Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – If it is true words have specific meanings, multi

culturists and internationalists by definition are not patriots, and can only become patriots if definition of patriot is changed.

Internationalist, break word down: inter-nation-al among equal nations; internationalist, one who considers their nation equal among all other nations. Types of internationalist include: unethical capitalists, Marxist-fascist Liberal Democrats, ideological fascists like Islamic fascists, and multi culturists.

Unethical capitalists can include: those supporting international “free trade” profits before national security. Like some Republicans supporting open porous border with Mexico and other third world countries to access foreign cheap labor which is destroying America’s domestic manufacturing base which threatens national security.

Review historical importance of domestic manufacturing base and absolute critical need for resources to fuel domestic manufacturing base when winning major war is primary strategy. America’s Southern Confederacy would have won 1860’s Civil War had it possessed domestic manufacturing partially comparable to “Yankees’” domestic manufacturing base.

World War II was waged by Germany and Japan to compensate for both nations’ inadequate resources necessary to fuel their domestic manufacturing bases. Readers need to learn more on their own about survival significance of domestic manufacturing base as asset in national security.

Most legacies are determined by single issues or events. Consider case of “good neighbor” known as a devoted husband, attentive parent, honest businessman, community leader and church supporter; one problem with this person’s legacy, he liked molesting other people’s children. Multi culturists and internationalists may be “good neighbors” known as a devoted spouses, attentive parents, honest citizens, community leaders and church supporters; does not change fact that their America last policies threaten America’s national security.

Despite insults, lies, and propaganda by America last crowd, The United States based on its accomplishments is world’s greatest culture. America has set standards for planet earth in science, art, literature, technology, armed forces capabilities, political processes based on constitutional law, institutionalizing civil rights, defending and helping other nations.

England, France, Germany, Western Europe survived and were re-built with American intervention. Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Philippines also experienced nation direction changes with American intervention.

 
Comparing cultures is achieved by separating cultures into: Africa, Middle East, Far East, East Europe, West Europe, Latin America, and America. All cultures except America have origins and traditions in peasant – dictatorship societies. Excluding Western Europe’s dabbling in constitutional republics, rest of planet earth has tended to adopt peasant-dictatorship political systems. Consider Africa, world’s oldest culture which remains, has, and still mostly generates regional tyrannies interrupted with sporadic anarchy throughout much of its history.

The only difference between Africa, and Middle East, Far East, Eastern Europe, and Latin America is that these areas have generated long term dynasties and empires founded on peasant-dictatorship relationships.

America’s standards for liberty, freedom, private property, constitutional republic, and standards of living are being threatened by leftist multi culturists condoning illegal immigrants refusing cultural assimilation. Other America last creeds supported by multi culturists include: Islamic Fascism, Greenism the new fascism, Democratic Marxist-fascist Socialism, promiscuous liberals. anti-conservative aristocrats ruling class, counter American revolutionaries, and racists against American and Western European Anglos.

On so called other side of political aisle America last crowd includes: moderate Republican anti-conservative aristocrats ruling class, (Internationalists free trade blended with socialism McCain - Bush dynasty support of free trade policies and more government handouts like prescription drugs and corporate welfare), and counterfeit conservatives.

Citizens have right to compromise their principles and support multi cultural prejudices, and conservatives have the right not to have their tax dollars subsidize America last political policies.

One contemporary example includes America’s current event issue of fusing America’s culture with Mexico known as Mexicanization of America by multi culture groups. Intelligent citizens select cultures based on historical positives and negatives not vanity based compassion based on guilt, greed, or racism.

Consider Mexico’s most dominant historical cultures. Aztecs were a slavery-tyrant culture based on imperialist theft as most Aztec “achievements” were stolen from other tribes like Olmecs, Toltec’s, and Mayans. Mexico’s Aztecs established the largest religion known to historians based on cannibalism. Mexico’s entire history has evolved from sham democracies run by aristocrats to revolution to sham democracies run by new aristocrats followed by revolutions installing different aristocrats.

Migration of illegal immigrants into America is about nothing more than Mexico using illegal immigration as a “relief valve” to delay eventual revolution which will inevitably occur as Mexico’s history continues to repeat as historical cycles do.

When Mexico’s next revolution eventually occurs, Americans will be collaterally involved in violence as illegal immigrants on American soil will engage in violence against Mexican aristocrats “hiding out” in America. Many Mexican aristocrats have already started moving to American soil to seek refuge from “leftist Mexican revolutionaries” they know will seek justice for crimes aristocrats have committed against Mexican people.

Setting eventual violence risks against American citizens from Mexico’s next civil war aside; America is confronting problems caused by illegal immigrants with no desire to assimilate into American culture. Readers can reference “Assimilation: The Big Lie” Entry# 006 Marshall’s Law Townhall.

Multi culturists are about blending cultures’ traditions, ethics, principles, and life styles; a debatable socialist idea if all cultures were equal. Problem is not any two cultures are equal. You can run the numbers. If America receives a score of ninety-eight for its achievements and Mexico receive a score of twenty for its achievements the average represents lower living standards for American citizens.

Goal should be improving Mexico’s society based on examples by America’s culture to improve quality of lives for Mexicans. Multi culturists motivated by naiveté, foolishness, greed, or self hatred would rather lower living standards of Americans.
Doubt validity of this observation, only differences between American side of Rio Grande River and Mexican side of Rio Grande is positive influences of America’s culture and less than positive influences of Mexican culture. Future historians will add American multi cultural advocates and internationalists to list including: Brutus, Judas, Benedict Arnold, and (insert other names here).

America’s domestic criminal justice system and law enforcement harassing of CIA agents and eventually other intelligence agencies and agents for ideological based policy reasons; could by some legal scholars be interpreted as providing aid and comfort to international terrorists and other national foreign threats. Look for translation of this activity in Unites States Constitution.

America’s need for “Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation” is a concept conceived two decades before Marshall’s Law Townhall became a gleam in this author’s mind, and would be good theme for another writing exercise.

Refresher original intent Article 2 Section IV United States Constitution: Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment, and Punishment, according to Law.

Show me where intent of Constitution is to exclude those not re-elected, not re-appointed to office, or those who resign from office; or civil servants whose employment is terminated, are exempt from provision defined in Article Two Section IV.

