Texas Drifter Libs Become Evils They Hate

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Marxist Progressive Liberal Democrats need to learn, that there is a self destructive problem with worshiping relative principles: compromise one half today, one half tomorrow, one half following day, and one half next day; in less than a week Progressive Liberals have no principles left to compromise.

Reader can run their own numbers to determine how many compromises it takes for Marxist Progressive Liberal Democrats to evolve into amoral evil creatures.

Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberals and their Moderate Republican allies have also failed to learn the lesson that America’s Civil War and Civil Rights Movement about a century later were not about replacing slavery and hate driven prejudices with other types of slavery and hate motivated discrimination.

Specific examples include slavery through redistribution of wealth to any local, state or federal government. Second example includes hate motivated revenge through affirmative action programs to punish achievers and reward lazy non-achievers.

If Affirmative action is so wonderful, then perhaps affirmative action ratios should be applied to professional sports? Example, each professional basketball team should have one White, one Black, one Hispanic, one Asian, and one gender confused handicapped person. Reader’s assignment, create the perfectly balanced affirmative action professional football team.

Other examples of unacceptable slavery or discrimination by Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats and their allies Moderate Republicans include following:
1. Freedom of press for Daniel Ellsberg The Pentagon Papers case; but Nazi like oppression for conservative talk show hosts with equal time or what ever fascist terms are popular among America’s mainstream Obama propaganda generating news media;
2. Opposing violations of laws for Nixon Administration; but ignoring every criminal act and unconstitutional action by Obama Administration;
3. Opposing “military-industrial complex”; but supporting every anti American pro fascist environmental special interest group on planet earth;
4. Opposing equal opportunity environment for all citizens; but supporting special privileges for every “ I am a victim the world owes me” hate group in America;
5. Promoting promiscuity as love which has made institution of marriage synonymous with one night stands which has destroyed family unit in America;
6. Supports economic redistribution of wealth for illegal immigrants and public subsidy addicts; even though these purely Marxist policies are destroying America’s Middle class which is the engine that drives America’s ethical capitalist economy;
7. Replaces respect for women’s rights by promoting rape and abuses of women through rap music and support for traditional Muslim laws;

Reader’s assignment, add examples of how: Obama, his supporters, and allies like Moderate Republican relative principles are destroying America’s traditions, values, principles, and beliefs in freedom.

Clues:
1. Progressive Liberals are driven by hate motivated jealous revenge dependent on re-distribution of wealth and liberties by quoting Marx, Mao, and every other evil tyrant.
2. Part of same evil equation are Moderate Republicans, Republicans in name only (RINOS), and conservatives in public only (CIPOS) motivated by selfish aristocratic ruling class greed.
3. Some public sector agencies which are covertly guided by hatred and engage in racist discrimination against American citizens with Western European heritage. Specific examples include some South Texas Food Stamp Offices and some Social Security Field Offices in South Texas.

In closing, relative ethics motivated by hatred or greed produce same kind of politicians and public sector bureaucrats: amoral, cruel, mean, vicious, sadistic, evil public servants. Texas Drifter is aware that some readers object to some of my writing exercises that suggest violent civil unrest or possibly civil war could be on America’s political horizon.

All reader has to do to convince Texas Drifter that his possible violent events scenarios are totally wrong, is to provide me with just one example of a Pharaoh, Caesar, King, Hitler, Stalin, Castro, or any other tyrant that left office simply because they lost an election.

Does anyone really believe that public subsidy addicts dependent on other people’s property for their existence and lifestyles are going to quietly return to being productive law abiding citizens after their candidate loses America’s 2012 Presidential election?

One way this question can be answered is to politely ask crack, methamphetamine, or heroin addicts to give you their drugs and abandon their addictions so as to make them nicer people. As unpleasant as is, there is little difference between being a drug addict and being a public subsidy addict addicted to other citizen’s private property. Does not a “not living” Ten Commandments reference this point?

That being written, there is little difference between drug dealers’ relative ethics; and relative principles of public subsidy addict dealers like Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats and their Moderate Republican allies.

To satisfy Texas Drifter’s curiosity, let me know how reader’s compassionate plan to get crack, methamphetamine, and heroin addicts and dealers to abandon their relative ethics and voluntarily walk away from their self destructive poisons so as to become nicer self sufficient citizens works out.

Texas Drifter Tea Party Test

Marshall’s Law Dateline – How can Tea Party expect to win battle of getting their chosen candidate elected President; until Tea Party proves they can successfully win skirmish of getting simple legislation enacted into law?


Issue is saving hundreds of millions of tax payer dollars by reducing fraud in “food stamp” program.


