Dateline – Marshall’s Law Townhall: CCC has replaced KKK as the greatest threat to American citizen’s liberties and America’s national security. “CCC” stands for “Black Celebrity Closet Racist Clan” and its collaborators and sympathizers.

A brief comparison of America’s leading old Klan and America’s dominant new Clan. Both organizations are racists, and this author would not wish to live under a government controlled by either the old Klan or America’s new Clan. Old Klan members tended to be lesser educated; low income citizens whose lives were in constant turmoil; patriotic; not socially acceptable by a majority of American citizens; and not hypocrites. Old Klan members were vocally up front in expressing their feelings.

New Clan members are generally college educated, though some of America's most truely ignorant citizens; financially successful with devotions to decadent life styles; covertly anti-patriotic even to point of hating America; widely socially accepted by liberals, Democrats, public subsidy addicts, government employees, and apolitical citizens; and most of all extremely hypocritical in not publicly expressing their real beliefs. Other criteria can be added as more citizens further investigate CCC threats to America’s Republic and its conservative citizens.

CCC examples can be identified by its policies, actions, and words. Following investigation observations does not and would not suggest that all black celebrities are members, collaborators, or sympathizers of CCC; just like most Anglos do not support KKK.

Some policy examples include: voting for Obama because he was black or first black Presidential candidate; ignoring Obama’s providing aid and comfort to America’s enemies, because America’s first black President can not be allowed to fail; affirmative action programs giving blacks special privileges over other ethnic groups; blacks only shopping at black owned businesses. Reader should feel free to add their examples to list.

Some examples of CCC actions: most behavior by Obama and his Administration. Two specific culprits are Obama’s justice Department and Homeland Security Agency for targeting Judeo-Christian organizations while not investigating blacks supporting Islamic terrorists groups. Also organizations involved in voter fraud for Democrats and political corruption benefiting CCC members, collaborators, and sympathizers seem to have special immunities from criminal investigations and prosecutions. Again reader should feel free to add their examples to list.

Personal Closing Note: One certainty of being a “Texas drifter,” my also known as name, is that tomorrows are different than todays and yesterdays.  Plans are being made to start recycling some of my Citizens Passions site writing exercises to Marshall’s Law Townhall.

Marshall continued, options for American citizens includes: President Obama resigns like Nixon; is impeached; or tried and convicted for treason by providing aid and comfort too America’s enemies based on Constitutional standards, then forced to leave office.

The former security consultant now part time ranch scout and Texas drifter, insists “America conservatives need to quit working against conservative principles by not wasting time trying to get Obama’s worshipers and liberal Democrats to become conservatives; rather the strategy should be to use in the face truth about Obama’s amoral character, Marxist principles, and true goals for Obama’s zombie like worshipers. Purpose of this strategy is so Obama’s cult disciples will abandon Obama for another false prophet.”

Marshall concluded, “Conservatives need to ask themselves, do they really want citizens gullible or naive enough to worship President Obama helping choose America’s conservative leaders?”

The same father’s lesson eight years from the grave some fifty years after the lesson that same boy temporarily forgot: Son, your life will get a lot easier when you learn to quit working against yourself. Your author has always had a special affection for being outdoors. Maybe that goes back to the first word I learned being “outside”.

Moving on too the part you care about, I had spent the better part of a year trying to sprout seeds high in protein for quail and whitetail deer. After continued failure with out any glimmer of success I noticed early one morning in a place no plants should ever grow; healthy plants I had been trying to sprout. Turns out wind had scattered some seeds from the container I kept my “working” seeds in.

Seems I had been working against my self by trying to sprout seeds in good soil city or a pilgrim environment. What was really needed was a harsh arid hot environment. Three of life’s rules are: do not mess with a real biker’s jacket; do not mess with a real cowboy’s hat; and three, do not mess with a real patriot’s country, “citizen’s flag”, or constitution. Want to experience the third rule, live as example by conservative principles which will make your life easier as you will not be working against yourself.

Only jobs created by Obama’s policies are public sector temporary no long term future makeshift pieces of work, to perpetuate and keep America’s poor living in poverty. Obama's only full time employment opportunities are for public bureaucrats whose future depends on keeping public subsidy addicts as consuming non-productive public slaves.

