Specific translation can be found in First Amendment excerpt: Congress shall make no law … abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press... Now that American citizens’ “Right” to Write has been established, few notes about “Write”.

Conservative leaders must let Americans know in no uncertain terms that patriotic conservatives are only solving problems created by Liberal Democrats, Moderate Republicans and racist “re-conquer America for Mexico” Hispanics.

To answer a future question, how can Texas Drifter write what he writes?  Answer: Texas Drifter has inalienable right to write what he writes. You don’t like what I write; you have the right to not read what I write.  Texas Drifter has spent over forty years trying to learn to write like he speaks, reason people will be able to converse with me through my writings as if they were involved in direct conversation with me.

Repetition is good training exercise, say you do not like what I write; I say go read something else. My inalienable right from Heaven and re-affirmed in First amendment as right to write for you Leninist Democrats and Moderate Republicans simply means I am identifying another “Don’t Tread On Me” warning.

Just think of all the mischief you can bless hell bound Leninist Democrats and Moderate Republicans with; example, Continue mailing, faxing, e-mailing, posting and publishing to expose consequences of their more often than not treasonous actions from further destroying America’s domestic and national security interests.

Secret to improving your right to write exercises, write like you are talking to one of the following people: wife, child, parents, friends, compatriots, or bad guys. Think about judgment day, how are you going to justify not using one of Heaven’s gifts with, sorry I was just too lazy to exercise my right to write right.

Some techniques for conservatives to improve their writings to better protect, defend, and regain control of America’s Constitutional Republic have been compiled as notes for you my reader. Every American patriot and or conservative citizen has a story to tell, principles to defend, points to promote, constructive criticisms to make, or questions to ask. Improving conservative writing styles makes each writing exercise more effective.

Readers already know my efforts at re-arranging words are imperfect writing exercises. Absence of vanity is recognition that perfect words are only published in one book, Holy Bible. This standard should not dissuade any conservative citizen from continuously exercising their inalienable rights of free speech and free press.

1) Good effective writing is more than randomly inserting words from a dictionary or synonym’s list. Learning to write effectively or persuasively starts with using composition in one’s speaking process.
2) Some writing message objectives: communicate motives, negotiate, entertain, teach, or propaganda
3) Writing can be used to inform or entertain. One structured style I use for consistent promotion writing:
- identify target audience
- length (number of words determines number of spoken seconds)
- personal, neutral, positive, or negative
- hook
- who / what / when / where / why
- tag
4) Writing is full time. Carry a notebook or recorder. Insert anecdotes, half of great novels have been forgotten by authors going to write down a good line later. Inspiration may not be around tomorrow.
5) Write like you speak... evaluate writing by reading out loud.
6) Write realistic details... no finding clues next to “snow mobile rental stand” at South Padre Island... do appropriate research / write about what you know...
7) Contemporary formula (people against struggles) examples: self; others; nature; environment; conscience; super natural evil; fate / destiny; Lenin-Obama’s groupie zombies; and so on. Compare to classic formula (tragedies): good individual (hero) struggles against superior force like fate and eventually loses. Structure: intro / three acts / conclusion / outro: (example - put character in tree / throw rocks at character / get character out of tree or don’t if tragedy). Narrators can be first or third persons… remember people read to learn, or be entertained and forget about their lives.
8) Using outline (percentage of each / fill in blanks / polish / let “cool” / polish):
- Intro (double intro)
- Set Up (in tree)
- Act I (throwing rocks)
- ACT II (more intense throwing rocks)
- ACT III (even more intense throwing rocks)
- Outro
9) Writing is a business (writing is an art form / selling is art of business)… the purpose of commercial writing is to sell books; screenplay concepts; or ideas... how many people gather along the side of the road to watch over weight old person change a flat tire... how many people gather along the side of the road to watch young woman in bikini change flat tire?
10) Never quit because of rejection or criticism (999-1) ... remember if critics were successful writers they would be writing and not criticizing your work... let history be your judge… one example of late or belated success – Melville’s classic about a whale.
11) Writing is a twenty-four hour a day job - you have to love to write... develop own unique style... outlines are useful... first draft is most exciting... rewrites and polishing are work... use thesaurus for clarity not flash... know when to quit and start reviewing next project for: style; composition, correct word usage (get to be friends with a dictionary and a thesaurus); flow; and other criteria: like letting events cause characters to evolve, and cross character relationships!!
12) Good writers use correct grammar, spelling, right word for right meaning use dictionary and thesaurus. Successful writers must also be good business communicators to protect their property rights. Study different types of contracts, and contract elements. Consider keeping control of product production process; for example, create concept, write, edit, proof read. Get an attorney keeping part of something is better than losing all of nothing.
13) Final Process: create idea sometimes called inspiration do research, write outline, first draft, second draft, polish draft, publish on you blog, move on to next writing exercise; best to not waste your time constantly re-reading your own work keep moving on to new writing exercises, and never forget eventually good writing sells itself. Publishing is printing, distributing; and marketing the writer Vs. author debate shall be left for another writing exercise.
14) Be free to write what ever you like; but remember the decision where to draw the line as to what you release is a moral decision which requires insightful courage. About writing to be popular, recall vanity is not being satisfied with God’s love, and greed is not being satisfied with Heaven’s blessings.

