some Enron type scheme, and lost all of old driver's retirement savings and investments.

Bad news often travels in packs, as his wife's lost her health insurance because her predisposition to breast cancer raised her employer's benefit package premiums above company employment limits.

Wife while under going tests at a local hospital suffered an infection caused by improperly sterilized medical equipment. Medical centers generated infections have become one of greatest threats to older Americans needing medical attention.

After totally destroying his wife's long-term health, hospital evicted old driver from a home he and his wife had lived in for almost sixty years. Why, in lieu of paying hospital bills incurred as a result of his wife's hospital induced infection.
 
Next the old driver learned that only way to qualify for nursing home care for his wife who would soon be in a coma was to sell his and his wife's wedding rings which had over sixty years appreciated in value beyond the government's minimum assets limits.
 
It broke that old driver's heart to take back the ring he had given his bride on best day of his life. Sometime during that night the old driver's wife slipped into a coma. Old man’s suffering never seem to end as the old driver had to find part time work to buy prescription medicines to keep his wife's unconscious state pain free.

Sarita, two more Crowns on ice, for my guest and your boss.
 
It is Republican Party policies designed to force old people into poverty that causes some of us citizens to not think highly of Republicans. The problem with Republicans is that they have never learned that with power comes
accountability.
 
Any political party that controls executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government at same time is solely responsible for bad government policies. Have you ever seen movies where Nazi prison guards rip wedding rings and family heirlooms away from old women waiting to be shipped to concentration camps? Don't answer. I know you have.

What is difference in American polices which force old people to sell their rings, heirlooms, mementos, and give proceeds to government before being eligible for health care? Best I can tell the only difference is American politicians with thieving personalities do no have courage to wear uniforms. Do you know why I quit voting for Republicans after seventy years; don't try to answer, you cannot possibly know.
 
Republican Party has been hijacked by soul less anti conservative aristocrats motivated by unethical capitalism.
Dishonest capitalism always evolves into corporate feudalism, a polite phrase for special interest fascism. Republican leadership has become evil socialists they used to hate. Old men nearing end of their lives can say what they like: truth be known, it is doubtful that leaders of either Republican or Democratic Party are worthy of being buried in American soil.   
 
Back to something you can use, what caused the old driver to see and not register on coming traffic. Background, companies do not offer full time jobs with benefits to men over fifty-five. Republicans will say this is not true, but they are generally ones not offering these jobs to blue or white-collar private sector middle class men.
 
Only available jobs for older American men are part time, minimum wage, no benefits hazardous work environments with competition from criminal immigrants and illegal immigrants.
Aristocratic Republicans have betrayed America's middle class by providing public sector full coverage no cost health benefits to illegal colonists.
 
Additionally ignoring foreign laborers working for less than minimum wage essentially excludes American's retired from part time employment markets. Government itself is guilty of promoting poverty to make people dependent on government. Six dollars an hour after government deductions barely nets worker five dollars an hour. A thirty hour a week part time job nets the older worker about one hundred fifty dollars a week; not enough to cover supplemental health insurance premiums.
 
As for hazardous working environments, this is the good part. Companies know that hiring old men with pre-existing age created health conditions reduces civil exposure to hazardous working environments. I'll guess the old driver's autopsy showed no signs of alcohol, drugs, or prescription medications.
 
Old driver worked part time cleaning concrete by spraying chemicals with warning labels advised only be applied when wearing protective clothing and using self contained breathing respirators. 
 
Unfortunately old driver's employer stored chemicals in open containers in high temperature work environments and provided no safety equipment. Chemicals you need to be testing old man's blood, tissues, and brain for are: phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and mercury.
 
I don't know what mercury was for, but I do know the old driver told me that these chemicals were only deleted with twenty percent water when being applied. The old driver also told me that chemicals were giving him severe head and muscle aches along with black outs. To answer your last question, he had to keep working to buy his wife's painkillers for her unconscious state.
 
It is time for Sarita to drive me around ranch. Sarita bring me five-gallon bucket in plastic bag you are never allowed to touch for my guest and your boss. Old driver brought me bucket after it was thrown in trash at one of his job sites.