Adopting following changes will help reduce millions of dollars in fraud plaguing America’s food stamp program.
1. Applicants must prove legal resident status within United States jurisdictional authority like that required to obtain driver’s license in many states;
2. Food stamp card will be transformed into “photo identification” card that only named applicant can use to redeem public subsidies.
3. Misusing card by applicant loaning, selling or transferring use of card for public subsidy products to others will result is applicant losing privileges to participate in food stamp program.
4. Any vendor that accepts cards from any person not identified by food stamp photo ID card will result in vendor losing privileges to accept food stamp cards.


Tea Party members need to avoid depending on leaders whose only accomplishments are being good talkers. There are very few examples in history of well intentioned citizens talking tyrants and other bad politicians into changing their evil ways with siren songs.


Closing thought, what better way for Tea Party members to prepare to win their battle to get their chosen candidate elected President; than by first winning above legislative skirmish to reduce food stamp fraud with what many will say “Why didn’t I think of a solution that simple?”

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Will Obama’s affirmative action government, thought to be driven by racism, help destroy America’s Progressive Liberal Democrat Party, and be good for America’s constitutional republic?
 
Words to be used to profile for clues need more specific than generic meanings; first example, positive intent of romance is behavior based on truth and honesty. Less than positive variations include:
1. seduction based on deception;
2. bribery based on business;
3. dishonesty based on lies, deceit, misrepresentations;
4. extortion based on threats;
5. force based on physical pain.
 
Another profile word as a verb is ally. Some variations for Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats and their allies can include:
1. economic policies with allies like public sector unions, public subsidy addicts, and Moderate Republicans;
2. theological policies with allies like Muslim terrorists against Israel and Judeo-Christian Americans;
3. racial policies with ethnic minorities like some Blacks and Hispanics who hate all those of European heritage.
 
Consider case of Moderate Republican candidate for President Romney. Who can suggest that Romney may not be an Obama closet ally? Romney supports variation of Obama health care. Romney supports Obama’ global warming propaganda; plus Romney supports like Obama, special tax payer financial subsidies for green or special environmental interest groups. Conservatives need to ask is supporting a Moderate Republican like Romney in Presidential primaries like voting for Obama light?
 
Is America becoming just another museum of republics? Perhaps answer can be partially found by referencing excerpts of Marshall’s Law Entry # 024 Conservative 2009 State of Union which was originally entitled “Return To Lyceum”?
 
In all of human history, there have only been five great republics: Athens, Rome, America, Texas, and ours in this year of our Lord 3216. Why have the citizens of this once great republic failed to learn that no republic is immune from the lessons of history?
 
Excluding Texas which joined America before it was attacked in a second war of aggression by Mexico; are we not following the same paths of self destruction that caused the collapse of Athens, Rome, and America? Do not our beyond the borders special economic policies mirror those of Pericles and America’s Internationalist Republicans and Socialist Democrats?
 
A crisp comparison, between Pericles the architect of Athens collapse, and America’s socialist Presidents who facilitated the collapse of the world’s third great republic; both were essentially honest, but surrounded themselves with associates who placed greed above national security.
 
Pericles’s agenda was economic statesmanship while America’s socialist Presidents described their policy as American Internationalism. Both propagandized for law and order while governing by calculations for associates commercial profits; both believed that qualifications for governing were obtained through aristocratic privilege.
 
Both promoted unconstitutional mob rule over their respective constitutional republic. Both believed in societies controlled by “chosen” aristocrats and moral socialists who relied on bureaucratic fascism to redistribute middle class wealth to government created subsidy addicts.
 
Both acted on these beliefs by catering to constituencies of public subsidy addicts, enforcer bureaucrats, moral socialists, and corporate feudalists; both so despised the middle class that they ignored or at least failed to condemn atrocities committed by incompetent, corrupt, or politically correct bureaucrats against middle class citizens.
 
Both were denounced by true conservatives. Pericles was denounced by Plato, Aristotle, and Plutarch who all agreed that Pericles’s policies “injured the Athenian character.” True American conservatives denounced counterfeit conservative Republicans like Bush II for breaking campaign promises; and socialist Obama for being a Marxist.
 
Both failed to understand that there always have been, still are, and probably always will be four political groups: middle class, rich, poor, and bureaucrats. Bureaucrats tend to be amoral and enthusiastically commit crimes against any citizen/s for who ever is in power.
 
Both ignored Aristotle’s teachings that the best states are those “wherein the middle classes are a more formidable part than either the rich or poor.” Aristotle correctly observed that: an aristocratic state may be beneficial for a time, but aristocrats tend to deteriorate, and become the worst form of government. Aristotle correctly observed two thousand years in advance of America’s internationalist aristocrats: noble character is seldom found among those of noble birth, most who are good for nothing … highly gifted families often degenerate into maniacs.
 
