Dateline  Marshall’s Law Townhall – Not Enough Americans have died from President Obama’s policies: 1) dismantling America’s Armed Forces; 2) destroying security for America’s Intelligence Agencies; 3) providing aid and comfort to America’s enemies; and 4) encouraging America’s enemies to attack America by engaging in what can only be described as “Coward’s Passive Submissive Diplomacy.”

Citizens who ignore national security spend too much time at cemeteries. Examples: Fannin of Goliad fame, Custer ignoring his scouts, American military for ignoring Mitchell’s warnings about role of aircraft carriers in future wars, political leaders for abolishing intelligence services after World War II, bureaucrats abolishing sniper units after Korean war, Americans who ignored warnings about President Johnson’s socialist welfare state programs. Contemporary examples include Americans who ignore warnings about illegal immigration invasion and Americans who tolerate Obama’s national security policies.

America as a society tends to only make good decisions after sufficient numbers of American citizens become unnecessary casualties of foolish public policies. Specific examples include how America last crowd tolerates Obama’s national security threats; supports porous southern border; supports collateral retail profits from criminal activities; supports racism against Anglos by minorities and Anglo political opportunists.

Obama’s supporters also tolerate tens and tens of thousands of American citizens mostly Hispanic Americans being murdered, raped, sexually tortured, kidnapped, extorted, robbed, and killed and injured in traffic accidents by illegal immigrants; supports putting Americans out of work by employing illegal immigrants. Continuing, Obama’s political zombies support internationalist economics which threatens national security by destroying America’s domestic manufacturing base, supports threatening national security by destroying American oil producers who will be needed to win America’s next major war; and among other treasons support Greenism the world’s new fascist movement.

What is difference between voting for Democrat Party Marxist Socialism and, voting for Moderate Republican Party Internationalist Corporate Feudalist Fascism created by unethical capitalists which only serves anti-conservative unpatriotic greed motivated aristocrats? Neither political party seems to represent conservative patriot ethical capitalists. Oh well, perhaps Republicans can be co-opted for the better.

Aristotle correctly observed over two thousand years ago: an aristocratic state may be beneficial for a time, but aristocrats tend to deteriorate, and become the worst form of government. Aristotle also correctly observed in advance about America’s internationalist aristocrats: Noble character is seldom found among those of noble birth, most who are good for nothing … gifted families often generate into maniacs. One of many good examples includes Hollywood’s promiscuous driven left.

Concerning rule by public subsidy addicts, Aristotle observed: When a democracy is dominated by lower classes the rich are taxed to provide funds for the poor. The poor receive it and again want the same supply, like pouring water into a sieve. When either the rich get the better of the poor, or the poor of the rich, neither of them will establish a free state.

Brutal truth is that no changes will head America back to constitutional republic envisioned by America’s Founding Fathers if those changes are supported by either Democrat Socialist Party, or anti- conservative unpatriotic greed motivated unethical capitalist aristocrat wing of Republican Party.

Another ugly truth, helping people who are too blanked up to know they are blanked up is a total complete waste of time. Wasting time pretending to help those too blanked up too know they are blanked up only serves one’s vanity.

Contemporary times are consistent with America’s Revolutionary times in that only one citizen in three needs to tire of governments’ assaults against private property, inalienable liberties, and lives. Why care what person to your left side or right side does so long as you do what is right for America. Something to consider as Heaven only judges you for your sins not sins of others. America’s least discussed tradition, patriotic followers and patriotic leaders will naturally find each other when enough is enough. The process only seems to occur when enough Americans have died.

A redundant explanation for those not familiar with my writing exercises, my writing exercises are not intended to save your soul, that is Heaven’s task. My objectives are only intended to provide a few ideas to help you stay alive long enough to use your liberties, resources, and properties to make right free will decisions.

Experiences as a security consultant have taught me not to experience joy in other people’s fatal foolishness. Truth like it or not, is that not enough Americans have died to motivate enough patriots into action; this writing exercise’s closing might help you decide what I mean.