Let me wrap this up while we are waiting for Sarita: life includes unjust irony. What would you call it when  generation that survived Great Depression, won World War II, rebuilt Europe and Asia, put men on moon, won Cold War without blowing up planet, and produced wealthiest republic in history; would be robbed into poverty and abandoned to nursing homes by benefactors of their generation's successes.
 
Entire time I was thanking old driver's best friend for his time and help; I didn't know if I was more grateful for  information, or that is was time for Sarita to take the spectator for his ride. Being honest, don't think I could have held up to another tall Crown on rocks.  
 
Some more ducks to line up:
1) Order additional chemical residue tests on old driver;
2) Surveillance footage of identical chemical container being dumped in trash by company employee and get bucket from garbage truck driver;
3) File report and ship evidence to client; and
4) Other activities as needed.
 
This dream is not quite over. I am not especially superstitious, but I always enjoy listening to my favorite Emerald Stars tape in route to my next assignment.
 
A fed looking SUV with grill flashers pulled me over just past city limits marker. Not wanting to get jammed in my vehicle, I immediately stepped out with my micro cassette recording and my concealed carry in place.
 
I recognized the driver from my first stop in town. He asked if I were the investigator working the multiple fatality accident. He was politely apprised that who, I worked for was none of his business.

This concerned community leader demanded I give him five-gallon bucket I had gotten from garbage man.
 
He was informed that I paid cash for bucket and that all sales are final. Plus I couldn't turn over bucket if I wanted too, since it had already been air expressed to its new owner.
 
Changing direction of conversation, I notified community leader that I wanted to thank him for lining up my last duck: I would not have known you knew how bad the risks were until you made an issue over one empty plastic bucket.
 
Typical response, He said that he had broken no criminal laws or had any civil liability exposure.
 
Felt I was taking control and decided to do a little demoralizing: I have heard, that right before people die their life flashes before their eyes.
  
Also been told that right before good people die, their best hopes and best memories flash before their eyes; however, when it comes to bad people, it is their greatest fears and most horrible memories that flash before their eyes.  
 
Guess questions you need to answer; if your chemicals affected old driver's reflexes, does that make you one of the bad guys?
 
If old driver lost good years because of way you manage your employees, does that make you one of bad guys? Sure don't need to know what flashes before your eyes. 
 
Not much else to say, I got back in my vehicle and left. Next assignment seemed simple enough, line up ducks for a one vehicle one fatality.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `North American Investment Fund Act'.
SEC. 2. AUTHORITY FOR A NORTH AMERICAN INVESTMENT FUND.
The President is authorized to negotiate with the Governments of Canada and Mexico to create a North American Investment Fund, as described in this Act (hereinafter referred to as the `Fund'), by--

American Community Approach to Security

Hemisphere U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee. By vice President

As we approach the fourth anniversary of 9/11, it is time for us to step back from our trauma and the border and examine the problem in a broader context. The best way to assure security is not at our borders with Canada and Mexico and not by defining “security” in conventional and narrow terms. We need to think about these issues in the context of a continent that is integrating economically and socially at a rapid rate
What we need to do now is forge a North American Community, based on the premise that each member benefits from its neighbor’s success and is diminished by its problems.
In my statement, I will comment first on the emergence of North America, the next decade’s agenda, and the response by the three governments. Next, I will describe some of the recommendations of the Council Task Force Report and focus on the travel initiative and the security and border issues.
The U.S. Congress should also merge the U.S.-Mexican and U.S.-Canadian inter-parliamentary groups into a single “North American Parliamentary Group.” A third institution should be a “Permanent Tribunal on Trade and Investment.” A permanent court would permit the accumulation of precedent and lay the groundwork for North American business law.
North American governments can learn from the EU’s efforts to establish EU Educational and Research Centers in the United States. Centers for North American Studies in the United States, Canada, and Mexico would help people in all three countries to understand the problems and the potential of an integrated North America— and to think of themselves as North Americans. Scholarships should encourage North American students to study in each other’s country. Until a new consciousness of North America’s promise takes root, many of these proposals will remain impractical.
Perimeter: Instead of creating new obstacles at the border, we should find ways to ease traffic and harmonize safety and transportation obtain a Border Pass, which would be accepted at all border points within North America as a complement to passports.
 The U.S., Mexican, and Canadian governments remain zealous defenders of an outdated conception of sovereignty even though their citizens are ready for a new approach. Each nation’s leadership has stressed differences rather than common interests. North America needs leaders who can articulate and pursue a broader vision.
I hope this Committee will pursue the North American agenda beyond the travel initiative considered here. These should be reviewed together with Senator Richard Lugar’s far-sighted bill for a “North American Cooperative Security Act” and Senator Bornyn’s “North American Investment Fund.” The time has come for us to define a true North American Community. Prosecutor to Heavenly Angel Number Five: Did the defendant take an oath to God and or make a spiritual contract with God to “uphold, protect, and defend” the United States Constitution?

