Mexico’s history from its beginning in the early 1800’s has been based on recycled civil war anarchy every plus or minus thirty years. Last Mexico violent upheaval was due to happen in the 1960’s; but was delayed due to greedy internationalists using illegal immigrants crossing porous border into America to serve as relief valve to promote free trade profits for Moderate Republicans.

Interfering for greedy profits, by corrupt Mexican aristocrats; and Moderate Republicans like Bush clan by delaying inevitable Mexican history, has not only delayed but will increase collateral border violence against American citizens. Combine Marxist Democrats offering amnesty for votes to illegals to stay in power, will only increase blood shed of American civilians on American soil.

How many American know that U.S. State Department maybe allowing private armed guards to protect Mexican Aristocrat nationals who purchased amnesty visas to enter America, and who are considered domestic war criminals by many Mexican citizens. These clandestine armed groups will eventually encounter Mexican death squads operating in America seeking street justice against Mexico corrupt aristocrats hiding out in America.

Only a fool would believe that eventually one of the thirty million to forty million illegal immigrants in America will not provide information for money to Mexican death squads on when and where to find Mexican aristocrats also hiding out on American soil.

When such a shoot out occurs in a very public location it will teach Americans a new concept called a “cultural defining event”. Consider the death and carnage which recently occurred in Tucson, Arizona which involved only one alleged deranged man with one pistol.

Image horrific carnage which can occur when eight to ten professional combat hardened mercenaries with fully automatic weapons and grenade launchers; shoot it out at some shopping mall. On one side are combatants trying to kill corrupt Mexican aristocrats, and the other side trying to protect corrupt Mexican aristocrats. Brutal reality is average American law enforcement is not barely equipped to manage such a eventual scenario.

One two to three minute confrontation which has been orchestrated by for sale visas by Obama’s and Moderate Republican State Departments could easily result in dozens of innocent American citizens killed and hundreds wounded. Two other examples of defining events include the following:

1.         Why does ABC, CBC, NBC, PBS, and other pro Marxist fascist news media organizations not report with same intensity more near term children being murdered in Pennsylvania as casualties of late term abortions by one alleged doctor then total number recently murdered in Tucson, Arizona? Follow up questions, was not First Amendment adopted to protect uncivil speech? If Liberal news media accepts genocide of near term children as not being news worthy, way waste time trying to engage Liberal Democrats and moderate Republicans with civil or uncivil speech?

2.         Second older “cultural defining event”.  Never forget these words: no lawyer, politician, diplomat, bureaucrat, or free trader will ever protect your civil world from terrorists known as barbarians in past times. Only those schooled in managing uncivil world problems will be able to protect your civil world. Classic example is Billy’s Mark

William Long Billy Rogers was born in 1822. During April 1846 Billy was camped with his family’s wagon train on the Arroyo Colorado near Paso Real, Texas. The group of fifteen men, three women, and four children was transporting supplies for General Zachary Taylor during the opening days of the American-Mexican War resulting from Mexico’s opposition to the Republic of Texas joining the United States.

During the encampment, the group was surrounded about fifty members of Mexican Army militia unit. The Rogers party agreed to surrender under a flag of truce in return for promises of civilized treatment by the Mexican Army.

Two of the men were immediately shot. The remaining men had their throats cut and were tossed over one bank of the Arroyo Colorado. Since this is a family format, I will just say the women and children were abused, had their throats cut, and were also thrown over same bank of the Arroyo Colorado.

Unfortunately for the offending members of the Mexican Army, Billy Rogers did not die from having his throat cut ear to ear. Billy managed to walk and crawl for four days to help.

Billy was eventually able to identify the guilty for General Taylor who tried but was unable to apprehend the guilty. Billy turned to the Texas Rangers who managed to track down and kill twenty four of the guilty. After asking about the remaining guilty, the Rangers told Billy he would have to deal with the rest himself.

Billy after learning Spanish and turning to a Hispanic Texan woman (he eventually married) who also did not care much for Mexican military troops decided to follow the Ranger’s advice.