This old farmer’s son believes that America’s greatest literature has yet to be written. The Texas Drifter also believes that much of contemporary literature and art will be forgotten, as most symbolize Hollywood products which are little more than “pet rock” type soft porn marketing fads.

Some conservative icon writers are also surfing waves of success based on talk show personality cult marketing not built from ground up quality writing. There you have some notes to help maybe you become one of America’s greatest conservative authors.

Brutal reality, Mexico’s drug cartels based on Texas Drifter’s conservative estimate have considerably more financial assets than United Sates Navy and United States Marine Corp’s combined budgets.

One example, cartel’s monthly salary for “foot soldiers” is five thousand dollars a month. Salary paid by Mexican government for comparable work is three hundred dollars per month. Refresher notes: Obama recently bragged about sending twelve hundred (1200) troops to America’s Southern border. First question, do twelve hundred (1200) troops sent to border include required support staff? Good guess from the chronically lying Obama is no.

Reliable experienced sources suggest it takes estimated twenty (20) support staff for every pair of Armed Forces “boots on the ground”. Follow closely, twenty support staff plus one pair of boots on ground add up to twenty-one (21) total personnel divided into twelve hundred (1200) equals about fifty seven (57) pairs of boots on ground.

That one pair of boots is expected to be in service twenty-four (24) hours a day, every day, every week, every month until assignment is completed. Being in service 24 hours a day for one pair of boots seems unrealistic; so in-service time should at lease be reduced to twelve (12) hours a day, seven days a week, and so on.

Translation: 57 pairs of boots divided by two (2) equals 28 and half pairs of boots on ground for estimated two thousand (2000) mile southern border with Mexico. You do the math: 2000 mile border divided by 28 pairs of boots equals one pair of boots on ground along America’s Southern border with Mexico every seventy miles (70).

That means one (1) pair of boots on ground every seventy (70) miles for perimeter security, intelligence gathering; as intervention and detention are not part of publicly stated objectives.

Last time military troops were sent to South Texas for border security, some ended up washing cars of some Texas County Commissioners. Texas Drifter’s professional values and standards dictate that having America’s finest and best wash cars for Texas County Commissioners who are for most part corrupt like Chicago politicians is insulting waste of talent and training for members of America’s professional Armed Forces.

Moving on to basic math for Federal Border Patrol Agents which also depends on twenty (20) support staff to one (1) boots on ground estimated ratio. Their assignments include perimeter security, intelligence gathering, screening, apprehension, detention, and deportation. One major difference is that Border Patrol agents are scheduled to work forty (40) hour shifts.

It takes about five (5) shifts to keep one pair of boots on ground around clock twenty-four seven and so on. Breaks down to three shifts Monday through Friday, and two shifts over weekend with extra boots being used to fill in gaps for: training, injury-leave, sick leave, emergency leave, annual leave and so on.