Translation: job creation and economy growth are provided by America’s producing middle class and wealthy, not America’s poor who only consume and produce nothing for, or return anything too society.

Perhaps professional poor need an activity to help them share responsibilities with America’s middle class and wealthy in making America a better place to live. Perhaps Americans needs a new tax code, one that exempts America’s middle class and wealthy from paying income taxes, but extends the privilege only to America’s poor and those public bureaucrats whose purpose in life is to keep poor in poverty.

All citizens and businesses would pay fixed rate sales taxes on all purchased products and services. Clarifying for slow learning zombies, there shall be no income taxes: on America’s middle class or wealthy citizens, businesses or corporations, any capital gains revenues on any citizen or business. Death and inheritance taxes should become non-existent concept.

America’s future economic homestead depends on following: ethical not unethical capitalism, regional economies not built on collateral retail profits of criminal activities, minimum citizen and public debt, and no revenue based tax on middle class or wealthy. Since professional poor are contributing nothing to making America a better place to live they and their facilitator bureaucrats should gleefully pay ten percent of their free tax payer benefits in income taxes.

I can already hear the moaning by Zombie Obama, his worshiper zombies and his morning and afternoon talk show zombiettes that life is not fair because America’s successful middle class and wealthy are capitalists not socialists. Pay attention dummy zombiettes, there are only three types of economic systems ethical capitalism, unethical capitalism, and socialism which lacks any morality or integrity. There may be a fourth system based on barter which is how many zombiettes received celebrity promotions, not a subject for this writing exercise.

Since ninety-five percent of capitalists are ethical and only about five percent are thieves; ethical capitalism is America’s best hope for a strong future economic system. As for Democrat Party Obama Marxist socialism and fascist Greenism, the best results would be what America has now, political zombies. A clever bumper sticker might be “Tax Obama’s Zombies Not Honest Capitalists”.
 
One could almost make and argument that there is no third word poverty in America. Consider current subsidies for America’s professional poor:

3. health care
4. food
5. primary, secondary, and advanced education
6. reverse tax payments – Earned Income Credit Payments
7. makeshift government jobs (visit any public school system)
8. day care
9. cash payments (example low standards for SSI type money)

  In old days, churches and non-profit organizations distinguished between temporary deserving transitional help citizens and those making a career out of being poor or keeping people in poverty. How ironic that Zombie Obama, his Administration, worshipers, and zombiettes who all claim to have heritage reasons for hating slavery seem to be first in line to create poverty slaves owned and managed by themselves for government of, by and for Obama’s zombies.

Few words about conservative optimist pilgrims, sometimes hope is a fool’s emotion. Good example, Col. Travis of Alamo fame knew reserves were not coming and would not arrive to save his garrison. Travis gave his volunteers the choice of leaving, or staying and trading their futures for Texas’ future.

Conservative optimists, especially radio talk show hosts and columnist celebrities seem to believe America is immune from lessons of history and that America’s Constitutional Republic will always recover from abuses by ‘bad” unethical capitalist conservatives. These same optimist conservative pilgrims also believe tyrannies of Democrat Party zombies like Obama, Greenists, and their socialist treasons to ethical capitalist conservatives can always be shrugged off with life always returning to normal. 

Odds of America returning to the good old days are less since “bad” unethical capitalist conservatives and “evil with rabid souls” Democrat Party gangsters or zombies have blended into a single hybrid America last force which is some cases is allying themselves with America’s enemies also known as Jenny’s Monsters.

Those who think this writing exercise is too harsh on “evil with rabid souls” Democratic Party zombies like President Obama, his Administration, and worshipers do not understand how self hating socialists think. Self hatred is also a fool’s emotion which tries to destroy not only personal but also all of Heaven’s blessings. Some self hatred is based on feeling guilt for receiving Heaven’s blessings; while other self hatred is based on jealously of other people’s experiencing Heaving’s blessings.

Obama’s self hatred is based on jealously driven by Marxist Stalinism masked by closet racism. Self hatred by many of Obama’s worshipers is driven by self guilt from not having earned the benefits of their parent’s legacies.