During the next several years Billy individually tracked down and personally cut the throats of every single remaining Mexican militia member who participated in the Rogers Massacre. Some historians put the number from twenty to twenty five, although Billy was the only one knowing the exact number.

Citizens in South Texas came to identify the bodies as those with Billy’s Mark and the incidents were never investigated or questioned by law enforcement. Such was life and death in an uncivil world.

Eventually times became more civil, and Billy was elected first as county sheriff and later to the state legislature. Billy eventually went on to become a successful businessman.

Billy’s Mark teaches all of us two lessons. First there is a time to be civil and time to be uncivil. Second, if you do have the stomach to know what it takes to totally defeat terrorists or barbarians show those who do what needs to be done the same respect Billy’s neighbors showed Billy’s Mark.

Translation, do not judge those fighting and dying in an uncivil world so you can have the luxury of going home every day to play with your wife and kids. I told you when I started this writing exercise, that as a farmer’s son many consider me simplistic.

A once admired sophisticated intelligence operations manager said better than I ever could: Their only business is to stay out of my business. Now maybe you can better understand laws of survival in the uncivil world of national security. Keep comments and criticisms coming, it is your right hope you exercise it.

Texas Drifter hopes that America can avoid the cultural defining event described above which has been orchestrated by Democrats seeking votes from illegals, and Moderate Republican seeking profits from cheap labor and investments from corrupt Mexican aristocrats. Texas Drifter also knows that hope is the weakest of all security strategies.

Why, because Americans tend not to get involved until enough Americans have been killed. Guess Texas Drifter is getting tired as I also hope that Americans do not use American’s military assets to solve problems that only Mexicans in Mexico can solve.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Question where is vanity listed as a sin? Not being a religious scholar, perhaps Commandment One might be a good place to start seeking answer: You shall have no other gods before Me; just a suggestion.

Vanity tends to facilitate many considering themselves to be self appointed prophets. A more accurate description would be false prophets. Some are no doubt asking why, is Texas Drifter raising vanity as an issue when America’s constitutional republic seems to have many more important issues. Response is simple, what is first ingredient needed to return America to right path to being Heaven’s favorite republic, followers choosing appropriate leader.

The difference between success and failure depends on not choosing a leader guided by vanity. Consider difference between America’s founding fathers like Washington a most humble man, and contemporary self appointed messiah President Obama. Or consider two men who died in service of their country President Lincoln, and vanity driven General Custer who managed to get his patriotic troops massacred at Little Big Horn.

Leaders motivated by vanity like Obama no matter their sweet sounding mendacities tend to represent evil; while leaders motivated by vanity can get good people killed for no reason.

These examples can be reinforced by considering people reader may have social contacts with. Consider those people you know who may not believe in God but always try to convince you that they always know more than God. My question, if these vain arrogant people always know more than God; why do most of them have to lean on crutches like alcohol, drugs, dominating or abusing other people?

America’s contemporary national security; domestic tranquility; public and private financial problems; plus challenges to America’s constitutional culture are too serious to waste time following vanity motivated leaders. Specific examples include worshiping some celebrity conservative talk show hosts and celebrity politicians.

These conservative celebrities tend to base their careers on being smartest, greatest patriots, most compassionate or greatest thinkers. Vanity might be good marketing strategies for celebrities living off entertainment ratings; but does not necessarily transfer to necessary skills to be great or even good leaders. Modest advice, accept what they say that seems like good advice, but do not worship them as anything other than talk show celebrities.

Question have some self proclaimed conservative celebrities forgotten that confident sacrifices and honorable deed recruit free will citizen allies; while self serving vanities only attracts groupies who are only loyal until next fad pop culture personality passes their way?

Now for a fun exam that reader can use to measure their own vanity perceptions.

Question I. Imagine following real word domestic scenario, how long would you survive?

Domestic Scenario: Ninety plus percent of electricity in the United States is managed by the private sector. The product is distributed among five to six nation wide grids.

These companies trying to maximize profits are using under trained and under equipped private security guards. Industry experts have reported that appropriate physical or software sabotage could disrupt service for up to six months. The most likely terrorist tool, probably a virus capable of camouflaging itself spread by slave computers.