One of the first intelligence managers I worked for told me it was hoped that eventually I would become someone who followed orders with prejudice. It was explained that there are two kinds of orders those followed by prejudice and those followed with non-prejudice. Translation: non-prejudice orders are those strictly followed regardless of consequences; while those followed by prejudice are adapted with agent responsibility based on experience.

Reducing personal, family, societal, and national security threats for Americans begins with understanding meanings of two words: apathy and respect. Change is never started or accomplished by apathetic people, who are people that do not care about theirs or others futures.

Primary motivation for apathy is lack of respect. Best known partial definition of respect is “to consider worthy of high regard.” A lesser known partial definition of respect, “refrain from interfering with.” A part of “refraining from interfering with” results when offenders have no fear of retaliation.

One reason illegal immigrants who represent ten percent of America’s population and commit close to forty percent of crimes in America is that illegal immigrants do hot hold America or its traditions in “high regard” or fear serious retaliation from victimized Americans.

Recent “main stream” news media propaganda suggests Vice-President Cheney allegedly did not share certain national secrets in ongoing war against terrorists with Liberal Democrats and some moderate Republicans. Question, why would any patriot who took an oath to Heaven to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution “from all enemies domestic and foreign”; share secrets with history’s poster children for treason?

Remedial translation, Cheney may not be most popular kid on America’s political playground, but Cheney is one of very few American adults I would trust the future of my beloved America too. As far as the popular kids, their memories are best recorded on bus station bath room walls next to their first names and phone numbers.

Consistency suggest that Americans tolerate abuses, injuries, and deaths of their families, communities, and eventually their country’s constitutional republic; because not enough individual Americans have enough faith based self respect to abandon self destructive apathy. Now you know why this part time senile old farmer’s son can say with certainty of truth not enough Americans have died for enough Americans to again start acting like patriotic Americans.

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – It is only a matter of time before President Obama’s Administration attempts to replace America’s following traditional Pledge with their own loyalty oath.

I pledge allegiance to the Flag
     of the United States of America,
and to the Republic for which it stands:
     one Nation under God, indivisible,
With Liberty and Justice for all.

Obama Administration’s new loyalty oath:
I pledge allegiance to Marxist Liberation Theology
     of third world socialist America,
and to divisible red and blue States;
     earthly messiah under Obama Administration
With liberty and justice for some.

Conservative patriots need to understand that tyrants are liars, cowards, and thieves who’s political power depends on terrorizing citizens into not reacting or defending themselves, families, or their Constitution from government abuses and crimes.

Future historians will record that only difference between Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Fidel Castro, Chavez of Venezuela, and Obama were geo-locations of countries their tyrannies terrorized.

Obama is and will never be concerned with political popularity ratings as he probably has no intention of leaving office due to legitimate election results; as he will be depending on corrupt election results orchestrated by groups like ACORN and rulings by activist judges.

Obama being an amoral Marxist fascist considers constitutional laws a minor inconvenience. Three possible examples, Al Franken’s recent election victory (more votes than voters), Obama’s support for Honduras’s Marxist President to remain in office using unconstitutional provisions; and Obama’s total contempt for contract law due process guarantees of U.S. Constitution.

American conservative patriots need a written published plan to manage following events enacted by Obama, his administration, liberal Democrats, activist judges, some public employees, Greenist supporters, Obama’s zombie groupies, and Obama’s youth corps which is intended to be similar to Hitler’s gangster youth groups.

A lesson I teach in my class “Spy As A Verb: Art and Ethics of Surveillance”; one of first things spies or undercover agents must do to survive behind enemy lines is learning how to think like bad guys. Based on experience of working undercover among Marxist fascists, Obama’s plan should contain some of following.
1. Steal elections with organizational skills of allegedly criminal groups like ACORN which has ten plus indictments in ten plus American states;
2. Groups like ACORN provide personal information on conservative patriots from database generated during group’s taking next census; some of this information will be used to blackmail candidates, and other information will be shared with Obama’s  youth corpses (more appropriate than corps) members to terrorize non-Obama supporters;
3. Some Homeland Security Agencies will become Obama’s “Gestapo” enforcers to “manage and silence” citizens who object to being terrorized by Obama’s youth corpses.