Translation explanation, Obama offers to send one thousand (1000) agents to border not including support staff. Now you know why Border Patrol Agents have to spend so much of their time not pursuing their assignments, rather spending their time doing what never assigned support staff should be doing.

Texas Drifter makes no claim that a “sharp pencil” in right hands would not end up with differing numbers. Make no mistake Texas Drifter numbers are infinitely closer to truth than Leninist Democrats or Moderate Republicans propaganda.

This tired old almost worn out nearly broken down part time demented farmer’s son with three plus decades of real world not desk pilot experiences in intelligence, investigation, and security industries can assert without hesitation that sending Armed Forces’ professionals or Federal Border Patrol agents into “harms way” without AVAILABLE adequate personnel, support staff, and other necessary resources (what a long thought); is criminal negligence at best and treason to national security at worst.

Answers to what are sufficient personnel, support staff, and other resources can be left to those in know with less tired minds than Texas Drifter. Bottom line is that conservative patriots should now be able to identify and debunk propaganda lies about resources being sent to secure America’s southern border.

Securing America’s border is not a new problem for those aware of “border bandit days” during first part of America’s twentieth century. General Pershing and Texas Rangers solved border violence problems before America’s entrance into World War I.
Wonder if Obama’s Democrats and Moderate Republicans Romney and Perry had guided America’s security objectives before WWI, cannot continue; some thoughts are too vile to finish. Absolute brutal reality: until Americans tire of their loved ones, relatives, friends, neighbors, compatriots being brutally murder, raped, mutilated, assaulted, kidnapped, robbed, slaughtered on roads by drunk drivers by tens of thousands of illegal immigrants; guess socializing at funerals and hospitals will continue.

Based on Marshall’s social power formula: SP=Q1+Q2 over T (social power equals quantity plus quality over timing). Americans have more than four “aces” cartels will never have: intelligence gathering capabilities, communications, professional military forces, armored divisions, air power just to identify a few.

Cartels have substantial resources and gang member troops on American soil to make solving porous border problems bloody and expensive. Based on some estimates cartel loyal gang members on American soil are between one half million to slightly more than one million.

Alternative will be death of Heaven’s favorite republic and death of U.S. Constitution which re-affirms life, liberty, and pursuit of property principles. Evolution of this observation about citizens wrongly claiming to own their house or car; first started when borrowers started believing they owned the house or car which was really owned by a third party known as lien holder. People who borrow money to make payments on a house or vehicle do not own that asset until the lien holder has been re-paid in full, and releases the lien on collateral purchased by the loan.

Government used the above misconception to seize all private property in United States guided by Marxist defined property taxes and fascist guided regulations. Recall following definitions: In Marxist economies all property and means of production are owned by the state. In fascist economies all property and means of production are owned by private citizens, but are so regulated by the state that Marxism and fascism eventually evolve into one two headed monster.

Now reader should better understand why Obama administration and closet supporters some of whom include RINOS like Presidential candidates Romney and Perry can be called Marxist-fascist allies. Neither Romney of Perry has any known public plan to return private property to America’s private citizens.

More about the issue “Republican Obama Light Presidential Candidates” continue to ignore. America’s local, state, and federal governments began taking de-facto ownership of private property initially with property taxes and eventually fascist regulations. Brutal reality there is no private ownership of homes in America rather only “lease management arrangements” between citizens and local, state, and federal governments.

People who fail to pay their private sector rent in a timely manner get evicted with full force of the law. Citizens who fail to pay their property taxes in reality public sector rent in a timely manner also get evicted by full force of the law. The results of both evictions are the same lessee gets removed from their living quarters.

Other examples include first drive your vehicle off your property rented from the government without paying government’s extortion fees and the government will eventually confiscate your vehicle. Second example involves alphabet retirement “investment accounts”. Ownership conveys right of control, how many citizens can withdraw or change their alphabet retirement account without getting permission or paying certain fees known as penalties to federal government?