Prosecutor: Is the spirit of the defendant’s oath and or contract consistent with the United States Constitution and Prosecution for Constitution Exhibit Number One?

Heavenly Angel Number Five: No.

Prosecutor: Is the defendant in violation of his oath with God and or has the defendant broken his contract with God.

Heavenly Angel Number Five: More Likely

Prosecutor: No more questions.

Prosecutor: Prosecution for the U.S. Constitution calls George Washington as the next witness. 

Prosecutor: Are you the George Washington who had occasion to be Commander and Chief of America’s Revolutionary forces who won America’s Independence from England, and are you the same George Washington who had occasion to serve as America’s first President?

George Washington: Yes to both questions.

Prosecutor: Mr. President, did you make the following statements in your Farwell Address. The basis of our political system is the right of the people to make and to alter their constitutions of government. But the Constitution which at any time exists, till changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacredly obligatory upon all.
 Did you also state in your Farwell Address: It is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliances with any portion of the foreign world. There can be no greater error than to calculate upon real favors from nation to nation. It is an illusion, which experience must cure, which a just pride ought to discard.

George Washington: Yes to both.

Prosecutor to George Washington: Based on your knowledge of original intent of the United Sates Constitution, and your many earthly experiences with international tyrants; would you testify under oath before God himself that Prosecution for Constitution Exhibits One and Two represents words, actions, and associations of a patriot or traitor.

George Washington: Traitor. Traitor.

Defense Attorney: No questions. (Whispers to defendant.) Only a fool would challenge the integrity of George Washington. I’m here to try and save your life, not lose my mine.

Prosecutor: Prosecution for the Constitution calls President Abraham Lincoln to the stand.

Prosecutor: President Lincoln, did you have occasion to serve the United States of America during the 1860’s?

President Lincoln: Yes.

Prosecutor: How many Americans died in your service during your administration trying to uphold, protect and defend America’s Constitution?

President Lincoln: Including civilian casualties, one million plus one.

Prosecutor: That’s right you also died in service of your sacred oath to uphold, protect, and defend the Constitution and Bill of Rights. How does it make you feel when you see elected officials who took the same oath as you died for, creating and supporting documents like Prosecution for the Constitution Exhibits One and Two?

President Lincoln:  Breaks my heart to think that all the suffering and sacrifices during our nation’s Civil War, a war between brothers and neighbors was in vain.

Prosecutor: Mr. Lincoln would you consider the defendant’s words and actions to be helpful or harmful to the Constitution you served through death?

President Lincoln: Beyond harmful.

Defense Attorney: Judge, how many more past away witnesses does the Prosecutor intend to call?

Prosecutor: I am prepared to call every past away soul who died defending America’s Constitution. Probably over four million, as for the exact total, your Honor would know that better than me.

Continuing: As for the lying, probably over fifty million who have suffered because of the defendant’s treasonous policies; again, your Honor would better know the exact number better than me.

Judge To Prosecutor: I warned you about being clever.

Prosecutor: With all due respect your honor, my commitment to total due process for the Constitution is about sincerity not being clever.

Judge: Perhaps the Prosecutor and Defense Attorney can reach an agreement that does not involve calling millions and millions of both living and past away witnesses.

Prosecutor Looking At Defendant Then Defense Attorney: Here is your one and only two choice deal.
One, defendant publicly hangs for treason; eternal damnation for defendant’s soul; and perpetual condemnation for defendant’s reputation; or
Two, defendant will be asked for any last words of contrition before he is publicly hanged for treason; the defendant can save his soul from eternal damnation and his reputation from perpetual condemnation by giving Americans names they can curse, despise,  and hate more than his.