America’s future under Obama’s Marxist fascism popularized by Greenism will challenge faith of America’s conservative patriots. Based on experience, a contingency plan will reduce number of unnecessary casualties resulting from not thought out reactions.

Your author must agree with General Sam Houston’s strategy during Texas War for Independence. Houston knew that best way to buy Texas new republic time was taking Mexico’s butcher General and President Santa Anna alive. Same holds true for rebirth of America’s Constitutional Republic.

Simple fact, U.S. Constitution does not have provisions for assassinating President or any elected officials no matter how evil they are. It is hard to discredit reputations of martyrs. Obama could perform post natal term abortions at press conferences and major news media and Obama’s zombie groupies would believe that he was acting in childrens' best interest.

It is always harder to get lost rights back; using a firearm to carry out unconstitutional act would weaken Second Amendment. For now, Second Amendment for self defense, patience is a virtue.

Only justice for Obama’s crimes against Americans, their Constitution, and America’s National Security is for accused: to be indicted, provided a due process trial, and after only one appeal, be publicly executed. Nothing destroys a traitors’ messianic reputation more than letting public watch rabid souls being sent to eternity they deserve.

Only question that remains, can conservative patriots handle Marshall's Law?

"Gift One: History Of Word Independence"

America's first tradition will be identified after citizens understand threats to America's first tradition. Types of threats to America’s first tradition include:
 
I. Types of American Counterfeit Conservatives:
1)      Anti-conservative aristocrats
2)      Some conservative radio talk show hosts
3)      Neo-conservatives
4)      Internationalist conservatives
5)      Big government conservatives
6)      Unethical capitalist conservatives
 
The reason patriotic America conservatives need to be able to identify counterfeit conservatives is simple, the enemy from within can easier destroy organization or constitutional republic than outside enemies.
 
II. Types of “Liberal” Threats: morally and ethically depraved, liberal Democrat socialist Marxists like Obama , most members U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, public subsidy addicts and their supporters, public subsidy addicts products and services dispersers, Obama groupies known as apolitical zombies, most public sector educators, most major news networks, and Greenists.
 
III Foreign Threats: imperialist nations threatening with economics and or force like China, Mexico, Venezuela, Russia, and Middle East, and international terrorists like Islamic Fascists, United Nations, and narcotic terrorists. Some imperialist nations like Mexico seek to export poverty to reduce societal tensions to protect brutal corrupt aristocracy. Originally called barbarians now called illegal immigrants, smugglers, and ideological terrorists.
 
Americans who do not have the courage to defend their republic and or constitution against enemies, tyrants, and hypocrites do not deserve to be free. The destruction of America will result not from its enemies’ strengths rather from it patriots character weaknesses.
 
Second, conservative Republicans, Reagan Democrats, and conservative talk show hosts unwilling to brutally criticize Bush II and other Republican elected officials for incompetence, greed motivated actions and other America last policies; along with American patriots are all accessories and all deserve the evils they tolerate from both Democrats and moderate Republicans.    
 
Greatest threats to America’s domestic and national security results from middle class citizens ignoring the Marshall adage, those who ignore security spend too much time at cemeteries.
 
Moving on to writing exercise theme reviewing America's first tradition; America's first tradition was not freedom from religion, rather freedom from government religion. Your simple reference is first words of First Amendment to Bill of Rights.

Those posing greatest threats to America's first tradition include but are not limited too Islamic fascists, socialist liberal Democrats, moderate Republicans collaborating with Democrats, and Science is God crowd better known as global warming true believers of Greenists.

Understanding historical relationships of words independent, Independents, and independence will help conservatives better understand America's first tradition. The word independent first appeared in late 1500's and was defined as "in (not) dependent". Independent then suggested a word describing a person not acting as part of a political party.

Independents as a word appeared in the early 1600's to describe a religious organization that supported "a voluntary association of like minded believers who renounced the support of civil authorities either in reforming itself or extending its practices to persons of a different mind." Independents according to George H. Sabine, also "took the advanced ground that any should be tolerated which did not adversely affect social order."