Third example includes concept of people believing they “own their own business”. Try conducting your business by ignoring governments’ extortion fees for permits, or try ignoring government regulations that are designed to let government manage your business as government chooses.

Before Greenists and other fascist environmentalists start screaming, no citizen has the right to poison their neighbor’s water, air, or depreciate land values by building a community dump in center of community. Governments still owns enough public lands to conserve America’s natural resources.

The real issue is two issues, first government owning all the land and not letting private sector citizens own property too. Second issue is liberty being denied by government, issues like governments telling citizens which toilets they can park their rears on, and what kind of light bulbs they can use to admire their toilet government approved toilets.

America’s past generations never promised America’s present or future generations that being citizens of free will in a Judeo-Christian republic always involved easy decisions…

More about the different sides in America’s contemporary political arena first are wealthy liberals who are driven by guilt for what they feel is their undeserved wealth. Second are poor liberals whose politics are driven by selfish greed who believe that all successful people earned their property by stealing from the poor.

Moving down the list are moderate Republicans who are driven by selfish greed and who are willing to sacrifice America’s national security by using internationalism to destroy America’s domestic manufacturing base a perquisite for winning any major war. An old but true adage, want to drive a moderate blue blood country club Republican totally insane, do not steal a thousand dollars from them, steal a penny from them. Beware most moderate Republicans are inclined to pass them selves off as counterfeit conservatives.

The third group is conservatives who base their lives and goals on America’s values, principles, traditions, and Constitution. Conservatives are people who know that ethical capitalism is the best economic system created by man, while unethical capitalism is one of the worst, unethical capitalism is stealing which violates the Ten Commandments. Example, giving a starving man ten dollars for a hundred dollar horse is not shrewd business, it is stealing. Conservatives’ future will be threatened by an alliance of liberal Democrats and moderate Republicans…

The key to America’s future is people of conservative viewpoints joining together, people like Judeo-Christians, Constitutionalists, Conservative Republicans, Conservative Democrats, Libertarians, Ethical Capitalists, Patriots and others who care about serving and protecting Heaven’s favorite republic.

As there will always be Goliaths, there will always be those representing David’s faith. The most obvious “David” in contemporary America is America’s oil producers. The best example of leaders of America last crowd being unpatriotic internationalists and hypocrites are their attempts to destroy American carbon industry producers. American internationalists believe in free trade so long as the most successful are not American companies. Compare size of American oil producers to world’s largest oil producers.

If you are thinking why should I be concerned with defending America’s oil companies from Marxist-fascist Obama Democrats and Obama Light Republicans? When tyrants get through with destroying oil companies they are not start going to be nice neighbors; they will continue to do what they do best find something else to destroy, could very well be you and your family.

Two points: Obama’s recent statement to U.S. Arizona Senator was not first time Obama implied following, “If we secure border, you all won’t have any reason to support comprehensive immigration reform.” Second point, diseases used to achieve political objectives like getting amnesty for illegal immigrants to get Democrats re-elected become bottom line reality biological weapons.

Reader can reference Marshall’s Law Townhall “Conservative Environmental Standards” Entry # 020; first written as training notes back in early 1990’s for example of using a disease as a biological weapon.

Conservative conservationists need to understand that using reason or emotional appeal will never stop private and public sector environmental terrorists. Second, private or public justice based on mob rule is always shameless and immoral.

Greatest threats to America’s environment are epidemics introduced by illegal immigrants from third world countries. Even if Americans had never heard word terrorism, southern border would still need to be securely closed to prevent third world epidemics being introduced into America.

Doubters need only review impact of importing foreign flora and fauna on native American plants and animals. Nature is nature and people are influenced by laws of nature.

Many third world infections like tuberculosis are less responsive to treatments for first world tuberculosis. Illegal immigrants do not have reliable histories of completing American treatment programs, actions that produces a third world strain of more lethal and less treatable tuberculosis viruses that produces greater public health threats to Americans.