Regardless of why Obama, his Administration, or worshipers hate themselves; regardless of why “bad” unethical capitalism conservatives have chosen to ally themselves with Obama’s zombies. Who cares, all that matters is these “bad” and “evil” people are threatening America’s Constitutional Republic. Patriots have the inalienable right to protect America, their families, and America’s Constitution.

That children, is why this writing exercise will hopefully help you understand the hybrid alliance between really “bad” conservatives and really “evil” socialists. Some of alliance or hybrid members included on one side, John McCain, Bush II groupies, Texas Senator Cornyn, Texas Governor Perry. According to notes in the chest, non-fiction American political zombies unlike fiction based literary and movies zombies mostly travel during day light hours instead of at night. Also, America’s political zombies seem to exist by “sucking” patriotism’s spirit out from bodies of morally weak American citizens.

One primary similarity between America’s contemporary Days of Living Dead American Political Zombies and “Night of Living Dead” zombies is that both are everywhere. 9. Radio talk show hosts and columnists who continue defending “moderate and liberal” Republicans who misrepresent conservative values and continually try to sabotage and destroy conservative movement. Three constantly slobbered over examples include Senator McCain, Bush II, and Texas Governor Perry. Prudence dictates the offending hosts and columnists are needed to win America’s Civil war between Conservatives and bad guys; so their diluted loyalties must be tolerated and settled at later dates.
10. Sum total of above evils is President Obama, Obama Administration, and Obama Worshipers also known as Hitler Youth II for Obama. Note: difference between Bush II and Obama is simple: Bush II seemed more of a well intentioned incompetent spoiled rich kid. Obama and his supporters’s profile seems that of those so consumed by self hatred, that all they have left are their rabid souls and their self consuming desire to destroy everything around them.

The issue for Americans is not to hate Obama, as hate is an emotion that reduces performance effectiveness. Leave hate a petty emotion to liberals. Obama has earned his place on America’s Perpetual Wall of Shame; the issue for Americans is to save their Constitutional Republic so Obama’s name as well as the others, and those yet to be added can be publicly scorned for one hundred centuries.

Definition of Treason and standards for conviction are simply stated. Public release of “memos’ by President Obama and his Administration have brought more than two public statements by more than  two individuals with more than sufficient knowledge to make a legitimate claim that prior knowledge to release  “memos” would and did  provide aid and comfort to America’s enemies.

Two things need to happen for America’s judicial system to remain a legitimate part of America’s checks and balances system.

1.         Develop complete list of knowledgeable persons willing to publicly testify in open court that President Obama and his Administration’s actions did in Fact provide aid and comfort to America’s enemies;

2.         Provide President Obama and “offending” Administration officials a due process trial, and if found guilty for treason, well no individual is above Constitutional Law.

U.S Constitution only requires two valid due process witness testimonies for conviction and sentencing of Obama and his guilty Administration members. A  reasonable guess, any competent prosecutor should with minimal effort be able to locate tens of thousands of knowledgeable witnesses to publicly testify to Obama’s actions providing aid and comfort to America’s enemies.

If Constitutional due process is ignored for elected and or appointed officials like Obama and his Administration, let American public records proclaim that all citizens with oaths to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign are null and void, and citizens are released from their obligations to honor those oaths. Citizens should not have to honor oaths to constitutions that exist in name only which do not influence ascribed political system.  

Checkmate, Marshall’s Law, no Constitutional due process for traitors; American citizens are relieved of their oaths to provide Constitutional due process to traitors, common criminals, politicians, or anyone else. America’s bad guys and habitual bad guys might ask themselves if they are willing to sacrifice their oath protected due process rights for Obama who is setting new standards for no honor among bad thieves.

American citizens shall consider this document a voluntary affidavit sworn too  before God that sufficient evidence exists to follow U.S. Constitution due processes to determine if President Obama and his Administration are guilty of treason.

According to politically correct Nazis, correct title for this report: America’s First Negro Communist President. Negro by definition is member of people belonging to African branch of black race. Word negro is less confusing than “half black”, “half white”, “half breed”, or racial fraction.”

Report Conclusions:

There is a difference between being a coward and being stupid. Concerning recent event involving North Korea missile test, two mental approaches; one Obama’s cowardice extends way beyond treason.