The first record of the word independence follows, Young Nathan entered Yale College at fourteen, having, ultimately the ministry in view. Just after the battle of Lexington, at a town meeting, with the audacity of boyhood, he cried out, “Let us never lay down our arms till we have achieved independence!”

Where had he learned that new word, not to be found in Shakespeare, or in Spencer, and in Bacon, only as applied to the Independents of England? Is there on record any earlier demand for independence than this bold utterance of the boy in April 1775? One later sentence made the young Nathan’s name immortal: I only regret that I have but one life to give to my country (country not government or political party).

First words of First Amendment are not about freedom from religion rather freedom from government religion which is America's first tradition. Islamic fascists, socialist liberal Democrats, moderate Republicans, and Science is God crowd like Greenists are all fanatically trying to abolish intent of America's first tradition.

First partial solution, "public employee civil liability legislation" needs to be enacted to offer private citizens civil justice for behavior by public servants who fail to deliver promised services, violate constitutionally protected rights, or engage in incompetent, negligent or criminal conduct. Sovereign immunity is another concept which has been prostituted by pop culture ethics. Sovereign immunity extends only to elected, or appointed officials (including national security institutions engage in national security) not hired domestic employed civil servants.

Child protective service agencies by basing conduct on "good intentions" not due process standards are good examples of civil servants needing to be held accountable by public employee liability legislation. Other examples include: public educators not providing educations, amnesty cities for crimes committed by illegal immigrants, and government employees interfering Southern border national security fence.

Government employees can provide their own public employee civil liability insurance by using their retirement programs trusts as insurance pools.

Since I am in a listing mind state, "America's First Tradition" summarizing points are:
1. The First Amendment is not about separation of church and state by not allowing religious citizens to serve in government. First Amendment is about not letting government become a false God with establishment of state theocracy.
2. The First Amendment is not about carte blanche religious freedoms. The First Amendment is about voluntary beliefs that do not affect social civil order in name of any religion or ideology (including Islamic Fascism, Marxism and Science is God.)
3. Sovereign immunity traditionally only applied to king and his appointees not peasants or serfs. In modern times, sovereign immunity only applies to the constitutional elected and appointments not public sector employees.

Closing thoughts, it is not the original intent of the Bill of Rights that is controversial; it is "living document" interpretations by individuals pursuing personal selfish more equal and better than you privileges that are by definition controversial.

This writing exercise is about celebrating July 4, 2009. People have for centuries and probably will for centuries use and love symbols; a simple cross represents Christianity, while a star represents Judaism.

Symbols represent one letter words. As letters are collections of mobile words, banners and flags can be considered mobile symbols. Flags can not only used to identify groups of people, but also be used to define groups of people.

Consider the American Flag; the thirteen stripes represent the thirteen original colonies. Red stripes symbolize courage and honor. White stripes symbolized virtue. Each of the fifty white stars represents a different state. Some suggest that the color blue stands for Constitutional oath to God's Heaven.

Other American groups also have flags. Each state has its own flag symbolizing its unique history and community pride. Even some organizations making America a better place to live also have flags.

Liberal Democrats and Greenists exhibit green flags displaying a plant representing their Marxist-fascists beliefs and honoring their god a tree. Speaking only for myself, worshiping a god that ends up as chips for a barbeque; you conservative patriot readers get the idea.

Internationalist moderate Republicans and counterfeit conservatives do not have a flag to worship their god unethical capitalism. The rude truth is moderate Republicans are still trying to public relations their way out of their last symbol problems. Remember their "Golden Calf" fiasco?

Perhaps the time has arrived for America's conservative citizens to have their own flag? Consider an American flag with all red stripes and no white stripes. Rest stays same with same messages except no white stripes until contemporary virtue is not equivalent with promiscuity, decadence and pride in constantly trashing America by what most conservatives call pop culture.