American politicians, bureaucrats, fools, and special interest hate groups that support a southern porous border will eventually be signing death warrants for millions of American citizens.

Justice is a two sided sword. First side is used for resolving intentional or negligent public health threats by terrorists or illegal immigrants. Second side is for bringing Americans too account for unnecessary illnesses, injuries, and deaths. What is Chagas’ disease and what causes it?
Chagas’ (SHA-gus) disease (also called American typanosomiasis [tri-PAN-o-so-MY-ah-sis]) is caused by a protozoan (single celled, microscopic) parasite called Trypanosoma cruzi (tri-PAN-o-so-MA cruise-EYE).

The protozoan infects humans and animals through an insect called a “kissing bug” (or “assassin bug”). The disease can be seen in dogs and humans and initially causes flu like signs (fever, headache), which can progress to heart failure over a long period of time. Cases primarily occur in Central and South America. A few cases occur occasionally in the southern U.S.

What animals get Chagas’ disease? In the U.S. dogs, opossums and armadillos are most likely to carry the protozoan that causes Chagas’ disease. Many other animals can serve as carriers (or reservoirs), including cats, rabbits, raccoons, and rodents.
Generally, dogs are the only animals that show signs of disease.

How can my animal get Chagas’ disease? Animals can get Chagas’ disease by living or sleeping outside in an area where the “kissing bug” (vector) lives. This bug lives in cracks and holes of old, unkept buildings or homes and wooded areas and can be found in Latin America and as far north as Virginia in the U.S.

The protozoa develops in the intestine of the “kissing bug”. This bug is a blood feeder and will bite its host (animal or human), then excrete feces after feeding. This fecal material contains the protozoa, which then enters the bite wound created by the “kissing bug”.

How does Chagas’ disease affect my animal? In dogs, the most common signs of infection are fever, sluggishness and an unkept hair-coat. Signs of heart failure may show up after an extended period of time. Other animals do not typically show any signs of illness.

Can I get Chagas’ disease? Yes. People usually get Chagas’ disease from the “kissing bug” (vector) that blood feeds on humans and transfers the protozoan through its fecal matter. Occasionally people get Chagas’ disease from blood transfusions or by transfer from mothers to their babies during pregnancy or when nursing. People with Chagas’ disease will have fever, loss of appetite, fatigue, swelling at the “kissing bug” bite site and swollen glands or lymph nodes. The bug usually bites around the eye.

In long term or severe cases, infection of the heart [myocarditis (my-Ocar- DIE-tis)] and possible heart failure can occur.
Who should I contact if I suspect Chagas’ disease?

In Humans – Contact your physician.

How can I protect my animal from Chagas’ disease? Keep animals indoors and away from insects at night. Wooded areas are most likely to harbor the beetle, especially in the southern United States. Dogs should not be allowed to have contact with wild animals such as opossums, raccoons and armadillos to reduce the chance of infection.

How can I protect myself from Chagas’ disease? Avoid contact with the “kissing
bug”. If traveling to Latin America, particularly Central America, take precautions
when camping or sleeping in huts to prevent insect bites. Kissing beetles are very susceptible to insecticides which can be used to remove the bugs from dwellings.

Moving on beyond science. How many Americans might Obama be willing to subject to illegal immigrants’ imported fatal disease just to get himself, and Democrat Party accessories re-elected in 2012 federal elections?

Moving on to different type of Chagas victims family member pets. Following is based on individual who lives less than mile from Texas Drifter's temporary residence. This always hard working man's family recently lost all four of their family member pets to Chagas the disease imported into America courtesy of Obama, Democrats, and Moderate Republicans who like McCain all support porous border policies except when running for re- election.

Texas Drifter has observed “kissing bugs or assassin bugs” locally. Only positive part of this writing exercise is that veterinarian identified four dogs’ causes of deaths Chagas. The State of Texas was all over incident scene serving Texas citizens with all due diligence and professional conduct anyone could expect.