On the other side includes stupid aspirations by people like Mr. Newt, and organizations similar to Heritage Foundation desiring to knock down the North Korean missile; truly decisions based on pilgrim macho stupidity. Cemeteries are full of residents failing to consider retaliation reactions in strategic power situations, especially those involving crazy leaders or people.

Knocking down the North Korean missile would have gotten over ten thousand American troops wastefully killed in probably less than an hour; those losses do not include tens of hundreds of thousands of South Korean casualties. Run your own numbers, North Korean assets on border and distance to South Korean capital.

Some reports suggest United States in its last ten war game scenarios involving North Korea lost the first nine in a row and only won the tenth imaginary game using tactical nukes. Not classified intelligence, check it out.

The needless death of any one of America’s defender’s due to stupid strategy should be unforgivable; especially when it involves out dated or incompetence’s like many of those advocated by Bush II and his civilian without military experience commanders.

American conservatives have enough threats to identify, prioritize, and resolve without ignorant or stupid feel good policies advocated by conservative pilgrims which would only impress General Custer. Any parrot can say “I support our troops”; perhaps a better option, supporting policies which are in America’s troops best interests.

Liberals and Moderate Republicans Still Targeting Conservatives for Genocide

Historical and contemporary facts, just as non-conservative German aristocrats used their electoral process to put Hitler in power; American non-conservative aristocrats used America’s Presidential electoral process to put Chairman Osama Obama in power.

Like some names, moderate Republicans, counterfeit conservatives, Bush II supporters, and John McCain supporters. There are other names you can learn of in this writing exercise.

If politically correct conservatives do not have moral courage to denounce and walk away from evil ones in our own ranks; what will keep politically correct conservatives from settling for temporary peace before total victory is achieved?

Indisputable facts, sheer numbers of illegal alien crimes against American conservatives certainly qualifies as genocide. Supporting, promoting, and or tolerating, conduct resulting in genocide against American conservatives is well within realm of one being guilty of being an accessory too genocide.

Thirty to forty percent of all crimes in America are committed by ten percent of population specifically identified as “illegal entry” immigrants, aliens, smugglers, criminals, or terrorists. The hundreds  of thousands combined  murdered, raped,  tortured, crippled, abused and robbed should never be forgotten consequences, of policies and actions by Obama, Bush II, liberal Democrats, moderate Republicans and rest of Americans with blood on their hands, like: porous border supporters, internationalists, ignorant, greedy, racists, and sadistic.

More genocide supporters could be included locally in South Texas:  South Texas Brownsville College, other area colleges, city of Brownsville, Texas, city of Harlingen, Texas, county officials would include Cameron County Republican County Judge, and one of many State elected officials including LIII.

Above have no trouble selling out their country and covertly supporting genocide committed by illegal entry criminals as long as they gain some benefit and do not have to publicly take credit for their crimes against America’s humanity.

Solution: alliances among individual traditional conservative patriots. First reality, without a constitutional country, other issues would have no physical place to be discussed, debated, and resolved. Translation, now you know why patriots place security interests of their country above other countries. Faith needs a physical location where free will can be put into action.

Oaths provide security for upholding, protecting, and defending constitutions which protect free will which is necessary to insure existence of free exercise of faith from government abuses and incursions.

As far as Americans tolerating, promoting, or being accessories to genocide against conservative Americans; like it or not, they are entitled to due process so long as America’s Constitution continues to exist.                                                                                                    

As far as Mexico’s cartels, they are not worst of worst; waiting in shadows on Mexican soil are internationalist Marxists and Islamic fascists waiting for first opportunities to murder as many Americans as possible. Marshall’s Law Townhall.com suggests informing cartel leaders, their best option is killing internationalist Marxists and Islamic Fascists for America’s national interests.

It is in no way form or fashion, in America’s best interest to even consider supporting much less supporting Mexico’s corrupt brutal aristocracy in Mexico next not to far in distant future civil war. America’s policies shall be neutral; United States foreign policy must not under any circumstances include providing sanctuary to any of Mexico’s economic classes or combatants involved in Mexico’s next civil war –no exceptions means no. Too do otherwise, would be to reward both Mexico’s aristocracy and illegal entries for facilitating contemporary genocide against American citizens.