This year conservative patriots will have to proudly and passionately celebrate America’s First Independence Day; perhaps this time next year, Americans will have a Second Independence Day to celebrate with July Fourth.

Marshall’s Law Townhall – U.S. Congressman Texas Democrat Henry Cuellar has been named to America’s National Judas List. The South Texas Congressman’s voting arguably violated his Judeo-Christian oath to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution; the same voting also arguably betrayed America the country, betrayed interests of his voting district constituents, and threatens traditional American ethical capitalism. This writing exercise was originally entitled “Never Pardon A Judas”.

It is a sign of moral cowardice not to convey any elected or appointed official who betrays God, America, Constitution, American citizens, and honest capitalism with a Judas title when any elected or appointed official earns that title by their actions.

Patriotic words without mental toughness to follow through with public indictments, public due process trials, and publicly carrying out of just punishments represents conservative cowardice and makes one unworthy of Heaven’s blessings. Want an example, review Ben Franklin’s attitude and treatment of his son for supporting British royalty during America’s Revolution.

Learn what Franklin knew that most conservative talk radio and television show hosts have forgotten or never learned; that an individual’s reputation is part of not separate from an individual’s personality. Radio show hosts that take position they would like to “drink a beer” with Obama because his social life is different than his political life are fools. Similar concept, Hitler was a nice man when he was not sending millions to gas chambers. Another example, my neighbor seems nice when he is not molesting pre-teen school children.
 
People like Obama, his Administration, collaborators, sympathizers, and supporters; most Democrat politicians and now South Texas’ Cuellar all deserve to be members for eternity to Americas’ National Judas Society which will someday be recorded on what becomes known as America’s “Wall Of Perpetual Eternal Shame”.

Doubt these observations, ask yourself these questions.
1. Are you too embarrassed to publicly defend your Judeo-Christian spiritual heritage?
2.  Are you publicly ashamed by America’s traditions, historical values, and devotion to Constitutional law and Bill Of Rights?
3. Do you feel disgraced by being a husband or wife who does not cheat on your spouse who devotes your life to providing opportunities to your children for better lives than experienced by you and your spouse?
4. If you are not embarrassed, ashamed, or disgraced by above questions, why do you not have the same public self confidence in defending yourself as an honest or ethical capitalist?

There are two types of capitalists, ethical and unethical or dishonest. Corrupt capitalists represent about five percent of all capitalists. Ethical or honest capitalist comprise ninety-five percent of capitalists.

Compare these numbers to Marxists, socialists, liberals, thieves and other bandits who are one hundred percent dishonest as Ten Commandments define stealing as a sin and all Marxism, socialism, and liberalism is based on redistribution of wealth founded in stealing. Contemporary examples include Obama, Obama’s Administration, collaborators, sympathizers, followers who are mostly public subsidy addicts, many public servants, and most Democrats. Now readers can add Rio Grande Valley U.S. Congressman Cuellar to the "Wall of Shame" lying thieving Judas list.

America is not Iran, a concept America’s Homeland Security would do well to remember before following Obama’s orders to force Obama’s Judas and other Marxist fascist beliefs masqueraded as Greenism on American citizens. America’s Homeland Security Director could discover that unlike Iranian students, Americans will be less likely to cater to tyranny regardless of self rationalizing propaganda by Obama groupies.

Remember the “new word” accountability from Marshall’s Law Townhall Entry # 050“Press Release: Obama America’s Most Spoiled Welfare Brat”? Well accountability is associated with U.S. Constitution concept “due process”. Once American citizens regain control of their republic, Obama, Obama’s Administration, collaborators, sympathizers, followers, and zombie groupies with rabid souls could very well get lessons in both accountability and due process.

Americans can and probably will demand a series of trials like Nierenberg trials to provide them with criminal and civil justice from abuses of Obama, Obama’s Administration, collaborators, sympathizers, followers, and zombie groupies with rabid souls, for all Obama related atrocities justified for just another Marxist utopia with a different name.