Imagine twenty percent of Americans living under the following conditions for six months:
1) No cash from ATM, debit cards, credit cards and checks
2) no gasoline - gas pumps won't work
3) no food - check out registers won't work
4) no public water for drinking or fires
5) no sewage disposal
6) no government retirement or welfare checks
7) no working air conditioners, heaters, or hot water heaters
8) no working refrigerators, freezers, stoves, or microwaves
9) no lights for homes, businesses, street intersections
10) no telephones including cell
11) no internet, e-mails, no working computers
12) no working televisions or video games
13) no emergency medical services or life support systems
14) no prescription drugs
15) no initial law enforcement
16) no print of broadcast news

It would serve no purpose for your instructor to continue adding to the above list. By the time martial law was ensconced, most affected urban areas would be filled with rabid souls; and most rural areas would have turned into shoot anything that moves zones.

Future historians will write that Homeland Security was a failure because it relied on master's degrees in business or planning to procure taxpayer grants not professionals with field experience in security.

A personal note for my friends in the private sector intelligence industry: in the "office pool" of from one day to six months. I will take "ten days" before the area impacted is way beyond muddled up.

Question II. Stand on the sidewalk between two major signal lights during peak traffic. Make a mental note of each license plate of the first ten vehicles that pass your position. After the tenth vehicle passes your position, write down license plates in following order: vehicle 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9. / You can use video camera to record test period to check answers.

Question III. Identify least vain personal political vanities by choosing only one of the following:
1. Patriot places needs of their country and it's constitution above all self interests.
2. Moneylender places loyalty to profits above loyalty to country.
3. Internationalist places equal loyalty to all countries above loyalty to their own country.
4. Partisan places loyalty to political party above loyalty to country.
5. Judicial activist places loyalty to case law above their oath to uphold and preserve their country's constitution.
6. Subsidy addict places loyalty to public entitlements above their country's national security.
7. A voter who places loyalty to lesser of two evils above loyalty to obeying their principles.
8. Pop culture enthusiast places loyalty to cheap thrills above loyalty to country's best interests.
9. Multi-culture fanatic places loyalty to closet prejudices and failed socialist doctrines above loyalty to proven American traditions. (Exceptions being some native American cultures on mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii.)
10. Spiritual zealot places faith in terrorism not country's Bill of Rights.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Some stories are written to entertain, others are written to teach, still others are written to warn of impending dangers. Reader can decide why “This Can Happen To You” was written.

An unknown sage once said that wise men do not compare apples and oranges. Metaphor, this writing exercise represents recent events in Tucson, Arizona as apples. While following story “This Can Happen To You” represents oranges.

Texas Drifter says without hesitation that some vanity driven radio talk show hosts like Glenn Beck and others are not distinguishing between apples and oranges concerning their remarks about recent events in Tucson, Arizona. Perhaps these conservative talk show celebrities are mimicking Moderate Republicans in their desires to be liked by everyone?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Judas Iscariot betrayed Jesus for thirty pieces of silver. Future American historians have moral obligation to record what “pieces of silver” every Democrat Congressman and Senator received for supporting Obama’s health care legislation. America’s citizens have right to know which of these politicians took Judas bribes, and which were just evil.

Even cruel, mean, selfish, sadistic, lying, thieving, totally worthless psychopaths, sociopaths, and poliopaths like Leninist Democrats are entitled to American Constitutional judicial due processes: indictments, trials, appeals and due process punishments. As for their souls, that is Heaven’s domain not citizens. Above words do not change principles that self defense is not a sin. Reference Entry # 121: “Texas Drifter Self Defense Not A Sin?”

Unfortunately many good American citizens have pilgrim like attitudes towards political evils. Why, most are not used to being victimized by fascists like Leninist Democrats and bureaucrats with worker ant personalities. These while in shock good citizens may over react with episodes of violence caused by lost tempers.

I feel a question emerging; why would battered citizen syndrome not be a valid criminal defense argument?

Following excerpt from GREEN WHITE WHITE published January 1999 John R. Marshall page 150, item “068”.