Concerning rule by public subsidy addicts, Aristotle observed: When a democracy is dominated by lower classes the rich are taxed to provide funds for the poor. The poor receive it and again want the same supply, like pouring water into a sieve; when either the rich get the better of the poor, or the poor of the rich neither of them will establish a free state.
 
Both republics, Athens and America, were eventually broken by frivolous wars and squandering public funds. Pericles’s political legacy was blamed for “the plague”; while the legacies of America’s Internationalist Republicans and Socialist Democrats became synonymous with economic treason by allowing illegal immigrants followed by terrorists using a porous southern border to destroy America’s domestic manufacturing base.
 
Have not our national defense policies based on entangling foreign treaties ignored warnings of both Cincinnatus and Washington? Shall self appointed spoiled adults generous with other people’s properties, push our republic into dissoluteness which eventually causes citizens to not defend their republic’s own national heritage from what the Athenians called barbarians and Americans named illegal immigrants?
 
How long will it be before our citizens continuing to ignore the lessons of history; cause this sacred republic to remain nothing more than a collection of lessons for the sixth or next great republic? The only question that remains is will our citizens passively watch their beloved republic evolve into tyranny and anarchy; or will we like the duty to honor Americans defend our vanishing lives, God given liberties, and properties like apex predators? Still from past lessons, Plato paraphrased Socrates’ “Apology” with the following” I do not have the leisure to engage in public affairs, nor indeed look after my own. I live in great poverty because of service to The God.
 
More recent history, Texas Drifter reluctantly admits that I often wonder if I am wasting life’s precious time with writing exercises that seemingly fail to motivate patriots to rise up and save Heaven’s favorite constitutional republic. Suddenly I remember my father’s words to me some fifty plus years ago: Son your life will be a lot easier when you learn to stop working against yourself.
 
Then in an instant, almost by inspiration I recall The Father’s words: You will be judged by your actions, not actions of others; leave judging others to me.
 
Moving on to closing thoughts, is Obama’s affirmative action government guided by ethnic racism by allowing an apparently racist Attorney General to destroy, wealthy Anglo progressive liberal Democrats with lynch mob indictments and trials? Only you the reader can answer that question based on recent media events.
 
Some conservative legal scholars suggest that if U.S. Supreme Court reaffirms Obama’s health care public commerce provision then a majority Supreme court will effectively murder U.S. Constitution by outlawing private citizens’ inalienable rights to freely engage in private commerce.
 
If above premise is correct the U.S. Constitution will be a document in name only. If such a Supreme Court ruling comes to fruition not in a good sense, what options will remain for American patriots? Recall there will only be two sides, on right side patriots engaged in self defense defending U.S. Constitution; on the other side comrades trying to replace constitutional due process with tyranny, slavery, and poverty for all except aristocratic ruling elites.
 
Reader’s assignment, based on your personal principles not principals, list twelve patriots’ future options no matter have brutal the options. Reader asks, why so many options; are comrades likely to give up their “world owes me” political power and public subsidy addictions until next “fair’ election?
 
Texas Drifter being in an almost charitable mood will list one of twelve options for reader shortening their assignment. Following is excerpt from Texas Drifter’s training manual SPY AS A VERB: Art and Ethics of Surveillance section “Up Close and Personal”.
 
A more complex up close and personal tactic, accepts the premise that once time for talking has passed, there are only four options:  cower until you are found, run and hide, stand off tactics, and or hit and run.
 
Napoleon’s version of hit and run requires decimating first target, and striking second target with dazzling speed and methodical ferocity. Napoleon’s divide and conquer strategies as brilliant as they were, depended on insuring that first target attacked did not recover and reappear on the home team’s flank.
 
Not finishing off first target attacked; creates unnecessary threats to be dealt with later. Marshall’s social formula can help identify first target. Perhaps a more cost effective “hit and run” strategy is to use pro active counter intelligence activities to create mistrust and hatred among enemy allies. Letting enemy sides fight it out among themselves, makes it easer for home team to manage or destroy weaker winning enemy ally.
 
Covert operations have two objectives, impress clients with results and transfer blame away from clients. Covert operations do not transfer bla1me away from their clients with vanity based admissions to news media. Texas Drifter is hoping preceding option is not one of options reader had intended to include.
 
Based on history preserved by Athens’ and Rome’s now museum republics, plus contemporary actions of America’s comrades; it does not seem much of a guess with storm clouds building on America’s political horizon to forecast America’s political weather. So warns Texas Drifter.

Texas Drifter CIPO'S Worse Than RINO'S

Marshall’s Law Dateline – CIPO stands for “conservatives in public only” and is used by “Republicans In Name Only” (RINO’s) to spy on and disrupt activities of American conservatives, Judeo-Christian Patriots, and grass roots organizations like Tea Party.