Repetition is a good teaching tool: Patriotic words without mental toughness to publicly follow through with public indictments, public due process trials, and publicly carry out of just punishments represents conservative cowardice and makes one unworthy of Heaven’s blessings. Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – Obama’s personality no doubt defines America’s President Obama as a spoiled welfare brat who is infinitely more of a threat to America’s Constitutional Republic than President Bush II; who will no doubt be remembered as one of America’s better known spoiled aristocrat brat Presidents.

The most obvious difference being that when Bush II realized he had a job he did not have ability, experience, or adult maturity to manage; Bush II simply called on his father for help from his father’s friends. Obama will probably never recognize his lack of ability, experience, maturity, or integrity to place what is best for America above Obama’s own never grew beyond two year old child impulses.

Obama’s failure to understand American citizen’s proper role as president in America's constitutional republic; suggests Obama’s source for advice will come from those he most admires: activists consumed with self hatred, public subsidy addicts, those living on stolen property, as well as other thieves and Marxists.

What separates Obama the welfare brat from Bush II the  aristocrat brat, is Obama’s total contempt for contract law. These are eight types of laws, and all depend on contract law. Reviewing eight types of laws: God's Laws including Ten Commandments; Nature's Laws; Laws of Survival; Constitutional Laws including Bill Of Rights; Criminal Laws; Civil Laws; Common Law, and Ethical Capitalist Laws.

Obama’s inability to honor any contract, to or among any of above Laws; limits Obama and his followers' dependability and common intelligence to impulse gratifications less tactfully described as “dogs in heat”.

America is going to be subject to many more abuses by spoiled welfare brats. Spoiled welfare brats are citizens who for most part had never-wed parents who never earned anything on their own; young citizens who later as grown children still never competitively earn anything on their own.

These spoiled welfare brats have continued to feed off public subsidies, special public education “degrees for less capable minority members” (their words not mine); affirmative action programs based on discrimination against other Americans, special civil service public jobs for votes; these same spoiled welfare brats now seek apologies and reparations for abuses and injustices these "world owes me" welfare brats never experienced.

Easiest way to return welfare brats to reality where their only entitlements are “equal opportunity without privilege” based on President Jackson’s ideas is one of two ways: first, example included in this writing exercise: quit voting for spoiled welfare brats like Obama and deny public subsidies to his supporters whose primary goals as political zombies seem to be destroying America. A personality trait observation about Obama types and his supporters by Aristotle centuries ago not a recent thought of mine.
 
Simple contemporary example: Obama nationalizing health care which would only temporarily benefit estimated fifteen percent of America’s population while initially injuring eighty-five percent of America’s population; with long term nationalized medicine permanently injuring probably ninety-nine percent of Americans needing any kind of health care.

Not being a religious scholar is not first Commandment about; Thou shall have no other Gods before me? Translation, Heaven gave us free will so we might accept the greatest gift because we voluntarily wanted too, not forced too as slaves. Is not a prerequisite of free will liberty from government tyranny?
 
Could the reason internationalist moneylender Republicans, socialist Democrats, and most judges are people of principal not principle is because they do not like competition from, or respect inherent freedom of religious belief systems based on free will and individual liberty?

Just as you have a right to be right; internationalist Republicans, socialist democrats, and judges have a right to be wrong and compromise (betray) their oaths to God and America to uphold protect and defend America’s Constitution.
 
There are two problems with compromising principles: compromise half today, half tomorrow, and half next day; before you know it, you have nothing left to compromise. Also consequences of compromising principles may be unpleasant.

Bill of Rights guarantees all American governments not infringing on Heaven’s inalienable right to choose to be right. If not exercised by conservatives, then by whom?

It is my sincerest wish, if you forget everything I have written before or ignore every word I write in the future, that you never ever forget no matter what anybody says or any American government does, you have the right to not compromise and choose principle over principal. America would have a brighter future if more citizens exercised their right to be right.

Science with math proves God exist; all entities are portions of, or reproductions of existing entity or entities. Any quantity divided by zero equals zero. Any quantity multiplied by zero equals zero. If there were no God there would be no initial entity from which all other entities evolved.
 