One wonders if abuses of socialist governments generate a “battered citizen syndrome?” If battered wife syndrome is a valid defense for use of violent solutions; is the battered citizen syndrome also a valid defense for citizens who react in a similar manner against abusive government?

Intellectual consistency requires that those who accept the battered spouse syndrome as a legal defense to justify violence against an abusive spouse must also accept the battered citizen syndrome as valid legal defense for citizen/s who lashes out with violence against abusive government/s which seems synonymous with abusive husbands or spouses.

To accept less is to deny legitimacy of actions by America’s Founding Fathers in 1700’s; actions by Texas rebels in 1830’s, or actions of those who sought to establish nation of Israel following World War II.

What constitutes sufficient legitimate abuse that contributes to battered citizen syndrome can be debated, but existence of battered citizen syndrome can not be debated.

ACT I
(Headquarters Your Local Police Station)

Shift Commander to Department Chaplin: This situation will be worse than usual. You need to inform Retired Detective Adams (RDA) whose wife of almost forty years was killed last month by driving while intoxicated illegal immigrant that the rest of his family: his daughter only child, grandchildren, and son-in-law were murdered during a home invasion by illegal immigrant gang members by mistake.

ACT II
(Retired Detective Adams responds to mid-night knock at his front door.)

RDA: Not you again? Not the rest of my family?

Chaplin: May I come in?

RDA: No, deliver your sorry to tell you death message and leave.

Chaplin: I am sorry to tell you: your daughter, all three grandchildren, and son-in-law were killed earlier this evening.

RDA: Not another DUI illegal immigrant?

Chaplin: A home invasion by illegal immigrants.

RDA: What the blank do you mean home invasion?

Chaplin: Illegal immigrant gang members hit the wrong home address. The illegals were supposed to kill Mexican Cartel member in the U.S. on a visa from Obama’s State Department. The gang members were supposed to hit a home at 1410 East Jackson, and hit your daughter’s home because they didn’t know that American street addresses are generally divided into East and west or North and South.

RDA: How do you know all this so soon after the incident?

Chaplin: The illegals after kicking in the front door shot your daughter and grand children using shot guns. Your son-in-law hearing the shots; came down stairs shooting three of the illegal (killing two) critically wounding the third before he was killed by the fourth illegal home invader.

After leaving his wounded gang member behind, the wounded gang member called 911. Before dying shortly after police arrived, he kept saying why were all the white people here? Off the record, your old partner got the wounded gang member to identify all involved before he died.

RDA: Who is responsible for all these illegal immigrant crimes on American soil?

Chaplin: Liberal Democrats, Obama his Administration, Moderate Republicans like Bush clan, and all other politicians and special interest groups tolerating America’s southern porous border along with amnesty for illegal immigrants.

RDA: That is a strange answer.

Chaplin: I answered that way so you know that there are too many people for you to get even with.

RDA: You have delivered your death message now get off my property.

Chaplin: I will pray for you.

RDA: Since I have no more family for illegals to murder, you have no reason to ever return to my home. I will bury my dead, grieve for my losses; then I will consider my options. Tell my old partner thanks.

ACT III

Reader can write their own ending with why Retire detective Adams was found by a jury of this peers to have been not guilty due to his having been under the influence of “battered citizens syndrome” at the time of this actions.

End short story “This Could Happen To You”.

Above story in no way attempts to minimize, rationalize, or define recent events in Tucson, Arizona as anything other a despicable criminal conduct deserving appropriate due process punishment. Remember that case is about apples.

“This Could Happen To You” is about oranges where Marxist-Fascist Democrat policies as well as Moderate Republican policies driven by greed are about hundreds of thousands of Americans being deprived of their lives, health, and private property by illegal immigrants, and racist, and public bureaucrats who will commit any crime for higher salaries and better pensions. Perhaps those responsible for such crimes need to be reminded that “not wanting to know” was not a defense in Nuremberg Trials.

Back to comments by celebrity talk show hosts that violence is never an acceptable solution to any atrocity; does not one Commandment reference murder not killing in self defense as sin? Pacifism at any price may make one popular. Seems like an apple and orange comparison.