The following message is not a warning and certainly not a threat. The following message is Constitutional guarantee or promise.

Marxist-fascist Liberal Democrats including Blue Dog Democrats, elected and appointed; all public bureaucrats; and political zombies who commit domestic war crimes during “America’s Domestic Cold War” that they started; are subject to after being voted out of office or not reappointed or dismissed from office can be indicted and tried for Treason, Bribery, High Crimes including civil rights violations or corruption, and or misdemeanors. Any ill-gotten assets will be subject to civil damage trials by citizen victims.

Two “deepest pockets” in America are those belonging to members of anti-conservative aristocrats ruling class. Second deep pockets belong to public sector unions and individual bureaucrat retirement plans. “Domestic war crimes”, there is a plaintiff’s issue that will bring angry jury tears that trial lawyers will race to see.

This author spent many years managing legal investigations in both defense and plaintiff high dollar civil suits. Consider this bit of truth from an old professional “hired gun”. Trial lawyers are hired guns who target civil justice with compensation; time for conservatives to give trail lawyers a new target. I suggest domestic war crimes committed by local, state, and federal governments controlled by Marxist-fascist liberal Democrat and their accomplices.

Furthermore, it did not matter which side I worked for, plaintiff or defense; results of professional impartial investigations will always be same be they good, bad, or inclusive. These civil suits will force public unions to purge their ranks of totally incompetent and habitual screw ups; or public unions will be brought into civil trials as parties subject to contributory negligence.

Without secure domestic civil society, there will be no place for American citizens to enjoy and benefit from constitutional rule. Intelligence agencies, staff, and employees, and contacts; along with all military forces will be exempt from any and all civil trials seeking civil damages.
    
Perhaps a good starting case to consider, do not have to wait to Speaker of House Pelosi; and Senator Majority Leader Reed are impeached, as chances are they could soon be voted out of office. Statute of limitations for public citizens’ negligence, crimes, and abuses against private citizens should be endless or at least ten years even after defendant no longer holds or is employed in public office.

Citizens who lost or were intimidated into losing financial assets in nationalizing General Motors due too unconstitutional suspension of contract law should consider seeking civil justice by “naming as many as possible” for damages from obvious domestic war crimes. Obama and his Administration can be named when he is voted out of office and his Administration officials leave their offices when Obama leaves. Do not forget Blue Dog Democrats or private sector individuals and organizations who contributed to Obama’s war crimes are liable for their contributory actions.

Technicality, may not be able to seek personal civil damages  from politicians and public bureaucrats while in active service to America’s Constitutional Republic; let there be no doubt, Article Two Section IV provides justice for American citizens when elected officials and bureaucrats are no longer in office.

Your author hopes public unions fight keeping incompetent, corrupt, and abusive union members employed by public agencies; more career opportunities and money for hired guns. Most conservatives have to get past their naïve child like pilgrim attitude that only Marxist-fascist Liberal Democrats can use market place hired guns. Conservatives are acting like welfare beggars when they only support free lance professionals not fee lance professionals.

America is a great country when governments are managed and held accountable by constitutional law. Accountable now there is a word public servants should be re-introduced too.

Anger and hate have different definitions. Anger is defined as having strong feelings of displeasure. Hate represents extreme intense often irrational hostility and aversion usually from fear, anger, or sense of injury.

Conservatives, patriots, and most Americans have the right to be angry at Liberal Democrats’ unjustified hatred of, and hateful actions and policies against America and Americans.

Socialist Liberal Democrats including Blue Dog Democrats, Obama, Obama’s Administration, public subsidy addicts and political zombies possess many of the following personality traits:

Self Hating,

Citizens who do not have courage to call a child rapist at least a child molester are cowards. There are different kinds of human garbage, white trash, black trash, brown trash, and other colors of trash. Unlike landfill garbage which often smells bad, human trash can threaten entire families, communities, republics and nations. Why have standards, virtues like honesty and integrity, Ten Commandments, and Bill of Rights if political correctness governs; and free speech is not used to identify differences?

Astute wisdom does not buy into the argument “Devil made me do it”. Only excuse people like Obama, Obama’s Administration, Marxist Democrats including Blue Dogs, public subsidy addicts, and political zombies have for embarrassing Heaven, America, their voters, and their families are choices based on free will.

You conservatives, patriots, and others who and proud of being an American will wisely not engage in hate; but you do have right to be angry and take out due process anger on those deserving your anger.

Judeo-Christian doctrine suggests: even Heaven gets angry; Heaven did not hate worshipers and those who tolerated Golden Calf; but was angry enough to make both groups wander around the desert for forty years.

Some Judeo-Christian doctrine suggests Heaven helps those who help themselves. Maybe you Americans who nonchalantly invoke God to bless America should stop asking for theological welfare and start fixing America’s problems yourselves.

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – What are odds that FEMA disaster relief camps could be used for political death camps?

How could anyone believe Democratic Party Liberals, President Obama his Administration, and political zombie supporters who publicly support aggressive euthanasia counseling and policies for elderly, chronically ill like those with AIDS, disabled children and veterans would not misuse FEMA disaster camps for nefarious politics?

How could anyone believe, these same people who hate "the" America and Americans so much that put them in charge of running earth's largest, wealthiest, most powerful free world constitutional republic, would not resort to misusing FEMA Disaster relief camps?

After all, are not these same liberals trying to bankrupt America with addiction like spending? These same Marxists have already nationalized America’s financial institutions, banks, vehicle manufacturing industry, housing mortgage industry, and want to nationalize private medical industry, oil industry and all other American industries.

Moving on to theme of this writing exercise, most important words in intelligence agent’s arsenal are why and how. Why are bad guys doing “X” and how do bad guys intend to do “why”?

Preliminary outline premonition based on decades of intelligence, investigation, and security experiences. Why Obama and Democrats changed “terrorist attack” to “man made disaster”? Key word is disaster look for government agency dealing with disasters, FEMA. Follow up on FEMA mandates and camp management.

Next question how to get citizens into camps, most will go seeking relief from government declared “disaster”. Follow up on legislation by Cameron County,Texas to use domestic law enforcement to possibly force remaining citizens into camps.

Question how to create man-made disaster for politicl ambitions, neutralize effectiveness of CIA with political investigations which intimidates other intelligence agencies to not continue engaging in activities which reduces threats from terrorist attacks on American soil.