Are these examples of Texas CIPO’S?
1. Did Texas U.S. Senator Cornyn’s activities of betraying conservatives in recent Alaska election to help Moderate Republican get elected, pass the CIPO test?
2. Has Texas Representative Farenthold betrayed his Tea Party supporters by becoming a U.S. House Speaker Boehner puppet?
3. Has Governor Perry been a CIPO throughout his career? After all he supported Trans Texas Terrorist Corridor designed to generate incredible profits for foreign companies. Perry intended to set up secret special courts to seize private land owner’s properties.
4. Is one very well known radio talk show host really a CIPO? Talk on the streets is that this conservative celebrity met with a well know Moderate Republican strategist to try and convince an East Coast Republican Governor to seek Republican 2012 Presidential election.
5. If any of the above are CIPO’s, and all probably are; none owe Texas Drifter any explanation. They all however, owe apologies to those tens of thousands and in some cases hundred of thousands “for dealing off the bottom” for votes to get elected or ratings for advertising profits.
6. Reader’s assignment find more examples of CIPO activities by above Texas CIPO’s or name CIPO’s and their activities in your own state.

Patience is a virtue in both life and politics. Perhaps conservatives should exercise virtue of patience by waiting until their 2012 Presidential Convention to select their candidate for President. Picking candidate at convention would give Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats and their Moderate Republican allies less time to sabotage Republican Party’s candidate with vicious hateful propaganda.

This time can also be used by conservatives to recognize their opponents also known as America last crowd; obvious include Marxist-fascist Democrats including their allies plus Moderate Republicans with their legions of conservative betrayers: RINO’s and CIPO’s. Remember patience can be a critical virtue as there are no “do-overs” in politics for Judeo-Christian Conservative Patriots from CIPO’s betrayals.

Brief review of shadow players in “world’s second oldest profession”:
1. sympathizers;
2. collaborators;
3. spies;
4. double agents.

Few contemporary descriptions to accompany sympathizers and collaborators:

Texas Drifter Memorial Day Memories

Texas Drifter Memorial Day Memories

Marshall’s Law Dateline – There are only two kinds of Memorial Day Memories.

Starting with basics, definition of memorial is something intended to remind people of an event in which one person or more than one person died. Standard description of Memorial Day provided by another source: Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation's service.

First type of Memorial Day memory belongs to those doing the dying or watching their comrades dying. All words spoken or written can never accurately describe sights, sounds, smells, and feelings of those dying, or those watching their compatriots pay ultimate price in service of America.

Second type of Memorial Day memories, are beloved memories from better times of family, friends, and beneficiaries of those paying ultimate price in service of America.

Perhaps Heaven has blessed those not dying and those not watching compatriots paying ultimate price in service of America, by leaving them with second type of memory; while leaving harshest memories to bravest and strongest among us.

Enough words for this writing exercise, reader will understand differences between two different types of Memorial Day memories or they will not.

Closing thought by Benjamin Harrison: I have never been able to think of the day as one of mourning; I have never quite been able to feel that half-masted flags were appropriate on Decoration Day. I have rather felt that the flag should be at the peak, because those whose dying we commemorate rejoiced in seeing it where their valor placed it. We honor them in a joyous, thankful, triumphant commemoration of what they did.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Profile, Texas Drifter loves the sound of a word that describes data which matches tested characteristics. Profiles are tools used to form starting point premises for non-prejudicial investigations. Those discounting profiling as investigative tools are those exhibiting more compassion for criminals than victims.
 
Basic qualifications for Republican politicians include but not limited to:
1. “Ability to complete tasks”, including being mature enough to make best decisions even if those decisions makes them unpopular;
2. “Skills”, including leading followers and managing enemies;
3. “Experiences” including lessons learned on scene not just flying a desk;
4. “Committed to success” including not quitting while working wounded without backup;
5. “Professional and personal integrity”, including keeping honor when surrounded by either friends and or enemies.
 
Basic disqualifications for Republican politicians include but not limited to:
1. No affirmative action candidates like Obama;
2. No pragmatists without competency and integrity like Obama;
3. No vanity driven “I am your savior” false prophet demagogues like Obama;
4. No greed motivated spoiled brats like Obama;
5. No poli-pathic ideology first humanity and country last want to be dictators like Obama;
6. Note: reader’s assignment create list of Republican candidates sharing above traits.
 
Some profiles of American Presidents:
1. Great: Washington, Jefferson, Adams …
2. Good: Monroe, Jackson, Reagan …
3. Average: Truman, Eisenhower …
4. Below Average – Bush I, Bush II …

Amazingly, America’s survival in recent decades has been based more on character of America’s Judeo-Christian conservative patriot’s than America’s worse than lackluster Presidents and politicians.
 