Three final questions for the Glens Beck types:
1. Of what value were the sacrifices of those who were willing to fight, kill in self defense, and perhaps be crippled or killed while founding, building, and defending Heaven’s favorite constitutional Republic if contemporary Americans are not willing to make the same sacrifices?
2. Does not the oath before Heaven include both foreign and domestic enemies?
3. How can anyone sleep well knowing that they are willing to let others engage in most serious of all human conduct, while their only defense is hoping to talk bad guys into being nicer more compassionate people?

Again maybe the time has arrived for conservative to know like most adults that apples and oranges are different. So writes Texas Drifter.

5. Question to be researched by someone with better contacts than JRM: percentage of U.S. payer taxpayer subsidies being sent directly to Mexican nationals living in Mexico? Not all poor Mexicans – example of scam being worked by Mexico’s upper classes – discuss – place to start how many taxpayer checks being sent out of United States? – Partial solution requires all recipients of taxpayer subsidies to provide proof of U.S. citizenship and current residency in U.S.

6. Know that illegal immigrants being less than ten percent of U.S. population represent estimated forty percent of U.S. local, state, and federal prison populations. Comparison to be done: percent of illegal immigrants involved in drunk or drug related driving accidents? Results might support no “Dream Act” legislation or “amnesty by any name” for illegal immigrants at all. Some have suggested that Hispanic illegal immigrants possess a culture which tolerates drunk driving and domestic violence against spouses and children.

Do not expect support from Democrats who are willing to trade amnesty for deaths and injuries of innocent Americans by drunk driving illegals in return for votes from illegals. You should not also expect support from Moderate Republicans who are willing to trade amnesty by any other name amnesty for deaths and injuries of innocent Americans by drunk driving illegals in return for cheaper labor and more profits from unethical capitalism.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Texas Drifter supports conservative bi-partisan politics with one simple stipulation. That one simple stipulation, conservative bi-partisan politics are guided by conservative negotiations not one single conservative compromise.

Negotiate and compromise different concepts, conservatives must learn to negotiate for principals not compromise principles. Definition of processes: compromise is to make shameful dishonorable concessions; negotiate is to convert to mutual value without compromise.

Disadvantage of compromising principles: compromise half today, half tomorrow, half next day, problem with continuing with daily compromises; by end of week one has nothing left to compromise. Technical answer is one only has less than one percent of principles left to compromise.

Negotiation for assets or political advantages, are best achieved from strength known as social power. References to Marshall’s social power formula: social power equals quality plus quantity over timing can be found at several postings in Marshall’s Law Townhall. One good example of negotiating from strength involved Texas Drifter watch ranch owner (RO) engage in following negotiations. When asked by potential customer (PC) how much he wanted for two heifers, RO said twenty thousand dollars. PC responded eighteen. RO said you are wasting my time twenty-three. PC quipped twenty. RO said I made you a reasonable offer you are still wasting my time. Twenty-five, keep wasting my time and my next offer will be thirty. PC meekly asked if RO would take a check who answered, “Sure, as long as you never forget that I know where you live.”

Another example includes industry professionals referring to themselves as principled humanitarians, who in reality are nothing more than unethical capitalists seeking almighty principals. Texas Drifter has no problem with people making profits to pay expenses and provide their families and selves with luxurious life styles; that is what ethical capitalism is all about.

Simple question, how many auto repair technicians proclaim themselves to be humanitarian mechanics?  Solution to America’s problem plagued health care system is not now and will never become socialist policies like Obama’s health care.

Best solution is to move away from unethical capitalist health care driven only by principals to ethical capitalist health care guided by ethical physician-patient principles. The struggle between learning to negotiate principals and not compromise principles is older than the adage about the “world’s oldest profession”. Was not the struggle between Eve and the Serpent in the Garden of Eden a conflict between principals and principles?

Texas Drifter is not aware of any American generation that was immune from principals-principles struggles. Unborn future American generations will no doubt have to confront their own personal principals-principles conflicts.
 
It is not a coincidence that past American generations have strived to leave their children better resources for their principals-principles struggles than their parents had. What will future generations say about America’s current generation of “baby boomers”?