Governments which fail to control unconstitutional actions like tolerating porous perimeter Southern border always threaten security of “free State.” What a concept, “being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” My mind is not as sharp as it was in younger days; perhaps you can cite source of above concept.

The only thing protecting, Marxists Democrats, Obama’s administration and supporters, Bush II and his destroy America’s domestic manufacturing base for international profits crowd is an oath held by patriots to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution. Ironically the same Constitution the America last crowd is constantly trying to destroy.

Day will one day arrive, and it will arrive, America’s Constitution will no longer exist, America’s Patriots can then as their oath will no longer be binding; resort to any strategy or tactic their conscience allows. Probably not a good time, to be remembered, as being one who was an accessory to genocide against American conservatives; there could be a lot of atoning for past crimes against country, constitution, and American citizens taking place in them their days.

 Act I

 Current events all started after the incident at Paso Real, Felina and I headed north to another place.
 Place more violent and corrupt than any other; place more violent and corrupt than any other. Started wearing one gun in plain sight, seemed to be the right thing to do. Added another one inside too, plus the derringer made three.
 Part time split from Felina she stayed at Rose's Cantina; while I searched for an out of the way ranch. She got bored started hustling at the Rose's Cantina. Marty R. has already turned her legend into two ballads.
 Now I'm left alone in this place more violent and corrupt than any other.

 Act II

 Some hallucinations are worth repeating.

1) Violating an oath to God is the worst of all sins.
2) Heaven doesn't covet slavish disciples and gave us free will.
3) Plastic people are too messed up to know they are messed up.
4) Casualties are not people who volunteer to be victims.
5) Supporting the lesser of two evils is still supporting evil.
6) Things can always get worse, and you can always do better.
7) Choose right, anticipate, react, and let Heaven keep score.
 
There is a bartender at Paso Real I need to see about a job. This cowboy doesn't mind delivering souls as long as his is not part of the contract.
    
Story Two: “Planted In Pairs”

Folk-history provides a story about a young Hispanic bride who’s first and only true love died April twenty-first at San Jacinto taking a bullet for General Sam Houston. The too young to be a widow became so depressed she was diagnosed with dying of a broken heart.

After all efforts to cure the dying bride had failed, her family asked a young Texan priest to intervene. Following inspiration during prayer, the priest gave the near comatose bride a single Texas Wild Olive tree. The cleric suggested that she care for the seedling and allow the white flowers to remind her of the beauty she and her true love shared during their brief time together.

As time passed, the bride recovered and the tree continued to grow and bloom. Eventually time neared for the now old widow bride to rejoin her only true love. She asked the now past middle age priest to make her one promise: to care for the tree she had so carefully cared for since the passing of her husband.

After the widow bride’s “going home”; the priest became terribly depressed when none of his tireless efforts to save what became known as "widow’s tree” seemed to help as the tree without explanation continued to die.

As the community well aware of the priest’s promise to care for widow’s tree, rumors started that the priest had lost his faith. Then almost without explanation like divine inspiration, the priest thought maybe the tree was dying of a broken heart.

The priest leaving in the middle of the night with only failing light of a candle, found a small wild olive tree that also seemed nearly dead. That same night, he headed for the widow’s abandoned ranch and planted the second Texas Wild Olive Tree. As if by a miracle, an unseasonable rain nourished both trees.

Reasonably sure you have already guessed the rest of this non-fiction story’s facts: both trees recovered and still survive to this day. Now you know why Texas Wild Olive trees always do better when planted in pairs.

Random closing question, should not someone tell Chairman Osama Obama that there is a big difference between taking an oath to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution on The Holy Bible, and taking the same oath on thin air as did Chairman Osama Obama?

Refresher observation, the civil right to obtain a writ of habeas corpus is protection against illegal imprisonment. Question, are President Obama’s policies intended to create domestic strife too allow him to suspend habeas corpus as did President Lincoln, followed unlike Lincoln with martial law and suspension of all elections to further notice?

American citizens need to distinguish between ignorance, and feigning stupidity or deceptive stupidity to create a manufactured crisis to justify replacing constitutional government with fascist or Marxist dictatorship.