Texas Drifter adlib: those considering Texas Governor Perry as 2012 Presidential candidate need to know that in Texas; Perry was considered a skunk candidate as conservatives had to hold their noses when voting for him. Who could possibly believe that citizens should vote for a candidate who refuses to debate opponents or answer questions in presence of media editorial boards? Vote for Perry and Republicans will be electing a right wing incompetent charlatan comparable to Democrats really bad Carter.
 
Possible positive criteria for Republicans’ 2012 Presidential candidate:
1. Mature adult who has proven they have the abilities, skills, experiences by serving in combat who has had to write personal letters to family members of individuals who died under their command.
2. Someone who understands commitment to victory despite odds against victory.
3. Someone who has integrity to honor their personal oath to Heaven to uphold, protect and defend America’s Constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign.
4. Someone who understands difference between compromising principles and negotiating terms.
5. Someone who surrounds themselves with individuals based on others’ skills, abilities, experiences, commitment to loyalty, devotion to assignments, and personal and professional integrity; a candidate who will not surround themselves with pathetic underlings who believe world owes them a living.
6. Someone devoted to ethical capitalism not anything for profit unethical capitalism.
7. Reader’s assignment, create names of possible Republican candidates who match preceding profile.
 
Daunting challenge for Judeo-Christian conservative patriots in not removing and replacing a totally uneducated, incompetent, vanity driven, morally bankrupt, poli-pathic, Marxist-fascist, purely evil, worst of worst left wing American President Obama; reader may ask what could be as bad as replacing left wing Obama? Answer, electing candidate who is a totally uneducated, incompetent, vanity driven, morally bankrupt, poli-pathic, greed driven unethical capitalist fascist, purely evil, worst of worst right wing President.

Texas Drifter Affirmative Action A Trojan Horse

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Saving America’s constitutional republic economic system offers only two options: save America’s economy, or sacrifice America’s economy to save world economy.

 

As there are only two options, there are only two sides: internationalist Marxist-fascist progressive liberal Democrats allied with internationalist “free traders” represented by greed first America last Moderate Republicans against the good guys Judeo-Christian ethical capitalist patriots. The Trojan horse in above scenario is affirmative action also known as politically correct discrimination.

 

Some examples of politically correct discrimination affirmative action include:

1. Equating love with promiscuity;

2. Turning compliment “great American” into meaningless greeting;

3. Eliminating profiling by: height, weight, style of clothing, disability, age, sex, gender preference, race, ethnic background, and other characteristics, Seems one can only describe criminal who just murdered their family as un-aborted fetus seen leaving scene of crime;

4. Describing those as trying to re-solve a possible conspiracy as crazy people. Most prosecutors start trying to convict innocent until proven guilty by trying to prove their initial guess or conspiracy about crime is fact;

5. America’s public sector employing and promoting incompetent bureaucrats, then allowing them to use Marxist-fascist policies and regulations to destroy America’s ethical capitalist economic system;

6. Obama America’s first affirmative action President, publicly known threats to America’s domestic tranquility, national defenses, and constitutional integrity;               
7. Increasing hatred between races and ethnic groups with affirmative action policies that Blacks and some other minority members can only acquire civil rights by depriving Anglos and some economic groups of their civil rights;

8. Reader’s assignment list more examples.

5. Reduce public subsidy addiction

6. No Public subsides or services for illegal immigrants;

7. Matching tariffs and fees on all foreign trade deals – review China’s unfair trade deals with America;

8. Health care is consumer product not inalienable right, as verified by federal government involving health care claims which require citizens to obtain lawyers to be eligible for some benefits. Inalienable rights from Heaven do not require attorneys for verification;

9. No more receiving employment based on being most pathetic; instead of being best qualified based on skills, abilities, and experiences.

 

Translation, affirmative action policies are easiest of problems destroying America’s economy to solve. Only the incompetent, racist, sexist, and prejudice are likely to disagree. Some examples of worst of worst American haters benefiting from affirmative action discrimination include government bureaucrats, especially education and regulatory uncivil servants, many career prosecutors, and some judges.

 

Their defenders include Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats, Moderate Republicans, Most public union organizers, public subsidy addicts, and “world owes me because I am special” celebrity entertainers. Reader can add more names to list.

Use of amnesty promises to bait illegals through intentionally porous borders to generate votes to re-elect Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats and Moderate Republicans makes both America last political allies, responsible for more deaths, injuries, suffering of Americans by illegal immigrants than ideological fanatics like Islamic terrorists and other enemy combatants.