Use eventual attack or attacks on American soil to declare martial law and have citizens moved into FEMA camps. If terrorists are astute they will attack when it looks like Democrats efforts to steal next federal election will not be successful.

How can Democrats insure above plan does not fail, cut communications lines among conservatives and patriots; specifically internet, talk radio shows, and conservative print columnists. No need for Democrats and Obama’s Administration to worry about main stream media as ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN. MSNBC, PBS along with most major newspapers are propaganda loyalists serving Obama not journalists. It will be no problem for government to disrupt cell phone services.

As possible odds for FEMA death camps has been established, time to do research, review strategic options, and follow with what ever follows.

In Obama’s Administration own words: President Obama’s Homeland Security Secretary is suggesting the T-word, terrorism, is too inflammatory and representative of old-fashioned "politics of fear." She's announced a new term: "man-caused disaster." From an interview with the German magazine Der Spiegel: Madame Secretary, in your first testimony to the US Congress as Homeland Security Secretary you never mentioned the word "terrorism." Does Islamist terrorism suddenly no longer pose a threat to your country?
NAPOLITANO: Of course it does. I presume there is always a threat from terrorism. In my speech, although I did not use the word "terrorism," I referred to "man-caused" disasters. That is perhaps only a nuance, but it demonstrates that we want to move away from the politics of fear toward a policy of being prepared for all risks that can occur.

FEMA: Child of the Cold War: excerpts from
Inside Shadow Government by Harry Helms

Some Excerpts:
President Jimmy Carter created the Federal Emergency Management Agency with Executive Order 12148 on July 20, 1979 (it is Appendix C). According to FEMA's official history of itself, the new agency "absorbed the Federal Insurance Administration, the National Fire Prevention and Control Administration, the National Weather Service Community Preparedness Program, the Federal Preparedness Agency of the General Services Administration, and the Federal Disaster Assistance Administration activities from HUD." Almost as an afterthought, the FEMA web site adds, "Civil defense responsibilities were also transferred to the new agency from the Defense Department's Defense Civil Preparedness Agency."

FEMA understandably wishes to downplay its having absorbed the tasks of this last agency. "Defense Civil Preparedness Agency" was the final name for the Office of Civil and Defense Mobilization created after World War II with a mandate to plan America's domestic responses to nuclear war. The resulting plans covered relocation of key government leaders to secure shelter, relocation of civilians, control of all aspects of the economy, control of the civilian population in case of panic or riots, control of all communications media and transportation systems, and detention of groups of civilians to be designated-in short, plans for control of nearly every aspect of life in the United States if nuclear war threatened or occurred. FEMA assumed these responsibilities.

Some insight into these planning efforts appeared in the December 1998 Reason magazine, where Jodie Allen, former editor of the "Outlook" section of the Washington Post, wrote of his experiences in the 1960s as a planner with FEMA's predecessor agencies. As an example of fine detail in the planning, Allen described calculating livestock breeding rates achieved by different strategies in different scenarios, including attacks mostly by air explosions of nuclear bombs (lighter fallout) and mostly by ground explosions (heavier fallout). (The best strategy he discovered was to reduce herds to the sustainable minimum proportion of males, to conserve feed.) While Allen's article said that many claims about FEMA are "preposterous" and that the agency's aims were "ultimately benign," he did admit, "Though it didn't occur to me much at the time. we were indeed planning to 'take over' the country, in a manner of speaking."

Just exactly what FEMA and its predecessor agencies planned for America in the event of a nuclear attack remains classified. Until the collapse of the Soviet Union, a substantial portion of FEMA's budget was not only classified but also dwarfed spending for such "non-national" disasters as earthquakes, hurricanes, and floods.

A 1992 study by the Cox Newspapers Group found that during 1982-1992 FEMA's budgets included only $243 million for disaster relief but $2.9 billion for "black" and classified operations. The Cox study also estimated that one-third of FEMA's employees during that period worked on classified projects. Even after the collapse of the Soviet Union, much of FEMA's budget remained "black"; in 1993, for example, approximately 27% of FEMA's budget was for classified projects.

The imbalance of spending left FEMA poorly prepared for natural disasters, a shortcoming dramatically illustrated in August 1992, when Hurricane Andrew smashed into south Florida and caused more damage than any other natural disaster in American history. The city manager of Homestead, an especially hard-hit city south of Miami, asked to borrow about one hundred hand-held radios from FEMA to replace the destroyed radio system of Homestead's police and fire departments. It turned out that FEMA did not have any such portable radio systems in its inventory, but did have-and sent-several radiation-resistant vans with communications gear capable of sending encrypted messages via satellite or shortwave radio to military aircraft or ships anywhere in the world. Ready to spring to Florida's aid with this impressive technology, FEMA was slow to provide such basics as temporary housing, water purification, sanitation systems, and other critical supplies.

After the Hurricane Andrew fiasco, the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) reviewed FEMA's operations and released a report early in the Clinton administration. NAPA recommended spinning off as many of FEMA's classified and national security operations as possible to the Department of Defense. The Clinton administration quickly adopted this recommendation, and in 1994 only $7.5 million of FEMA's budget was classified.

In 1995-1999 the FEMA budget more than doubled. Critics charged that FEMA was turning into a dispensary of political pork, and that inconveniences were too easily being declared disasters. For example, before 1993 no snowstorms were disasters, but in the next four years almost fifty snowstorms counted as such, causing FEMA funds to flow to the affected localities. In 1996, FEMA declared seventy-five disasters, roughly one for every five days of the year.

FEMA resumed attack-response planning in 1996 with the passage of the Defense Against Weapons of Mass Destruction Act, which charged it with coordinating the federal response to any terrorist (including biological, chemical, and nuclear) attacks. This role increased during Clinton's second term and more after September 11, 2001. Today FEMA has a presidential mandate to coordinate its activities with the new Office of Homeland Security and develop an "all hazards" approach to homeland security planning.

CONTINUITY OF GOVERNMENT (COG) PROGRAMS
Most of FEMA's classified spending has probably been for continuity of government (COG) programs-that is, activities deemed essential to survival of the nation in case of nuclear attack, terrorist attack, or any other event that would endanger the functioning of civil government or the lives of national leaders.