Above formulas are not for those born with faith rather those of us who must constantly work to keep our faith. Full circle priorities:

Other recent history alternative was as bad: political rule by unethical capitalist internationalist corporate feudalist Republicans masquerading as conservatives.

The Ten Commandments implies economies based on stealing are not best choice. Socialism and fascism offer charity paid for with stolen property. Offering a starving man ten dollars for hundred dollar horse is unethical capitalism. Ethical capitalism is not a sin.

Definitions with examples (exempt from word count):

1) Socialism: all property and means of production are owned by government. Policies offered by Liberal Democrats, and their Obama the Messiah is God and government is his “golden calf”.

2) Fascism: property and means of production are owned by citizens, but are so regulated by government, that eventually there is little difference between socialism and fascism. Contemporary policies offered by environmentalists advocating Greenism to solve fabricated propaganda problems like global warming.

3) Unethical Capitalism: not providing represented labors, services, resources or products for fraudulent profits. Policies generally pursued by moderate Republicans and counterfeit conservatives. Few examples, internationalists threatening America’s national security by destroying America’s domestic manufacturing base for cheap foreign labor driven profits. Also included are domestic businesses threatening national security for collateral retail profits from drug trafficking, all types of border smuggling, cheap illegal wages, foreign criminal investments, and profits from related social problems. Companies engaging in fraud by misrepresenting service or product quality or tampering with standard accounting practices. Final but not last possible example, companies controlling exchange rates by manipulating supply and or demand with monopolistic practices. Why, to destroy ethical capitalist markets dependent on volunteer trade.

4) Common Law Crimes: common sense criminal activities.

As for definition of ethical capitalism, if words honesty, integrity, reliability, openness, candor, frankness, truthfulness, trustworthiness, are not part of your vocabulary; then probably no amount of re-arranged words I could add to this writing exercise would explain intended message.

America’s Declaration of Independence, Constitution, Bill of Rights, and ethical capitalism are four of many traditional values worth preserving or conserving, hence name conservative. One of qualities that Declaration of independence, Constitution, and Bill of rights, and ethical capitalism share in common is their common source. Dateline – Marshall’s Law Townhall: CCC has replaced KKK as the greatest threat to American citizen’s liberties and America’s national security. “CCC” stands for “Black Celebrity Closet Racist Clan” and its collaborators and sympathizers.

A brief comparison of America’s leading old Klan and America’s dominant new Clan. Both organizations are racists, and this author would not wish to live under a government controlled by either the old Klan or America’s new Clan. Old Klan members tended to be lesser educated; low income citizens whose lives were in constant turmoil; patriotic; not socially acceptable by a majority of American citizens; and not hypocrites. Old Klan members were vocally up front in expressing their feelings.

New Clan members are generally college educated, though some of America's most truely ignorant citizens; financially successful with devotions to decadent life styles; covertly anti-patriotic even to point of hating America; widely socially accepted by liberals, Democrats, public subsidy addicts, government employees, and apolitical citizens; and most of all extremely hypocritical in not publicly expressing their real beliefs. Other criteria can be added as more citizens further investigate CCC threats to America’s Republic and its conservative citizens.

CCC examples can be identified by its policies, actions, and words. Following investigation observations does not and would not suggest that all black celebrities are members, collaborators, or sympathizers of CCC; just like most Anglos do not support KKK.

Some policy examples include: voting for Obama because he was black or first black Presidential candidate; ignoring Obama’s providing aid and comfort to America’s enemies, because America’s first black President can not be allowed to fail; affirmative action programs giving blacks special privileges over other ethnic groups; blacks only shopping at black owned businesses. Reader should feel free to add their examples to list.

Some examples of CCC actions: most behavior by Obama and his Administration. Two specific culprits are Obama’s justice Department and Homeland Security Agency for targeting Judeo-Christian organizations while not investigating blacks supporting Islamic terrorists groups. Also organizations involved in voter fraud for Democrats and political corruption benefiting CCC members, collaborators, and sympathizers seem to have special immunities from criminal investigations and prosecutions. Again reader should feel free to add their examples to list.