Illegals represent eight to ten percent of America’s total population (thirty to forty million) and commit estimated forty percent of crimes against Americans on American soil. Reader can run numbers to determine that approximately forty percent of America’s prisons and jails populations are represented by illegal immigrants.

Numbers might be higher as many American Hispanic citizens do not report crimes against illegals as many Asians do not report crimes committed by members of their own ethnic group to American law enforcement agencies. Reader’s assignment is run your own numbers to learn how serious a threat illegals are creating to America’s domestic tranquility and national defenses.

Crimes by illegals include in addition to illegal entries into America which poses public health threats also include: murders, rapes, kidnappings, extortions, narco-trafficking, assaults, driving under influence casualties deaths and injuries, child abuse, slavery prostitution, domestic violence and miscellaneous property crimes. These incidents also include fraud, theft, and stealing public services like social services, medical services, and other public subsidies intended for American citizens.

4. voluntary deportation of illegals: greed brought them here and greed will send them home;

Another cultural trait that makes America better than other cultures is America’s devotion to justice, not lynch mob rule guided by hatred by in many cases racist Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats and greed driven Moderate Republicans. Marshall’s Law Dateline – Title translation, conservatives should never trust their enemies including Moderate Republicans, counterfeit conservatives especially RINO spies embedded in Tea Party. Why, Moderate Republicans and their allies, counterfeit conservatives and their spies in Tea Party share more ideological similarities with Obama and his cult worshipers than Judeo-Christian conservative patriots.
 
America’s future offers one of two possible scenarios for Obama’s plan to destroy enough of America’s traditions, values, principles, while threatening America’s domestic tranquility, and national defenses to cause conservative patriots to peacefully protest against Obama’s policies. Peaceful demonstrations which will justify Obama using executive orders to suspend habeas corpus and use martial law (not Marshall Law) to turn America into a brutal repressive sadistic police state. (This will hopefully result in some talk show hosts to cease using political correct terms like soft or compassionate tyranny.)
 
First possible scenario, Obama succeeds with help from his allies including Moderate Republicans who believe they can control Obama much like Germany’s business leaders believed they could manage Hitler’s poli-pathic insanities. Too bad reader can ask the tens of millions of Hitler’s victims how well that worked out.
 
Second scenario, Obama’s allies including Moderate Republican fail and conservatives take back political control of America and re-establish their Judeo-Christian due process Constitutional republic. Starting option to influence best possible scenario for Heaven’s favorite due process republic is for you conservatives to learn from history’s examples of not being fools by trusting your enemies. Marshall’s Law Dateline – Future historians will debate why Obama’s first public political blunder involved Obama prostrating himself in a submissive way to domineering non-liberal politician over Obama’s birth certificate.

What did Obama releasing his birth certificate accomplish? Nothing, who is in better position to have a birth certificate or any other documents or records forged than one of world’s most powerful politicians?

Conservatives should thank Obama for publicly exposing himself in such a submissive way for what future historians will remember as “Embarrassing Wednesday,” Obama’s recent public prostate exam in response to questions by East Coast celebrity politician.

Texas Drifter appreciates Obama’s word “silliness” which transforms birth certificate issue to another issue, Obama’s “long form” which could be a forgery. Now conservatives and other truth seekers can devote themselves to important issues based on Obama’s actions as President:
1. Does Obama have a soul; and if he does, is Obama’s soul possessed by evil spirits?
2. Does Obama have any honor?
3. Does Obama have any integrity?

4. Does Obama ever tell the truth about anything?
5. Does Obama have loyalty to anyone but his selfish self?
6. Does Obama only feign respect for America, translation is Obama a patriot?
7. Does Obama have any self respect, question can be asked as acting like a whimpering boy-toy in public does not suggest much if any self respect.
8. Does failure of all of Obama’s policies suggest Obama is America’s most uneducated ignorant President, or America’s most evil spirited President?

Since Moderate Republicans, counterfeit conservatives, and Marxist-fascist Democrats will not cut sufficient percentage of expenses to reduce budget deficits; while Judas Obama continues betraying and destroying everything American including private sector employment opportunities; all that remains is America having a garage sale.
 
Remember in socialist political systems all property and means of production are owned by government; in fascist political systems all property and means of production are owned by citizens but are so regulated by government that eventually socialism and fascism evolve into same evil with different names.

Only bureaucrats needed by this agency are those to sub-contract needed public services to private sector. This agency’s claim to fame is trying to build Trans Texas Terrorist Corridor with its own private property stealing judicial system. The project should be added the largest attempted scam in Texas history was also enthusiastically supported by sometimes conservative Governor Perry, more commonly known as Texas “skunk governor”. Title he earned by being candidate conservatives have to hold their noses to vote for; because Democrat candidates for Governor tend to resemble Washington D.C. Democrats.
 