This writing exercise was originally entitled Texas Trans Terrorist Corridor. The update resulted from a friend asking me how one can spot less than dishonest public officials. The eventual answer was let heat of truth melt wax away from political cannibals.

Case study for this writing exercise is Texas Governor Rick Perry a politician last elected in a equally strong three candidate election.

One of Perry’s first shameful solutions was supporting Mexico’s theft of millions of acre feet of water from South Texas agricultural border communities. Some feel the Governor in 2002 tolerated economic terrorism against America’s ranching and farming community by not supporting policies forcing Mexico to return water stolen from United States.

Perry’s disloyalty to South Texas citizens cost Americans estimated two billion dollars and thirty thousand jobs. These cold statistics do not include unknown number of farmers and ranchers losing their farms, ranches, and homes.

There always comes a time in life when choice is, stand for what is right, like opposing construction of Texas Trans Terrorist Corridor impervious of consequences or walk away.

On side supporting construction of Texas Trans Terrorist Corridor: President Bush II, Senator Hutchison, Senator Cornyn, Texas Governor Perry along with Texas’s Lt. Governor, other Texas officials include Speaker of the House, Attorney General, General Land Office, Republican moneylenders, American International Corporate Socialists (AICS), pro NAFTA Groups, and especially Texas Department of Transportation..

On the other side, one part time senile farmer’s son, your author conservative John R. Marshall licensed surveillance instructor and other unnamed patriots. In spirit of Col. Travis who asked his volunteers to step on the line not cross the line, this is not about courage, more like somewhere between living by principle not for principal.

United States Government is about to allow building world’s largest ground transportation system for Hezbollah’s immerging staging area in Latin America. Route proceeds from Brazil to Monterrey, Mexico through Laredo, Texas to Kansas City to Canada. Having an understanding of Monterrey’s political history will explain why Hezbollah has chosen Monterrey as a logistical area to launch attacks into America.

Why no major terrorist attacks in America since 9-11? While United Stats has been tied down in Iraq and not securing its southern borders or policing domestic premises; foreign terrorists have been quietly preparing for their next attack by establishing sleeper cells on American soil with logistical support supplied by way of Mexico though porous southern border.

Hezbollah has managed to put America’s foreign policy in a catch twenty-two scenario; come down hard on Iran for developing nuclear weapons and threaten U.S. economy with anarchy by releasing sleeper cell attacks on American soil.

Catch twenty-two part, no politician wants to threaten their legacy with actions that could easily result in tens of thousands of citizen casualties on American soil. Less than courageous decisions enables next administrations deal with the inevitable.

Bad News: New World Order signifies AICS renewed greedy efforts for old world order attempted by Americans investing in Germany’s Nationalist Socialist Party during WWII. Fact atrocities of French Revolution will fade in comparison to America’s Second Civil War ignited by Trans Texas Corridor better known as Trans Terrorist Corridor.

America’s next civil war fighters will be independent nationalists against alliance of AICS moneylenders and Democratic Party world owes me public subsidy addicts. Doubt my words, watch amnesty bi-partisan deal, and economic bi-partisan bail out packages assisting anti-conservative aristocrats and public subsidy addicts.

If Texas Trans Terrorist Corridor supporters did not know their objectives were not in America’s best interest, why have they created special jurisdiction courts to enforce special exemption legislation for Texas Trans Terrorist Corridor to steal private property for international corporate interests?

Path for the Trans Terrorist Corridor includes an estimated two thousand mile twelve hundred foot wide transportation system, which will for foreign corporate interests displace more than a million American citizens and confiscate through imminent domain abuses an estimated million and half acres of prime farm and ranch land.

The spark that starts America’s Second Civil war occurs when property owners, many who owned their land for over a hundred years, object to state troopers evicting senior citizens from homes, farms, and ranches based on orders by Texas Trans Terrorist Corridor special courts.

One of these emotionally distraught property owners will reach for a weapon and be shot dead by overzealous law enforcement. Neighbors not being sympathetic to friends being gunned down by government agents while stealing property for Republican moneylenders, liberal Democrats, and foreign corporate interests will choose sides.