The Constitution is silent about COG, probably because its authors did not conceive the possibility of the sudden annihilation of most of the civilian government. World War II, with the introduction of long-range missiles and atomic weapons, made that possibility vivid, motivating two new laws in 1947. The first extended the line of presidential succession to the speaker of the House of Representatives, the president pro tem of the Senate, and various members of the Cabinet. The second, the lengthy National Security Act, created the Department of the Air Force and the Central Intelligence Agency and authorized the creation of the National Security Agency. It also greatly increased the government's ability to classify information (such as items in the federal budget) for national security reasons.

Responding to the growing Soviet nuclear threat, President Truman issued Executive Order 10346 on April 17, 1952, directing federal agencies to plan for the continuation of their essential operations in case of nuclear war or other catastrophe. The phrase "continuity of government" first appeared in this order ...

... the expansion of FEMA's mandate during the I Reagan administration to include capabilities to detain American citizens, as had happened to Japanese-American citizens in World War II. This plan developed during a military exercise known as Readiness Exercise 1984, or "Rex 84."

In April, 1984 President Reagan signed Presidential Directive 54, authorizing FEMA to conduct a simulation of a "state of domestic national emergency" declared as a result of a U.S. military operation in Central America...

The first reports about Rex 84 appeared in the Miami Herald on July 5,1987 (this is the report referred to by Representative Brooks). According to the Herald, the plan the Rex 84 group produced called for the detention of up to 400,000 undocumented immigrants in internment centers at military bases around the country. (These would eventually become known as the "Rex 84 camps.") If necessary, U.S. military forces, including the National Guard, would be deployed for domestic law enforcement, and state and local military commanders could assume control of state and local governments if so directed by the president. Rex 84 also included plans for suspension of the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution for the duration of the national emergency. While undocumented immigrants were the only ones targeted for detention during the Rex 84 exercise, the logistics of interning American citizens would essentially be the same.

One aim of the Rex 84 exercise was to determine what types of national emergency would be severe enough to persuade the majority of Americans to accept even a temporary suspension of normal Constitutional government. Among the severe enough situations identified by the Rex 84 group were a nuclear attack, imminent threat of nuclear war, massive terrorist attacks in the United States, simultaneous rioting in major American cities, a widespread natural or environmental disaster, and a devastating economic depression.

So is there a current plan based upon the lessons learned during Rex 84 waiting to be put into effect with a presidential signature? We don't know, but in the wake of the September 11 attacks such a possibility must be taken seriously.

Presenting other side of issue whether camps already exist, reports by Glenn Beck, Popular Mechanics, and Fox News; have presented information that no FEMA “concentration” camps were determined to exist.

Question still remains can “natural disaster relief camps” which would have different appearing infra-structures than concentration camps  double as holding facilities  for political prisoners following “man-caused disaster”? The goal of Hitler’s concentration camps was extermination. Objectives of Stalin’s “concentration camps were “re-education, disappearance, and possible death from poor living conditions.”

FEMA disaster camps used for Obama’s and Democrats political security will more likely follow Stalin’s than Hitler’s concentration camps. Citizens out looking for gas chambers are probably wasting their time. Being satirically cruel, who needs gas chambers when pharmaceutical euthanasia promoted by Obama health care is more cost effective.

Two ways for Americans to enter these camps voluntarily or by public sector detainment. Following report might be of interest: A new Texas state law will allow police to arrest people who don’t leave town under mandatory evacuation orders.

As it stood, officials could not compel people to evacuate, only warn that those who stay behind won’t have any emergency services at their disposal. The new law gives county judges and mayors the power to authorize use of “reasonable force” to remove people from the area.

The law, passed this year, took effect Sept. 1, in the heart of hurricane season in Texas. It also applies to other disasters, such as fires or floods. Orign of law can be traced from local governments like Cameron County, Texas to Texas state government through Omnibus Disaster Preparation Bill back to FEMA.

Now to catalysis for man-made disaster to justify getting people into Obama’s FEMA Re-Education Camps. Citizens who doubt suicidal stupidity of allowing America last politicians to conduct liberal ideological vendettas to destroy or reduce effectiveness of intelligence agencies like CIA and armed forces intelligence agencies need not accept my conclusions, in fact I challenge you to not accept Marshall’s Law Townhall conclusions.

Go ask, and I am sure you can find at least one individual you would trust with your country’s security, your constitutional republic’s future, and your families lives health, and liberties. Ask this person who you would trust with everything you love, honor and value; their views on Democrats, Obama, and Obama Administration trying to lynch CIA agents and Former Bush officials who protected you from further Islamic fascist terrorist attacks on American soil after 911.

Moving on to background analysis between Texas Revolution in 1830’s and America’s Domestic Cold started in 2009 by Democrats, Obama, and Obama’s Administration against every tradition, principle, and anything else most Americans love, honor and respect about their country, constitutional republic, and economic system based primarily on ethical capitalism.

Mexico’s President and General, Santa Anna’s primary security objective was protecting his communications lines from Mexico City to Texas battlefields. Santa Anna had two options, storm Alamo or surround fort to insure no Texans left to disrupt his communications then returned to fort. Santa Anna’s officers wanted him to surround Alamo then go after Houston with all dispatch.

General Sam Houston knew Santa Anna’s objectives, Houston also knew Santa Anna’s pride and vanity would cause him to choose option one and storm and destroy Alamo no matter costs or time spent. Santa Anna’s choice delayed his pursuit of Houston for almost two weeks which was fortunate for General Sam and the one battle army he used to defeat Santa Anna at San Jacinto.

America’s Domestic Cold War scenario is slightly different for Democrats, Obama, and Obama’s Administration. Obama has seen effectiveness of internet, and talk radio in hands of conservatives, patriots, and non-Marxist Americans. Success for Santa Anna was defending his communications system; success for Obama unlike Santa Anna can only be achieved by destroying enemies’ communication components.
Problem for Obama is “right wing”  communications which has thus far derailed     
Obama’s “legacy marker” socialized medicine, and has proven that it can out  perform Obama’s communications system built around government propaganda distributed by main stream news electronic-print media and celebrity liberals.