Question, do not kind hearted Americans deserve more than having their family member pets suffer horrible deaths just so Obama can trade border security for amnesty to get votes to get himself and Democrats re-elected? Another more horrible question, how many Americans are going to have to suffer by putting down their family member pets to protect themselves from their Chagas infected family member pets?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Difficulty of separating Hispanic citizens and illegal immigrants for deportation along Texas southern border will increase following eventual porous border hellish anarchy, and could easily result in America having its very own “Gaza Strip” along America’s Southern border.

Those deserving blame for unnecessary hellish deaths and atrocities committed against Americans on American soil will include Obama his Administration, RINO Presidential candidates like Romney and Perry, plus all others supporting amnesty and its variations like Dream Act.

America’s current economic problems are not due too defective capitalism, rather unethical capitalism a product of human greed and vanity. Repetition often makes a good teaching tool. The flaws of unethical capitalism can be illustrated by Bush I, Bush II, Dole, McCain, current Texas Senators, and Presidential candidates like Romney and Perry who depict humans that never learned stealing is a sin not defects in ethical capitalism.

Reality offers two economic systems, also called economies. First system is called capitalism where labors, services, resources, or products are voluntarily traded for monetary units or credits based on exchange rates determined by supply and demand.

Second system is based on stealing; and represented by 666 primary systems including:
1) Unethical Capitalism: not providing represented labors, services, resources or products for fraudulent profits.
2 Socialism: all property and means of production are owned by government. Policies offered by Liberal Democrats.
3) Fascism: property and means of production are owned by citizens, but are so regulated by government, that eventually there is little difference between socialism and fascism.
4) Theological fascism promoted by Islamic fascists.
5) Contemporary policies of bureaucratic fascism by environmentalists’ theologies advocating Greenism to solve fabricated propaganda problems like global warming.
6) Common law crimes like fraud, theft, and other crimes.

Back to this writing exercise theme, unethical capitalism includes internationalist policies based on greed which destroy America’s domestic manufacturing base for cheap foreign labor driven profits. Internationalist policies also involve America in an international house of cards which can easily destroy America as internationalist markets self destruct. Internationalist policies which destroy America’s manufacturing base are also a threat to national security as Americans will have to obtain manufactured components for its armed forces from the enemies they are fighting – sounds idiotic but a reality.

Unethical capitalism includes domestic businesses supporting porous southern border, and threatening national security for collateral retail profits from drug trafficking, all types of border smuggling, cheap illegal wages, foreign criminal investments, and profits create related social problems.

More examples of unethical capitalism includes companies engaging in fraud by misrepresenting service or product quality or tampering with standard accounting practices. Another example, companies controlling exchange rates by manipulating supply and or demand with monopolistic practices. Why, to destroy ethical capitalist markets dependent on trust based volunteer trade.

Some contemporary unethical capitalism includes mortgage brokers financing homes with “bad” notes; and repackaging notes for financial institutions wanting to use the notes to show federal government they are loaning money to adequate numbers of minority members before repacking notes and reselling them again.

As for definition of ethical capitalism, if words honesty, integrity, reliability, openness, candor, frankness, truthfulness, trustworthiness, are not part of your vocabulary; then probably no amount of re-arranged words I could add to this writing exercise would convey intended message.

Americans in particular and America in general will continue to have economy problems based on greed, vanity, and lack of integrity; until Americans start electing citizens with comparable principles to America’s Founding Fathers. Re-establishing Heaven’s favorite republic requires remembering importance of devotion to:
1. Free will based Judeo-Christian values,
2. U.S. Constitutional due process values,
3. Ethical capitalist values,
4. Living by, and defending above values as examples for future American generations.

Brutal reality, most illegal immigrants do not migrate to America to become Americans; most come to America out of greed to take jobs away from American workers so as to annually send back by some estimates one hundred billion dollars year to Mexico. Above illegally earned dollars does not include counting dollar values of smuggling profits, illegal drug profits, and American tax payer public subsidies dollars all returned to Mexico.

Other side of issue, most immigrants who are willing to “jump through red tape hoops” to become legal residents and eventually citizens come to America to become good Americans as opposed to transitory illegal immigrants.

