Few words about conservative optimist pilgrims, sometimes hope is a fool’s emotion. Good example, Col. Travis of Alamo fame knew reserves were not coming and would not arrive to save his garrison. Travis gave his volunteers the choice of leaving, or staying and trading their futures for Texas’ future.

Conservative optimists, especially radio talk show hosts and columnist celebrities seem to believe America is immune from lessons of history and that America’s Constitutional Republic will always recover from abuses by ‘bad” unethical capitalist conservatives. These same optimist conservative pilgrims also believe tyrannies of Democrat Party zombies like Obama, Greenists, and their socialist treasons to ethical capitalist conservatives can always be shrugged off with life always returning to normal. 

Odds of America returning to the good old days are less since “bad” unethical capitalist conservatives and “evil with rabid souls” Democrat Party gangsters or zombies have blended into a single hybrid America last force which is some cases is allying themselves with America’s enemies also known as Jenny’s Monsters.

A  reasonable guess, any competent prosecutor should with minimal effort be able to locate tens of thousands of knowledgeable witnesses to publicly testify to Obama’s actions providing aid and comfort to America’s enemies.

If Constitutional due process is ignored for elected and or appointed officials like Obama and his Administration, let American public records proclaim that all citizens with oaths to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign are null and void, and citizens are released from their obligations to honor those oaths. Citizens should not have to honor oaths to constitutions that exist in name only which do not influence ascribed political system.

Story One: Return "A Short Play"

 Act I

 What started out as being about casualties has woefully turned out to be about survivors of casualties.
 Everybody has a right to disagree and even be disagreeable. That is not crossing the line; what is crossing the line is threatening someone else's freedom, property, and or future history.
 Current events all started after the incident at Paso Real, Felina and I headed north to another place.
 Place more violent and corrupt than any other; place more violent and corrupt than any other. Started wearing one gun in plain sight, seemed to be the right thing to do. Added another one inside too, plus the derringer made three.
 Part time split from Felina she stayed at Rose's Cantina; while I searched for an out of the way ranch. She got bored started hustling at the Rose's Cantina. Marty R. has already turned her legend into two ballads.
 Now I'm left alone in this place more violent and corrupt than any other.

 Act II

 Struck down and left by the side of the road, not by blade or lead rather a brush country virus.

 Was not strong enough to tell some passer by I wasn't dead only suffering from silent hallucinations.
 Had just finished last hallucination when, I sensed a hot foul wet breeze. One eye gradually focused on white teeth about to eat my face.
 Lingering fever erased my memory of whose scream was louder, yours truly or the coyote.

 Act III

 Some hallucinations are worth repeating.

1) Violating an oath to God is the worst of all sins.
2) Heaven doesn't covet slavish disciples and gave us free will.
3) Plastic people are too messed up to know they are messed up.
4) Casualties are not people who volunteer to be victims.
5) Supporting the lesser of two evils is still supporting evil.
6) Things can always get worse, and you can always do better.
7) Choose right, anticipate, react, and let Heaven keep score.
 
There is a bartender at Paso Real I need to see about a job. This cowboy doesn't mind delivering souls as long as his is not part of the contract.
    
Story Two: “Planted In Pairs”

Folk-history provides a story about a young Hispanic bride who’s first and only true love died April twenty-first at San Jacinto taking a bullet for General Sam Houston. The too young to be a widow became so depressed she was diagnosed with dying of a broken heart.

After all efforts to cure the dying bride had failed, her family asked a young Texan priest to intervene. Following inspiration during prayer, the priest gave the near comatose bride a single Texas Wild Olive tree. The cleric suggested that she care for the seedling and allow the white flowers to remind her of the beauty she and her true love shared during their brief time together.

As time passed, the bride recovered and the tree continued to grow and bloom. Eventually time neared for the now old widow bride to rejoin her only true love. She asked the now past middle age priest to make her one promise: to care for the tree she had so carefully cared for since the passing of her husband.

After the widow bride’s “going home”; the priest became terribly depressed when none of his tireless efforts to save what became known as "widow’s tree” seemed to help as the tree without explanation continued to die.

As the community well aware of the priest’s promise to care for widow’s tree, rumors started that the priest had lost his faith. Then almost without explanation like divine inspiration, the priest thought maybe the tree was dying of a broken heart.