Another difference between Texas Revolution of 1830’s and America’s Domestic Cold War is American citizens have no General Sam out there building an army to defeat bad guys. Good guys are on their own and must defend integrity and independence of internet and talk radio until sufficient numbers of Americans; start using every Heaven provided inalienable and constitutional right to take back their federal, state, and local governments from America last politicians.

Press Release: Types Of Conservatives

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – Recent social research project study has identified four types of conservatives. Not prolonging reader curiosity, four types of conservatives include:

1) Counterfeit conservatives like Senator McCain and Bush political dynasty. These are generally decent individuals and groups who pretend to believe in conservative beliefs to attract support from true conservatives.
2) Pilgrim and “intellectual” conservatives, consist of those who believe only logic is needed to changes evil men’s minds. Examples include: politicians hiding out at on Washington on Brazos during Texas Revolution to set up new Texas Republic. Others include contemporary conservative: think tanks, professors, many columnists, and talk radio show hosts.
3)  Conservative warriors, General Washington and those who served with him during America’s Revolution. List includes every military person who has served with honor to their oaths upholding, protecting and defending America’s Constitution since 1776; others like first General then President Jackson; Houston, Travis, Bowie, Crocket; and those who have  served with honor to their oaths upholding, protecting and defending America’s Constitution since 1830’s.
4) Conservative Purists Shadow Agents, all those who have served behind enemy lines, in back alleys, and on dirt roads honoring their oaths upholding, protecting and defending America’s Constitution. Examples CIA agents, armed forces intelligence and special operations personnel, undercover law enforcement officers, and even some independent contractors. Perhaps best example of conservative purist shadow warrior is Nathan.

Nathan’s faith, there are two kinds of faith one requires constant work while the other is received as a sacred gift. Faith for most people simply means passive absence of doubt. Active faith manifests no fear of death, and is best left to patriots who consign their lives to serving God or country.
 
Nathan was born on June sixth of fifty-five. His home schooling included respect for religious teachings. He entered Yale at the age of fourteen with future interests in ministry and devotion for service to country.
 
While attending a town hall meeting, shortly after entering college, Nathan blurted out "Let us never lay down our arms till we have achieved independence!"
 
His use of the word "independence" stunned hose attending the meeting. Audience members asked, "Where had this boy learned that new word a word not found in Shakespeare, Spenser, or Bacon?" The only prior reference was "Independents of England."
 
Barely out of college, Nathan resigned his teaching position and enlisted in Webb's Seventh Regiment. The young man's skills caused him to be promoted to lieutenant on September first, followed by a promotion to captain two weeks later. Nathan's continued successes on dangerous missions earned his commander's respect.
 
At an officer's staff meeting seeking volunteers for a behind the line assignment to learn enemy future plans; the senior captain protested "We are willing to be shot for our country but not hung for our country."
 
Still pale from physical illness, the youngest captain, who as a child created the word independence, destroyed the silence with these words "If my country demands a peculiar service, its claims are imperious."
 
Several weeks later while pretending to be a school master, Nathan was captured by the enemy after his own contact failed to answer his pre arranged signal and abandoned Nathan to the enemy.

Nathan's fate was sealed when the enemy found him to be in possession of notes written in Latin detailing the enemies’ most precious secrets.
 
One of the enemy officers asked his commander if Nathan should be physically tortured to determine how the prisoner breached their perimeter.
 
The commander's response, "I can tell from the prisoner's eyes that he would never talk; why torture him and show our troops an example of rebel courage? Try him and execute him at sunrise."
 
Nathan spent his time before and during the trial writing letters to family and friends. When the enemy commander was asked for permission to mail Nathan's final letters, he ordered that the letters be burned in Nathan's presence.
 
The commander's explanation "The rebels shall not know they have a man who can die so bravely."
 
Nathan requested in lieu of a last meal that he be allowed to read from his bible. The enemy commander's response "Give him neither, let him die with both an empty stomach and empty soul."   Shortly before sunrise while being led to the gallows, Nathan respectfully asked the enemy commander if he might say a few words before his execution.
 
The enemy commander spoofed, "Why not, what could a spy on an empty stomach, with an empty soul, possibly say that would ever be worth repeating?"
 
Nathan silenced the festive gallows crowd as he confidently without help climbed all thirteen steps, and then without hesitation proceeded to precisely stride to the front of the waiting noose.
 
After neither, rushing or pausing, the child who created the word independence, spoke these final words "I only regret that I have but one life to give for my country."
 
Let us never forget that the last word spoken by Nathan Hale, a patriot blessed with sacred faith, was country not government.

Drifter: Did not say it was. (Dog growls at Ranch Owner as Drifter turns to walk away.)

Ranch Owner: Never did like that dog; Hey Drifter know why I keep you around?

Drifter (stops and turns half way around): Then things are even, Dog never liked you either. Why you keep me around, good work for ten dollars a day; plus food, shelter, and expenses.

Ranch Owner: That too, mostly cause trespassing , vandalism to, stealing from, and poaching on this ranch has completely stopped since you signed on as security scout.
 
Texas Drifter: If I told you how I do my job, you would cut my meager wages, or run me and Dog off. I half way like working here; so do not change that by bringing me any more mail.

Ranch Owner: Go read your mail; that is last letter I will ever bring you.

Texas Drifter: Sounds fair enough, here is a list of some supplies Dog and I need.

Sundown next day: Drifter sets pot of coffee and metal bowl full of beer on small camp fire, and opens letter.

My Dearest Marshall,

Just a few words to dispel your anxieties about Obama’s FEMA man made natural disaster camps; there are probably forty thousand to fifty thousand citizens here. Camp is fenced in to protect us from outsiders wanting in to escape worsening conditions in this part of America. We are truly lucky ones despite less than perfect conditions, we at least have security, and solace knowing Obama’s Administration and Democrats especially Blue Dog Democrats are doing everything they can to provide for us.

Sanitary conditions are an open ditch. Food is served once a day and consists of liquid powdered milk over uncooked rice. Medical care is limited to barbiturates. Healthy camp residents are engaged in constructing red brick buildings to be used as showers. Rumors abound that Obama will visit to dedicate new showers we are all looking forward to enjoying.

I bribed one of guards with my wedding rings to mail you this letter to let you know even though times may be hard, FEMA and Obama, as well as Democrats including Blue Dog Democrats are doing everything they can to help us rebuild ours and America’s future.