Beginners’ understanding of Mexico’s culture suggests Mexico’s society has a “feud” based society. America’s society is based on Constitutional due processes. Consider a minor traffic accident first thing an American considers is who to take to civil court. Response in Mexico is whose family member to get even with.

Increase of under-socialized third world illegal immigrants on United States soil will result in rampant promiscuity, alcohol-drug abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, driving while intoxicated deaths, violent felonies, and even serial killer crimes in America.

Under-socialized illegal immigrants can become recruitment material for ideological terrorists creating a real possibility for radical Hispanics seeking conquest of lost homelands. A more dangerous alliance would be between racists Hispanics and Middle Eastern terrorist groups which have already occurred in parts of Mexico. Reader can witness emerging ties among gangs like MS-13 and Hezbollah along America’s Southern Border.

Why punish those aiding or assisting illegal immigrants? Consider following real world experiences which show how unethical business practices are encouraging illegal immigrants not to assimilate into American society.

Who are first Americans illegal immigrants encounter? Answer, smugglers who rob, rape, and murder them. Who are second group of Americans illegal immigrants encounter; answer, unethical capitalists.

A not too long ago assignment required me to spend seven weeks working undercover as “white trash” in illegal immigrants’ jobs market. Up front salary agreement was five dollars an hour paid daily plus one meal for hard physical labor that included: mixing cement by hand to make concrete, landscaping, ranch work, farm work, metal fabrication, construction work, and other miscellaneous work.

Only one employer out of nine paid five dollars an hour with good or decent meals. Other eight varied from underpaying or not paying for services provided. One employer paid only one hundred dollars for two weeks hard work, averaging ten dollars a day for eight hours day. (Let stealing slide did not want to be branded troublemaker and jeopardize assignment.)

Other scams were charging exorbitant prices for rent, food, beer so illegals ended up owing employer money at end of pay period. Some employers would insult illegals getting them to leave before pay period, or turning them over to Immigration to avoid paying them.

Meals ranged from spoiled leftovers to: stale crackers, out of date fish, moldy potato salad (did not eat bad fish or rotten potato salad), to one fifty cent package of peanuts, and in many cases no meals. My most memorable meal was choice between one hot can of generic coke, or one slice of watermelon. I never knew how much I liked watermelon.

The third group stealing illegals blind are immigration lawyers making unachievable promises for exorbitant up front fees. It seems best way to abuse people’s humanitarian rights is to promise to defend their civil rights.

Combine treatment of illegals by first three groups of Americans they encounter smugglers, unethical capitalists, and dishonest immigration lawyers with almost five hundred years of hatred against white Europeans and one hundred and seventy-five years hatred against Americans. Why should illegals ever be expected to assimilate into American culture?

Many uneducated illegals will never assimilate into American society. Unethical capitalists who exploit illegals also exploit American workers when given opportunity. Ask yourself one final question: does it matter why any group be they legals or illegals want to steal your property and harm you and your family based on actions resulting from immaturity, ignorance, greed, cultural hatred, or religious fanaticism? Never forget, those who ignore national security spend too much time at cemeteries.

Bottom line, amnesty advocates are providing aid and comfort to those engaged in criminal activity which makes all involved: illegals, their employers, supporters and benefactors all civilly and criminally liable for actions of illegal immigrants engaged in criminal activity. Illegal immigrants are by definition engaged in criminal activity. Want to dry up the jobs market for illegal immigrants, turn trial lawyers loose on those providing, employment, transportation, or aid to illegal immigrants.

Justice for American citizens should keep trial lawyers busy for a while, since thirty million plus illegal immigrants on American soil represent ten percent of America’s population and commit thirty though closer to forty percent of crimes in America.

Illegal immigrants assimliation concept evolves from propaganda lie by Marxist-fascist Democrats and their allies Moderate pro asmnesty Moderate Republicans. Occasionally good spirited patriotic citizens may over react with episodes of violence caused by lost tempers.