The priest leaving in the middle of the night with only failing light of a candle, found a small wild olive tree that also seemed nearly dead. That same night, he headed for the widow’s abandoned ranch and planted the second Texas Wild Olive Tree. As if by a miracle, an unseasonable rain nourished both trees.

Reasonably sure you have already guessed the rest of this non-fiction story’s facts: both trees recovered and still survive to this day. Now you know why Texas Wild Olive trees always do better when planted in pairs.

Wonder if the same lesson could indirectly apply to people? Enough speculation since this is a non-fiction writing exercise. What is not speculation, best Texas Wild Olive trees can be found around Paso Real. Attempted translation, next Marshall’s Law Townhall Entry 032 “Devil’s Gold”.

Random closing question, should not someone tell Chairman Osama Obama that there is a big difference between taking an oath to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution on The Holy Bible, and taking the same oath on thin air as did Chairman Osama Obama?

Refresher observation, the civil right to obtain a writ of habeas corpus is protection against illegal imprisonment. Question, are President Obama’s policies intended to create domestic strife too allow him to suspend habeas corpus as did President Lincoln, followed unlike Lincoln with martial law and suspension of all elections to further notice?

American citizens need to distinguish between ignorance, and feigning stupidity or deceptive stupidity to create a manufactured crisis to justify replacing constitutional government with fascist or Marxist dictatorship.

Legend, Yellow Rose of Texas: during the Texas Revolution followers and enemies alike called General Sam “poltroon”. List includes most signers at Texas Convention for Independence, most of General Sam’s volunteer troops, most Texas civilians, and Mexico’s dictator President General Santa Anna.

When the time was right, General Sam had two messages, one for his troops and one for his enemies. Sam’s first message to his troops: I ordered my scouts to burn all bridges. No one comes in, no one retreats. I must have Santa Anna alive. Remember the Alamo.

Casualty reports from April 21st eighteen minute battle sent Houston’s enemies the second message: six hundred enemy killed, two hundred enemy wounded, and 732 enemy captured. Santa Anna was captured the next day after fleeing the battle like a coward.

Out numbered two to one, Republic of Texas casualties were two killed and twenty-three wounded. The wounded included General Sam Houston. When asked about his part in the battle, one Texan answered, I would not have stopped killing those ######## if Jesus Christ himself had asked me too. You the reader are probably thinking, I know the history, so where’s Yellow Rose Legend?

One of Houston's scouts was involved with a young Hispanic dancer called "Yellow Rose". A woman whose cousin had recently died defending the Alamo. When Texas most beautiful woman heard Houston and his most trusted scout talking about distractions to give Texas troops an edge, she knew what had to be done.

Despite vehement protests by her most trusted scout, Yellow Rose silenced him by asking him how many loved ones he had lost defending the Alamo? As Houston gave the order to attack across an open field, the Mexican General was being distracted by Yellow Rose. Reports suggest that Yellow Rose passed on opportunity to kill Santa Anna since Houston needed him alive.

Now you know why many Texans have yellow rose bushes around their homes. There may be other legends, but I like mine best.

Let conservative patriots never forget: price for liberty is high; cost of defending inalienable freedoms is higher; highest cost of all is reclaiming liberty. The alternative watching or knowing that your children and grandchildren are going to pay interest for you losing their liberty.

Washington’s generation paid price for liberty; two hundred years of patriots paid price for defending America’s inalienable freedoms; only Heaven knows names of conservative patriots who will take back America’s lost liberties. That is perhaps the saddest harshest security consulting message I have ever and may ever deliver.

Reminded of a story about an old woman who became bitter cause Heaven did not answer her prayers to win lottery. Judgment day arrived, the lost soul asked Heaven why her prayers were never answered. Heaven’s response, could not cause you did not even have initiative to buy one lottery ticket. Maybe the message is that Heaven will start helping Americans save and return America’s liberties when patriots start helping themselves. Translation: hunt like eagles by day; hunt like owls by night.

Democrat Party Marxist alliances are based on differences: race and ethnic heritages, age, gender, economic classes, ethic and religious differences, and physical abilities. Also included are anti-conservative aristocrats, some union leaders, many public sector employees, and variations of fascist and Marxist ideologies like Greenism. You the reader should freely add to list.