I am commanding you to carry out Caesar's orders in Judea. If you can accomplish this task I shall reward your efforts by making you tax collector for Judea.

New Census Taker: I wish to thank

Quirinius (interrupts): I have no time for fool's babble. Who is the most influential merchant in Judea?

Census Taker: Simon of Jerusalem, he has the finest olive gardens, the largest sheep herds, the finest inn, and the most profitable market.

Quirinius: I have heard of Simon, tell me more.

Census Taker: Simon is a devout man who refuses to engage in money lending or take an interest in politics.     

Quirinius: Destroy this Simon of Jerusalem.

Census Taker: Why he is an honest merchant without enemies?

Quirinius: It is not Simon that could be a threat but the thieves who may use his wealth against us. Be gone, I have grown tired of you.

Act II

(Six months later - Quirinius on a small throne in his temple with Census Taker kneeling before him)

Quirinius: Rise, my fool of a son: Report to me about your progress on the census and Simon of Jerusalem.

Census Taker: The census taking process is on schedule. As for Simon of Jerusalem: I released locust into his olive gardens; I destroyed his sheep herds with plagues; I burned his inn; I had bandits steal his wealth; and I have incited riots at his market so none will shop there. I am ready to return as tax collector.

Quirinius (erupts in to rage): You fool you have signed both our death warrants. I ordered you to destroy Simon not his property. How can taxes be paid to Caesar with barren trees, dead sheep, ashes, empty coffers, or empty market places?

Guards let it be known that my fool son's inheritance shall be sent to Caesar to reimburse Simon's losses resulting from my fool son's actions. Let it also be known that my son of a fool shall be banished from Syria for the remainder of my life.

Act III

Simon (pointing): Isn't it beautiful?

Simon's Helper: Sir how can a man who never cheated or punished the innocent; a man who has lost everything he earned his entire life; see beauty in THIS?  Sir, every night, I shed tears of confusion not knowing why Heaven is punishing you.

Simon: My dearest life long friend, I see beauty in THIS because I see opportunity. As for heaven punishing me, stewards of faith know the difference between punishment and preparation.

Simon's Helper: Where's the opportunity in having a stable without a bucket to bring water, or straw for feed.

Visitor (enters stage): I am looking for Simon of Jerusalem.

Simon: I am Simon of Jerusalem.

Visitor: Many decades ago before I was born, you loaned my father this bucket. His dying words were that I return your bucket with five donkeys loaded with straw.

Simon: I grieve for the loss of an honest man. I greatly accept the return of my bucket. Heaven only asks for tithes of ten percent; it would be a sin for me to accept straw from your donkeys. Now I must go to the temple to pray for your loss.

(Turning to helper) Use the bucket to bring us water.

Conclusion(Simon returns to stable to find stable half full of animals and Simon's Helper talking to another visitor)   

Simon's Helper: Great news, a few more customers and you shall have enough profits to buy new sheep.

Simon: I thought I said I could not accept straw from the visitor?

Simon's Helper: The visitor insisted that the straw from five donkeys was a gift, not interest for a debt.

Simon: Who is the new visitor?

Simon's Helper: Some man less fortunate than us, the man can not afford shelter for his wife who about to give birth.

Simon: What were you telling this man who is less fortunate than us?

Simon's Helper: I was telling him that Heaven was preparing him not punishing him.

Simon (interrupts): And?

Simon's Helper: I shall tell Joseph that it would be an honor for you to share your stable; with him, his wife, and their soon to be born child. 

Simon: I must return to the Temple to seek Anna's guidance.

(At the Temple)

Anna (to Simon): Eight days later during Mary's purification offering at this Temple, you will speak "Lord now I can die content for I have seen him as you promised."

(Pause - Simon and Anna freeze as Simon's Helper walks on stage)

Simon's Helper: Anna's prophecy came true and Simon found peace as a contented man. Simon later restored that which had been lost to the want be tax collector. I might add that his restoration work was made much easier by my loyalty. Let me tell you about my tireless efforts.

(Cast and all those involved in play break in while walking on stage singing – "Oh Holy Night")