Governor Perry’s belief that his Texas government can do what it wants, and Texans can take it and like it attitude will call on feds to finish his evil deeds. Crisis escalates and more Americans choose sides; Middle East terrorists along with radical Hispanics seeking re-conquest of their Mexican homelands will exploit the tensions between Texas landowners and out of control law enforcement.

America’s next uncivil war will not be like America’s first uncivil war where people in blue uniforms lined up in straight lines and shot across open fields at people lined up in gray uniforms.
 
The weapon of choice in America’s next uncivil war will be deer rifles and hit and run strategies. Politicians need to be reminded that people who can be photographed can be shot by snipers.

One not yet discussed consequence of Texas Trans Terrorist Corridor, how are Americans not living in Texas going to react to Texans responsible for allowing building of infra-structure that moves terrorists into non Texas communities?

Conservatives biggest weakness is their greatest strength. Before you the reader presupposes the part time dementia part of this old farmer’s son turned Texas drifter is showing. Withhold your opinion until you realize that conservative patriot’s greatest strength is free will.

Primary distinction between most liberal Democrats and most conservative Republicans is as simple as understanding distinctions between supporting evil out of greed, vanity, or hate; and tolerating misinterpretations of shared principles by free will decisions.

Those familiar with my writing exercises are familiar with my occasional “all writ” out notes. Some advantages of evolving from farmer’s son to hired gun, to part time senile licensed “Spy As a Verb” instructor, and full time Texas drifter should be noted another time.

Following silent patriot words offer ideas for you to consider while remembering the Judgment day is personal as one judged by what they do, not by what family, friends, neighbors, or compatriots do.

The Ten Commandments are not a living document allowing for interpretations or convenient changes. Example the command is honor thy father and mother, it does not say honor thy father and mother as long as doing so does not interfere with one’s pop culture life style.

An associate asked why I describe re-arranging words as writing exercises. Answer is not that complicated, when one compares my silent words to standards set by America's Founding Fathers some writing is too little too late.

Three of almost unlimited though mostly forgotten examples of words by patriots that seem to make a nice Christmas for patriots, enjoy.

1) Patrick Henry: Should I keep back my opinions at this time through fear of giving offence, I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my country and of an act of disloyalty towards the majesty of Heaven, which I revere above all earthly kings.

            It is natural for man to indulge in illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst and provide for it.

            Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased with the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, I know not what course others will take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death.

2) George Bancroft: Darkness closed upon the country, but it was no night for sleep. With one impulse the colonies sprung to arms; with one spirit they pledged themselves to each other "to be ready for the extreme event." With one heart the continent cried "Liberty or Death".

3) George Washington Doane: The men, to make a State, must be intelligent men. The right of suffrage is a fearful thing. It calls for wisdom, and discretion, and intelligence, of no ordinary standard. It takes in at every exercise, the interests of all the nation. Its results reach forward through time to eternity. The men, to make a State, must be honest. I mean men that consider always what is right, and do it at whatever cost. I mean men whom no king on earth can buy. Men that are in the market for highest bidder; men that make politics their trade, and look to office for a living; these are not the men to make a state. The men, to make a State, must be brave men. I mean men that dare to stand alone. I mean the men that are to-day where they were yesterday, and will be there tomorrow. I mean men that can stand and take the storm. The men to make a State must be religious men. I speak of men who have it in their heart as well as on their brow. The men that own no future, the men that trample on the Bible, the men that never pray, are not the men to make a state. The men to make a State are made by faith. A man that has no faith has no past for reverence; no future for reliance. The men to make a State are themselves made by obedience. Obedience is but self government in action; one he can never govern men who do not first govern himself.

Someone once said, those who ignore history are condemned to repeat history. America is not immune from the lessons of history. Contemporary Americans who ignore silent words by American patriots will never learn what mistakes to avoid or how to perpetuate their constitutional republic. George Washington might have suggested that politically correct patriotism like pretender patriotism are both dangerous frauds. Not identifying some well known contemporary conservatives, all their optimism combined all the optimism in the universe will not change inevitable reality. America as established by its Founding Fathers will eventually cease to exist or die. A more realistic appropriate goal is to delay the evitable.