Moving onto raising money not through taxes rather America’s Garage Sale; premise is it better to have two hundred sixty million acres of public national treasures that can be managed preserved, and protected in environment based on domestic tranquility and protected by effective military which deters foreign threats?
 
Second choice, have six hundred fifty million plus or minus few million acres of public treasures destroyed by incompetent often corrupt bureaucrats, domestic environmental anarchists, drug growers, and invading foreign threats?
 
America’s Garage Sale discussion shall start with following:
1. Leasing off shore mineral rights for extraction with bonds to cover extraction damages and insure environment returned to original state.
2. Sell sixty percent of all American federal treasures properties with mineral rights, with first offer being made to State housing federal treasures. Remember Tenth Amendment?
3. Federal treasures not being purchased by State will be auctioned to private citizens, private businesses, and non-profit organizations.
4. Al sales will be contingent on cash, municipal bonds, or pre-approved lines of credit.
5. Some Properties shall be sold by sections to provide middle class citizens opportunity to participate in America’s Garage Sale with deeded access easements guaranteed to prevent some unethical capitalists from denying middle class property owners access to their land.
6. Only American citizens can participate in America’s garage sale with attempted purchases by foreign nationals, foreign businesses, or foreign governments resulting in administrative forfeiture of funds used to perpetuate scam.
7. All proceeds go ONLY to pay off America’s national debts. Federal government legislation starts process by abolishing all profit taxes on businesses, all capital gains taxes, all death taxes, and especially all taxes aimed at special interest groups. Federal elected officials shall adopt individual flat income tax with ZERO deductions. Pay attention I will put this in “all caps” so as not to be misunderstood: PROFITS CREATE JOBS, TAXES DESTROY JOBS.
 
The decision of managing, protecting, and preserving America’s national treasures starts with patriotic conservatives making tough unpleasant decisions to solve problems created by  Marxist-fascist Democrats, radical environmentalists, Greenists, Moderate Republicans, and others with “world owes me living” personalities. Ugly reality is that problems threatening America’s Constitutional Republic were created by people Lenin referred to as “useful idiots”. Not much of a compliment for Obama’s supporters and environmentalists from their political mentors.

Marshall’s Law Dateline - As Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats use jack--s for their logo, Republicans use elephant, counterfeit conservatives and Moderate Republicans use rhinos; it is time for conservatives to have their own logo and flag. Name given to this logo and flag by Texas Drifter is “citizen’s flag”.
 
Repetition is good teaching tool. “Citizens flag” description: white stars on blue background represents family of fifty, Free States united as Heaven’s favorite constitutional republic. Red represents blood shed and blood willing to be shed defending loyalty oaths to Heaven to uphold, protect, and defend America’s constitutional due process republic.
 
People have for centuries and probably will continue to use and love symbols; a simple cross represents Christianity, while a star represents Judaism. Collections of symbols called letters can represent words. Some words can represent symbols, banners or flags which send messages. Flags can be used to identify groups of people. Flags can also be used to define groups of peoples' values, traditions, and principles.
 
Consider the American Flag; the thirteen stripes represent the thirteen original colonies. Red stripes symbolize courage and honor. White stripes symbolized virtue. Each of the fifty white stars represents a different state. Some suggest that the color blue stands for Constitutional oath to God's Heaven.
 
Other American groups also have flags. Each state has its own flag symbolizing its unique history and community pride. Even some organizations making America a better place to live also have flags. Liberal Democrats use communist logos, while Greenists exhibit green flags displaying a plant representing their Marxist-fascists beliefs and honoring their god a tree. Speaking only for myself, worshiping a god that ends up as chips for a barbeque; you conservative patriot readers get the idea.
 
Internationalists moderate Republicans and counterfeit conservatives do not have a flag to worship as their god is unethical capitalism. The rude truth is moderate Republicans are still trying to public relations their way out of their last symbol problems. Remember their "Golden Calf" fiasco?
 
Time has arrived for America's conservative citizens to have their own flag? Consider an American flag with all red stripes and no white stripes. Rest stays same with same messages except no white stripes until contemporary virtue is not equivalent with promiscuity, decadence and pride in constantly trashing America by what most conservatives call pop culture. The word independent first appeared in late 1500's and was defined as "in (not) dependent". Independent then suggested a word describing a person not acting as part of a political party.
 
Independents as a word appeared in the early 1600's to describe a religious organization that supported "a voluntary association of like minded believers who renounced the support of civil authorities either in reforming itself or extending its practices to persons of a different mind." Independents according to George H. Sabine, also "took the advanced ground that any should be tolerated which did not adversely affect social order."
 