Conservative alliances are built on similarities of beliefs, threats, and solutions. Starting with beliefs. American history is based on common faith in Ten Commandments, and two documents: Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights.

Neither the United States Constitution, nor Bill of Rights is anymore a “living document” than the Ten Commandments are a living document. Just because Heaven gives individuals free will, does not mean Heaven does not know how things will turn out.

What binds American citizens (born or naturalized) are their oaths to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign. Americans understand that oaths are individual contracts with Creator of all that has been, is, and will be. Americans also understand that breaking an oath to God is such an obvious sin, that it was not included in Ten commandments.

“Uphold” is the oath taker’s preeminent obligation, as abandoning the written spirit of the Constitution and Bill of Rights would leave citizens nothing left to defend. Never forget that case law may or may not be constitutional thus the oath to uphold the Constitution does not automatically extend to case law.

As for defending the Constitution, never forget that purpose of peace is to prepare for war. Adversaries to defending the Constitution include:
1. Islamic crusaders engaging in terrorism or national war, like Iran.
2. Internationalists including Republican Internationalists threaten America’s national security by, supporting trade policies which diminish America’s domestic manufacturing base; promote porous borders, promote amnesty for illegal immigrants, and place interests of foreign trading partners above well being of American traditions, values, and security.
3. Illegal immigrants who invade America to export American labor trade dollars, commit crimes, and or carry out acts of terrorism.
4. Corrupt or incompetent elected or appointed officials.
5. No due process public sector bureaucrats.
6. Public subsidy addicts.
7. Uninformed “government is my god” voters.
8. Unethical capitalists and Marxists supporting elected or appointed officials.

America’s common faith solutions:
1. Start acting like world’s only superpower by basing national security decisions on Marshall’s Reasonable Certainty Doctrine.
2. Enact National Security Jobs Act.
3. Close borders and start policing premises to deport illegal immigrants.
4. Reaffirm that Constitution guarantees only apply to American citizens (born or naturalized), and those legally in America.
5. Implement guest worker type programs to strictly regulate exporting of American labor dollars.
6. Adopt Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation, elected or appointed officials may have sovereign immunity protections which do not extend to non-security public bureaucrats.
7. Protect two party election systems by adding “none of above” to all ballots. Process will force America’s political parties to offer qualified candidates not settle for spoiled rich kids or Marxists, both whom seem to be trying to destroy America.
8. Stop catering to and promoting counterfeit conservatives because they are nice people.

Writing warm up exercise: “No Name Cantina” intro: Include citizens flag in opening visuals. Rely only on voice overs, no live audio; easier production and consistent hook.

Opening audio: Bingo, bienvenidos from No Name Cantina. My given name John R. Marshall; friends and those on other side called me Marshall then Johnny Angel (pronounced on-hel). Now folks who know me call me Texas Drifter; not a career choice, just drifting to stay free behind American lines on American soil.

Occasionally stop by No Name Cantina to save voice overs of some of my writing exercises. Like them or not your choice, do not like them do not listen. Future historians and readers will judge me more right than wrong. Now to writing exercise 

Following questions require right or wrong answers.
1) The United States shall guarantee to every state in the union a republican form of government and shall protect each of them against invasion … American citizens promoting or providing aid and comfort including employment to illegal immigrants illegally invading America are engaging in acts of sedition against America’s Constitution. Penalties for engaging in sedition should be based on felony standards.
Answer: right of course

2) Solving America’s economic “crisis” is easy. Causes of problems – First, excessive private and public debts from addictive credit habits; public sector intervention into private sector capitalism; and unethical capitalism. Second, who creates best and most jobs, private sector. Third, how does private sector create jobs, private investment dollars. Fourth, quickest way to create investment dollars, massive permanent tax cuts. All that is left, replace unethical capitalism based on greed with ethical capitalism.

Examples: Offering a starving man ten dollars for a hundred dollar horse is not ethical capitalism. Second not exercising inalienable rights are wasted blessings. Translation, being American and not acting American, insults not only Heaven, but also insults your country, state, friends, family, and personal reputation.