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – Defense For Natural Violence offers contemporary and historical facts for new definition of irony.

In nature’s world, animals generally kill for one of four reasons: food, health or safety, defense of family, or defend territory.

Making no pretense of being a religious scholar seems to me that Judeo-Christian Ten Commandments distinguish between kill and murder. While Islamic Fascists have no problem murdering women, children, elderly or other innocents for not supporting their religious beliefs.
 
There are two types of violence: natural and unnatural. Some examples of natural violence include: The American Revolution to Be Free, The United States War of 1812 To Stay Free, The Texas Revolution to Be Free, and Texas War of 1845 To Stay Free.
 
Examples of unnatural violence include: Boston Massacre, England's first war against America, England's second war against America, Mexico's first war against Texas, Mexico's second war against Texas, and Sherman's March through Georgia.

Contemporary examples of unnatural violence against American citizens by their own city, regional, state and federal governing bodies originate from the following:
1) Fee driven (rigged) special interest democracies;
2) Oppressive and discriminatory tax systems;
3) Supreme Court sanctioned police state criminal justice statutes;
4) Unaccountable public sector employees;
5) Unconstitutional transfer of America's national economic sovereignty to domestic public sector agencies, process commonly referred to as socialism;
6) Obama’s unconstitutional governing policies;
7) Intimidating, threatening, assaulting, and eventually murdering older citizens, disabled veterans, single mothers, and other citizens at Town Hall Meetings. Democrats will use same tactics to keep same American groups from voting in future elections by utilizing union thugs and Democrat Party Marxist –fascist Brown Shirts;
8) Dismantling America’s armed forces and intelligence agencies to placate threats from foreign government and threats from international terrorists.

There is partial truth in the adage that America's Founding Fathers are not described as terrorists in some modern history books only because Americans won their revolution. There are three classes of violence: spontaneous, random, and premeditated.

Natural violence is used for the following purposes:
1) Food;
2) Protect safety;
3) Protect liberty;
4) Protect territory.
5) Protect Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Natural violence can become a final option for protection or defense when escape is not possible or threats do not diminish the threat.
 
Levels of violence can be classified as necessary and unnecessary. Poor target selection can be considered unnecessary violence. Natural violence should achieve goals.
 
Without natural violence as a final option, there can be no freedom; and without freedom, there can be no:
1) Citizen justice;
2) Honest commerce without bandits and pirates;
3) Reasonable security of health, property, or environment;
4) Increase of knowledge;
5) Pursuit of religious faith including free will; and
6) Moderation in defense of tyrannical threats.
 
Natural violence preserved the Union in the 1860's. Natural violence established America as an international player following the Spanish American War and World War I. Natural violence protected America from 1940's fascism; while the threat of natural violence helped America win the Cold War against International Marxism.
 
Some say that citizens cannot love their country and hate their government; tell that to America's Founding Fathers and those German patriots who tried to assassinate Hitler. The key to keeping America's contemporary domestic cold war from turning hot is for America's public sector to fear the American people. Fear won America's international cold war and can win America's contemporary domestic cold war.
 
Citizen juries can do their part by embracing the "battered citizen syndrome". If the battered wife syndrome is a valid defense for use of violent solutions; the battered citizen syndrome should also be a valid defense for citizens who react in a similar manner against abusive city, county, state or federal governments.
 
Intellectual consistency requires that those who accept the battered spouse syndrome as a legal defense to justify violence against an abusive spouse must also accept the battered citizen syndrome as a valid legal defense for individual violent attacks against abusive government.
 
To accept less is to deny the legitimacy of: actions by America's Founding Fathers in 1700's; actions by Texas Rebels in 1830's; or actions of those who fought to establish the nation of Israel in 1900's. What constitutes legitimate government abuse that contributes to battered syndrome can be debated; that battered syndrome exists, can never be debated.

Natural violence is a concept for those who believe free will makes judgment day personal. How about that, your author swerved into a possible theme for next writing exercise.

Obvious reminder federal, state and local law enforcement agencies and agents that took oath to uphold protect and defend Constitution which includes due process that allow or tolerate anti-conservative aristocrats ruling class, Marxist-fascist Democrats, illegal immigrants, Islamic terrorists, or anyone else to engage in hate crimes using un-natural violence against conservative or patriots are themselves accessories to unnatural violence.

Natural violence options for un-natural violence:
1) Ignore which is temporary delay;
2) Avoid for strategic delay of inevitable;
3) Flee/flight, question is where can one run and hide in Obama’s America;
4) Compromise/negotiate, cannot trust bad guys; Fannin of Goliad fame compromised with Santa Anna, and had his four hundred plus healthy troops massacred with their own weapons while wounded troops were butchered with machetes. How many millions were murdered as result of Chamberlain’s negotiations with Hitler;
5) Submit. How long were Jews Egyptian slaves;
6) Threaten, bad guys have to believe threat will be backed up without hesitation, recall conclusion of Cold War with Soviets;
7) Solve problem, warning shots can get you killed;
8) Purpose of peace is to prepare for next threat. Translation, purpose of peace is to prepare for war.

New definition for irony: the same document protecting rights of anti-conservative aristocrat ruling classes, Marxist-fascist Democrats, illegal immigrants, minority racists, and other criminals is the same document they are all trying to destroy; which is the same Constitution most conservatives and patriots have sworn to uphold, protect, and defend.

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – This news report could have been called “Cart Before the Horse” as it is sequel to “In Defense Of Natural Violence” which is Marshall’s Law Townhall next writing exercise.

Judgment day is personal, as one is judged by what they do, not by what family, friends, neighbors, or compatriots do. The Ten Commandments are not a living document allowing for interpretations or convenient changes. Example the command is honor thy father and mother, it does not say honor thy father and mother as long as doing so does not interfere with one’s pop culture life style.

One might claim that the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are living documents solely as long that they also accept that Constitution can only be changed with Constitutional Amendments not by independent action or combined actions by any or all three branches of government, especially federal judges.

One cannot make the claim that the “oath” to Heaven to uphold protect and defend Constitution and Bill of Rights is a living document, as it as currently administered does not include exemptions or expiration date.