American patriots, like all other American writers can never become great authors. Great writers only get published in the Bible; to presume or proclaim self appointed greatness is vain blasphemy. The goal of American patriotic writers is to inspire and teach contemporary and future patriots.

Perhaps my next writing exercise should review ethical consequences of voting in any election for internationalist, counterfeit conservative, counter American revolutionary, politically correct patriots. Then again, what were Bancroft's words: Darkness closed upon the country, but it was no night for sleep.

Ultimate question is not “if” but “when” America’s constitutional republic ceases to exist or die. Only children and immature adults believe that America’s constitutional republic will last forever. The question that should concern patriots, is will America’s constitutional republic end before its time? Those responsible for America’s constitutional republic premature time can be left for another writing exercise.

History predicts that America’s constitutional republic will be followed by some type of empire. Three possible options include following brutal anarchy, Americans unlike Europeans will not easily succumb to tyranny like Europeans did with Hitler’s Nazism.

Back to America’s future history options: 1) liberal Democratic Marxist-fascist Greenism serving power brokers, public subsidy addicts, many public employees, and illegal immigrants; 2) internationalist moderate Republicans and counterfeit conservatives trying to partner up with option one; and 3) still members to be determined constitutional empire.

Consider the following silent words by James Russell Lowell, “If the politicians must look after the parties, there should be someone to look after the politicians; somebody to ask disagreeable questions and to utter uncomfortable truths; someone to make sure, if possible before the election, not only what but whom the candidate is going to represent.”

Only remaining answer, your Christmas gift of stepping up to Colonel Travis’s line for Heaven’s favorite republic, not asking for much; just a down payment on what you owe America.

Well known populist celebrity host recently ranted: ideology has wrecked America. This same celebrity has also stated he has no loyalty to America’s outdated Constitution.

Not too out do himself this proud to be middle of road commentator proudly boasts that he will not interview ideological extremists.

A compliment for some Americans, as it is doubtful following ideological extremists would have ever been interviewed by one of contemporary America’s most popular media hosts: Socrates, Jesus, Joan of Arc, Luther, America’s Founding Fathers, or those who died

 for freedom during Texas War For Independence.
Good place in this writing exercise to review a few definitions. Ideologue is one who advocates a specific ideology. Ideology: systematic concepts based on law, doctrine, principles, or beliefs about human conditions of life or conduct.

Simple question, whose word is more dependable, ideologues serving bad ideology like fascism or socialism or two, person guided by mob rule popularity?

Back to title theme: eventual evolutionary conclusion of America’s liberal news and counterfeit conservative media being exemplified by South Texas border media populism.

Over whelming majority of South Texas border print and electronic news media slant their published and broadcast products based on following loyalties.

First: putting Mexico’s national security interests above America’s national security interests. Examples: oppose national security southern border fence which facilitates Islamic terrorists and narco terrorists entering America.

Next, supports internationalist policies that threaten America's domestic manufacturing base necessary to win any future major war. Third, promoting illegal immigration and amnesty threatens America's public health, domestic peace, financially stresses and slowly destroys public services like medical and education, reduces citizen employment opportunities, and weakens physical infra structure.

Second America last loyalty by South Texas border print and electronic media supports racism against Anglo Americans.

Three, promote unethical capitalism at expense of ethical capitalism for collateral retail profits from criminal activities induced by a porous southern border.

Four, tolerate crimes against hundreds of thousands of Americans mostly American Hispanic citizens to satisfy lust for greed and ethnic prejudices. It is estimated that forty percent of crimes in America are committed by illegal immigrants who represent about ten percent of population (thirty to forty million not media propaganda of twelve million).

Crimes include: murder, rape, sexual torture, kidnapping, extortion, robberies, thefts, drug trafficking, injuries and deaths in vehicle accidents, child abuse, domestic violence, and public sector fraud.

Fifth and last included example: supporting Greenism which will eventually be included with list including Nazism, Stalinism, Maoism, and Islamic Fascism.

Changing title from South Texas Border Media Populism to “South Texas Border Public Education Populism” would almost suffice in getting another writing exercise with minimal effort. There is an idea for another writing exercise during those times I am all “writ” out.