The first record of the word independence follows, Young Nathan entered Yale College at fourteen, having, ultimately the ministry in view. Just after the battle of Lexington, at a town meeting, with the audacity of boyhood, he cried out, “Let us never lay down our arms till we have achieved independence!”  Where had he learned that new word, not to be found in Shakespeare, or in Spencer, and in Bacon, only as applied to the Independents of England? Is there on record any earlier demand for independence than this bold utterance of the boy in April 1775? One later sentence made the young Nathan’s name immortal: I only regret that I have but one life to give to my country (country not government or political party).
 
First words of First Amendment are not about freedom from religion rather freedom from government religion which is America's first tradition. Islamic fascists, socialist liberal Democrats, moderate Republicans, and Science is God crowd like Greenists are all fanatically trying to abolish intent of America's first tradition.

American flag can be burned and desecrated by any group, as Supreme Court has ruled America’s Stars and Stripes are owned by public. Citizen’s flag legal status is that of American Judeo-Christian conservative patriots’ private property. Note no rights to vandalize or desecrate are extended to non-property owners of citizen’s flags; consequently without rights to vandalize or desecrate, those guilty of such offenses should be subject to due process civil and are criminal penalties.
 
Imagine seeing citizen’s flags as lapel pins, on caps, bumper stickers, and proudly displayed below or to slightly below and to right of American flag. Protocol for displaying citizen’s flags: vertically below American flag; horizontally slightly lower on right side of American flag and or proudly displayed alone. Texas Drifter Compromise With Obama Treason

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Title for this writing exercise is verifiable fact not a question. Judeo-Christian conservative patriots only have two choices: first, stand firm and publicly defend America’s traditions; values; principles; constitutional due process republic; and ethical capitalist system. Second, compromise with Obama, his Marxist-fascist Progressive allies including counterfeit conservative Moderate Republicans, and engage in treason.

 

Reader is warned, what will you answer when your mother or father ask why did our child betray America? What will reader answer when your children ask mother or father, why did you betray America? What will reader’s children answer when reader’s grandchildren ask why did grandmother or grandfather betray America?

 

As Texas Drifter has no living family, he is not concerned with answers to above questions. Texas Drifter’s only concern is how he will answer Heaven on judgment day. Nice thing about that is, Heaven will only judge me on my actions; not on actions of reader or reader’s perceptions of Texas Drifter.

 

Since Texas Drifter is not reader’s “babysitter”, I will leave judgment of reader’s actions to reader’s family and Heaven.

3. Criminal Tip (satirical) – Obama’s Feds at least on this part of America’s Southern Border will only prosecute six or more illegal immigrants kidnapped and raped in “same crime” by those legally or illegally in America; then kidnappers and rapist/s get to “walk” as Feds deport witnesses so criminals cannot be prosecuted by state prosecutors – Bad guys who want “pass” on kidnapping and rapping illegals should keep victims list below five.

4. Solution to America’s Southern Border Problem atleast 2500 years old: secure perimeter and police premises.

5. Secure Perimeter: finish fence; install fence gates; “push button” ports of entry gates – why;

6. Use all necessary military resources and assets to secure border, while letting Border Patrol secure inside border area.

7. Police Premises:

- Thirty day amnesty for illegals to leave with their illegally obtained assets (greed brought them here and greed will cause them to voluntarily leave); after thirty days  any and all illegals detained will be subject to administrative forfeiture of all their illegal assets;

-  No one will be able to wire or transfer funds out of U.S. without state issued photo ID card or other proper documents; sender who violates this law will be subject to administrative fines seven times amount of assets illegally transferred off American soil;

- Those illegally employing two or more illegals at one time will face mandatory  jail time;

- All vehicles transporting illegals will be subject to asset forfeiture laws;

- All law enforcement agencies will be allowed to detain illegals for federal grants;

- No federal funds to any amnesty city or state;

- States providing social service or welfare funds to illegals will have their federal funds to employee bureaucrats reduced by amount of inappropriate handouts;

 

8. Most important police premises tactic: all illegal immigrants or those illegally on American soil or those making war from foreign soil engaging in Narco-terrorism are no different than Islamic-fascist ideological terrorism and will be considered “enemy combatants”; and will be tried and punished by military type judicial processes. Exact process can be refined after further discussion of following: Authority as Commander in Chief includes designating individuals illegally on U.S. soil be arrested in the United States as “enemy combatants” and holding them in indefinite incommunicado, military custody, without charges, trial or even access to counsel. U.S. designated forces could also hold foreigners at disclosed or undisclosed foreign bases or locations. The President shall opportunity to declared that none of these detainees are entitled to prisoner-of-war status under the Geneva Conventions.