Comments by one who would know better than any living American, George Washington

“…containing within itself (U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights) a provision for its own amendment has a just claim to your confidence and support. Respect for its authority … The basis of our political systems is the right of the people to make and alter their constitutions of government. But till the constitution which at any time exists, till changed by an authentic act of the whole people, is sacred obligatory upon all.” An ethical obligation ignored by activist judges, and most elected Marxist-fascist Democrats.

More silent words by another dead patriot, James Russell Lowell in 1888, “If the politicians must look after the parties, there should be someone to look after the politicians; someone to ask disagreeable questions and utter uncomfortable truths; somebody to make sure before election, not only what but whom the candidate if elected is going to represent.” An ethical obligation ignored by citizens who voted for Obama and other Marxist-fascist Democrats and moderate Republicans.

Starting point issues for next federal, state, county, and municipal elections include but are not limited too: 1) why should voters support corrupt candidates accepting campaign contributions from collateral retail profits of criminal activities from porous Southern border; 2) do candidates support dismissing judges for unconstitutional bad behavior; 3) do candidates support enforcing Amendment I, government not respecting establishment for environmentalists’ fascist religion Greenism masquerading as secular ideology; 4) do candidates support not rewarding treasonous like activities by public entities and subsidy addicts with tax payer dollars (cities or colleges  interfering with construction of  Southern border national security fence or providing amnesty zones for illegal immigrants); 5) are candidates members of anti-conservative ruling class aristocrats, or Marxist-fascist Democrats loyal only too America last policies; 6) have candidates explained to voters why they should vote for moderate Republicans who are lesser of two evils which still represent premeditated evil?   

This writing exercise is not about asking you to serve at Valley Forge during the winter. You are not being asked to step up to Travis’s line behind walls of the Alamo. You not are being asked to expend a great deal of energy; as even citizens on death beds have spoken up about what is best for America. All this writing exercise is about is reminding you that citizens have fought suffered and died for over two hundred years to leave you your right of free speech.

Free speech basics are: 1) start with being yourself; 2) speak about what you know and believe; 3) write like you speak about personal experiences and beliefs; 4) let family, friends, and history be your earthly judge; consider reasonable suggestions, but ignore name calling and insults; as attack insults suggest that your views have merits that cannot be judged by truth or logic. Still, you never avoid not calling tyrants evil names if they deserve the insults. Just as “a rose by any other name is still a rose”; an evil tyrant by any other name is still an evil tyrant.

Final suggestion, when the choice arrives and it always does, do what is best for America or walk away. Consider basing your decision on not what family members, friends, neighbors, or compatriots will think; make your choice based on the personal legacy you want to take with you to judgment day. Never forget, you might fool family, friends, neighbors, compatriots, and even enemies. Rest assured you will never fool The Judge which is why judgment day is personal.

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – America’s next civil war will evolve from an uncivil domestic peace sparked by violence from two allied groups not loyal to America’s Constitution. These partners for dictatorship are anti-conservative ruling class aristocrats including Moderate Republicans, and Marxist-Fascist Liberal Democrats. This group will be known as Amerkans (pronounced am-er-kan).

Other political side generally known as conservative Americans will resort to violence only when defense of lives, liberties and private properties is final option. These American citizens are devoted to principles in Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, ethical capitalism, and American traditions mostly defined by Judeo-Christian values.

Primary reason domestic political violence in America could escalate to uncivil civil war is federal law enforcement agents who all took oaths to uphold, protect and defend Constitution do not “play down the middle” and enforce hate crimes against conservative Americans. Example federal agents tolerating or appearing to tolerate union thugs and Democratic Party Activist Brown Shirts intimidating, physically threatening, assaulting, and eventually “accidentally” murdering senior citizens, disabled veterans, single mothers, or other non-Obama supporters at Town hall meetings. 

First issue will be Amerkans claiming to be Americans. Public truth based on internationalist “America last” policies of anti-conservative ruling class aristocrats (still includes Moderate Republicans), and Marxist–fascist practices by Socialist Liberal Democrats will indisputably define why their political side is known as Amerkans.

Amerkans are currently led by elected Democrat and their appointed officials who have nothing but contempt, disdain, and loathing for all American citizens including voters who elected them to office. Despite not receiving respect from their elected officials, many Americans best described as public bureaucrats, public subsidy addicts, illegal immigrants, and political zombies will seek to destroy Americans.

Only difference between heroin addicts, crack addicts, prescription drug addicts and public subsidy addicts is choice of product for addiction. Only difference between Obama, his Administration, most Democrat Senators, Representatives like Pelosi and Henry Cuellar of Texas, and drug cartel leaders is choice of product delivered to addicts.

Base line reality, America’s next Civil War will be between public subsidy cartels and private citizens who object to having their hard earned personal property stolen by governments to support life styles of public subsidy addicts.

Initial domestic political violence against Americans started at Town Hall meetings by union thugs and Democratic Party Activist Brown Shirts. Violence by Obama supporters will escalate at 2010 elections against voters to insure Democratic Party Congressmen and Senators remain in office.

Democratic Party further corrupted 2010 and 2012 elections by allowing illegal immigrants opportunities to vote for Democrats in return for “legal residency” and complete menu of public subsidy products and services. Be reminded illegal immigrants who represent thirty million plus potential new citizens are estimated ten percent of America’s current population and responsible for an estimated forty percent of contemporary crimes in America. Irony is most of their victims are Hispanic American citizens, guess Democrat Party will take votes from anyone regardless of which of their constituent groups suffer.

An adage experience taught this Texas drifter while working as a security consultant: one may not be able to prevent inevitable; though one can prepare to manage and survive inevitable. Time is approaching to choose sides, American or Amerkan the choice is yours.

Restating obvious fact, it is not American patriots or conservatives pushing United States to uncivil domestic conflict. Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – The primary role of federal judiciary is to preserve integrity of U.S. Constitution by ruling whether legislation before them is constitutional or unconstitutional. Courts are not intended to interpret Constitution and make new laws or selectively enforce Constitutional standards. 

Liberal activist courts make up law based on: their ignorant or prejudicial interpretation of U.S. Constitution; foreign laws; or their own demented views of how society should operate. Conservative in-activist judges fail to make decisions upholding standards of U.S. Constitution based their desire to get along with liberal activist judges. Both examples reflect judges failing to honor their oath too Heaven to uphold and protect America’s Constitution.