I feel a question emerging; why would battered citizen syndrome not be a valid criminal defense argument? Following excerpt was previously published in January 1999 by Texas Drifter page 150, item “068”.

One wonders if abuses of socialist governments generate a “battered citizen syndrome?” If battered wife syndrome is a valid due process legal defense for use of violent solutions; is the battered citizen syndrome also a valid defense for citizens who react in a similar manner against abusive governments?

Intellectual consistency requires that those who accept the battered spouse syndrome as a legal defense to justify violence against an abusive spouse must also accept the battered citizen syndrome as valid legal defense for citizen/s who uncontrollably out with violence against abusive government/s which seems synonymous with abusive husbands or spouses.

To accept less is to deny legitimacy of actions by America’s Founding Fathers in 1700’s; actions by Texas rebels in 1830’s, or actions of those who sought to establish nation of Israel following World War II. What constitutes sufficient legitimate abuse that contributes to battered citizen syndrome can be debated, but existence of battered citizen syndrome can not be debated.

Criteria to justify battered citizen syndrome probably requires Solomon like wisdom, especially since Obama like Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats and their RINO allies seem incapable of remorse and are not likely to exit political stage as did Judas Iscariot.

First Colonel Travis of Alamo fame, what was perhaps the most intense concern of this leader on whose shoulders rested lives of one hundred eighty plus volunteer soldiers as well as the fate of Texas unborn Republic?

First is non-profit status hospitals and organizations sneakily operating like for profit hospitals and organizations.

Two some health care processes that can result from patient’s “blind faith” in health care providers are not good:
1. misdiagnosis
2. misapplication of services and treatments
3. negligent adverse drug reactions
4. other bad results which can include excessive financial costs

Consequences of above can be: death, coma, crippling, make health conditions worse, and other less than desirable results. Moving on to excessive financial costs, which can be based on: excessive number of visits; non-competitive excessive prices per visit; unnecessary referrals, kickback for unnecessary referrals; unnecessary tests; marking up unnecessary tests above lab costs three hundred to four hundred percent to patient; “rabbit trail” treatments and therapies to “soak” patient’s insurance, budget, or health care grant. One physician for services, lab tests, and prescriptions charged about three thousand dollars over six month period. Another physician providing exactly same services, same tests, and prescription medicines charged four hundred twenty dollars over six month period. 9. Internationalists seeking to replace America’s national economy with “house of cards” international economy

Chameleon or counterfeit conservatives also called moderate Republicans representing America’s aristocratic ruling elite; this group is commonly called RINOS and can be identified by their “conservative in public only” conduct. Some examples include: Bush Clan, Texas U.S. Senator Cornyn, Presidential candidates McCain, Romney, Perry and Christie. Many of these CIPO (conservatives in public only) are supported by many celebrity talk show personalities. In one case a major celebrity talk show conservative is practicing CIPO by trying to cut backroom deals to get RINO governor to become CIPO presidential candidate.

Good guys being driven by principle not principal unlike most bad guys can easily be described with fewer words as following: Judeo-Christians, conservatives, constitutionalists, ethical capitalists, independents, Reagan Democrats, as well as other types of patriots.

Some lines which might be imaginarily drawn in sand for good guys include:
1. national security
2. domestic tranquility
3. constitutional integrity as written
4. re-establish property rights which means abolish all property taxes, people who can be evicted for not paying property taxes are renters not property owners
5. ethical capitalist market place shall define success and values not government regulations; individuals, companies, or corporations abusing market place should be subject to civil judicial or criminal judicial due processes
6. right to work contracts for all public sector projects – bids should go to best bidder with most quality accountability standards
7. replace government base line budgeting with start over each year annual budgets

9. Engage in tit for tat foreign policies: foreign nations put tariffs on America’s exported products matching amount is placed on offenders products exported to America; plus America places one percent less tax on corporations manufacturing their products on America soil compared to manufacturing on foreign soils
10. Enact civil liability legislation for public employees enacting policies which are just plain bad for Americans or their industries like governments attempts to replace not cost effective green energies with real world gas, petroleum, and coal energy products