Most annoying example of judicial in-activism is conservatives whining about Sotomayor being appointed for life. A half truth by conservatives who have not recently read Constitution, serve for life depends on Justice Sotomayor's serving with “good behavior” and is not impeached for Treason, Bribery, high Crimes or Misdemeanors.

One example, President Ford pardoned President Nixon to spare America anguish. Perhaps times have changed and Obama, his administration, and many Marxist-fascist Democrat Representatives and Senators should be publicly tried and punished to return faith to American citizens in America's federal government.

Article I Section 3 United States Constitution … the Party convicted (after impeachment) shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment, and Punishment, according to Law.

Article III Section 1 … The Judges, both of supreme and inferior Courts shall hold their offices during good Behavior, and … Article III Section 2: The Trial of all Crimes, except in cases of Impeachment; shall be by Jury, and …

Article II Section 4: The President, Vice-President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

If subject to Article I Section, after conviction of impeachment; where is exemption in Constitution to Indictment, Trial, judgment, and Punishment according to law after term of service expires due to non-election or resignation? Just because President, Vice-President, or civil Officers are not impeached for Treason, Bribery, high Crimes, or Misdemeanors does not mean they cannot be indicted, tried, convicted, and subject to punishment according to law when their terms of public office or service ends.

Your humble author knows there are no crimes referred too as “domestic war crimes” in Constitution. However, there are Constitutional consistent statutes that define civil rights violations as crimes; which Marxist Liberal Democrats have and are continuing to violate. These crimes do not even include crimes of Bribery, and high Crimes and Misdemeanors, or shall I be blunt and write Treason as defined by Constitution.

Students of Texas History understand why General Sam Houston needed Mexico’s President and General Santa Anna taken alive in Battle of San Jacinto. Moving to contemporary history, there are four acceptable ways for Obama to leave office: impeachment, resignation, not run for re-election, or be defeated in re-election campaign.

As Houston needed Santa Anna alive, Obama is not worth damaging integrity of America’s Constitution. Translation let America’s Constitution fulfill Founder’s goals by after Obama and his Administration leave office, be indicted, tried, convicted, and subject to punishment according to Constitutional law. The process future historians describe as justice for Americans by “Domestic War Crimes Trials.”

One disadvantage of my free will choice to live as Texas drifter is still ending up at right place at wrong time. Like tens of decades gone by, metaphorically I could end up as bounty hunter with high profile politician prisoner. A very few in community, wants street justice lynching; while all Marxist Liberal Democrats want their false prophet set free.
 
My only goal is to deliver my bail jumping prisoner to federal Courthouse so he can be given fair trial and legal hanging. My problem rules of business, in this case bounty is only paid when prisoner is delivered alive.

Must be getting muddled with age, it only took about six hundred and ninety words to get around to explaining title, “Courts Worse Than Activist Courts”. The explanation involves conservatives who selectively uphold and defend parts of Constitution. Oath taken by Americans before and to Heaven does not include “uphold and protect parts of Constitution I like as long as it is convenient.”

America’s politicians are not as they would have you believe deity or royalty. There are no life time appointments without conditions defined as “during good behavior”. America’s President, Vice-President, and all civil Officers need to be reminded that if they act like traitors and criminals during their public service, they will without exception by Constitutional laws be indicted, tried, and if convicted, be punished by citizens they forgot they served.

6. Fortunately America is not yet ready for strategy discussed in preceding item “five”. A more proper strategy might be as follows:
- Get neighbors involved;
- Get city representatives to pass a resolution that transferring private retirement assets by government without owner’s permissions will not be tolerated;
- Get county representative to pass similar resolution;
- Get state representatives, senators, and governor to support similar resolution;
- Get federal, representatives and senator to adopt similar resolution.

Networking your efforts should motivate surrounding political jurisdictions to join movement to keep government’s hands off your private retirement assets.

Who would deny that Obama who has nationalized parts of America’s: banking industry, financial institutions, automotive manufacturing industry, home mortgage services, and wants to nationalize America’s private health sector?

Who can soberly suggest that Obama will not go after the biggest golden goose of all, private sector retirement assets; especially since the transfer can be done so discreetly by computers over a long weekend?

7. Want to learn what Mexican political leaders really feel about America, review propaganda presented as history by Mexico’s education system of historical relations between United States and Mexico. The result could very well be changing U.S. foreign aid financial donations to Mexico to zero.

Your retirement would then be based on the social security input and your "old" retirement accounts.  When the social security system gets this large inflow of funds, they will be solvent for several years and will have the excess cash to "lend" to other government entities. Obama’s health care system then is fully funded."

Citizens could be getting surprise "thank you notes from Democrats and Obama’s government for initially having these personal retirement accounts involuntarily transferred to government: 401 K, 403 B, IRA, SEP, Simple IRA, Roth IRA,  and Roth 401 K. 

Governments through IRS files know where assets are, and can acquire software programs to transfer funds during long weekends, and leave IOU’s promising repayment with “thank you” notes for citizens’ patriotic understanding. Why should citizens who have worked their entire lives to acquire nice retirement accounts not share in a spirit of glee and compassion to keep government retirement plans like Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security from going bankrupt?

My cautious warning was first made back in mid 1990’s when most Americans still treated federal government equivalent to the Golden Calf of Moses day. It would take a village idiot to believe that any government which bases cutting health care costs to raise living standards for public bureaucrats by euthanizing elderly citizens, people with chronic illnesses, and children with disabilities would not confiscate private sector alphabet retirement plans for “common good” as defined by Marxist Fascists.

Recall, this is the same government that publicly violates “Thou Shall Not Steal” of Ten Commandments; and violates oaths to Heaven to uphold protect and defend Constitution with affirmative action policies and practices.

Maybe village idiots blindly trust governments because they never learned that America is governed by citizen politicians and bureaucrats, not royalty, kings, queens, or self appointed gods.

American citizens have the right to conduct domestic war crime trials after impeachment against Presidents (their wives if accessories), Administration Officials, Congressmen, Senators, Judges even Supreme Court Associate Justices and Chief Justice, public employees and anyone else guilty of committing domestic war crimes.

Only time will tell, if you were one of those who believes it take a village idiot to do whatever village idiots do, and if that means tolerating village idiots destruction of America’s Constitutional Republic, whatever.
