Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – An inexpensive research study using global climate change methodology determines that Obama’s disciples are political zombies based on specific criteria.

America’s Leninist-Fascist Liberal Democrats do what they do; because they are what they are. These people are not going to change their behavior simply because it is right or moral thing to do. Liberals constantly play race card by screaming criticism is racism. Obama’s dummy zombie followers fail to understand that criticism of Obama, America’s first half white President, is not about ethnic heritage or race.  Criticizing Obama is solely about bad behavior which can in some case be considered treasonous when it threatens both citizens’ and national security.

Amnesty for illegal immigrants to become registered voters, or determine voting district boundaries could very well be national suicide for America’s Constitutional capitalist republic. Liberals are perhaps classic definition of hypocrites. Elected Democrats and their liberal groupies constantly spread blatant lies about Bush I, Bush II, Vice President Cheney, Rush Limbaugh and other conservatives. These men do not need Texas Drifter defending them; there names are used for reference only. These same Democrat elected officials and their zombie followers become blathering idiots when any one mentions even minimum fact based truth about them.

 Back to results of research study, living creatures with intelligence of plants would exceed intelligence of Obama’s zombie disciples.

Examples:
1. Liberals continue to worship socialism and fascism when there is not one single example of even one self sufficient self productive civil rights respecting socialist or fascist government in all of history;
2. Liberals continue to worship false messiahs like Lenin, Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Castro, and Obama;
3. Liberals continue trying to destroy capitalist society that has provided their two year old spoiled personalities best consumer product life style in human history;
4. Liberals continue trying to destroy the Constitution and Bill of Rights which protects them and allows liberals to act like fools;
5. Liberals continue dismantling the most professional armed forces, intelligence services, and domestic law enforcement agencies in all human history – maybe wife swapping liberals have some secret desire to see their women raped and their children become slaves for some third world type dictatorship; could go on, will let you come up with your own examples.

Real possible example for casual convesation: stupid rules of non-engagement, for those running  risks of never seeing their wives, children, parents, relatives, friends, or brothers in arms again. Why, so other American citizens can continue to enjoy for free what some patriots paid for with their blood, body parts, and lives.

Scenario: Two federal agents patrolling America’s Southern Border late one night suddenly come under automatic weapons fire. Radio communication goes like this:

Federal Agents: “Unit Sacrifice” under auto weapons fire from Mexican side of river; possible drug smugglers, Marxist Peasant Army, or Islamic terrorists; request permission to return fire.

Headquarters: Stand by “Unit Sacrifice” will process request.

(Thirty to forty minutes later.)

Headquarters To “Unit sacrifice” – Permission granted to return fire if you are sure the auto fire is directly aimed at your position; do not forget to take photos and measurements of shell casings for report to Mexico. Obama Zombie Administration does not want to offend our good neighbor to the south, or offend all the illegal immigrants about to get amnesty so they will vote for Obama’s Democrats.

Those every bit as dangerous to America’s Capitalist Constitutional Republic are those who believe that collaboration with evil can ever bring security. Some examples, people like “Chamberlain” McCain and anti conservative moderate Republicans, who believe offering bad people an opportunity to join anti conservative aristocrat ruling class is good for America.

During one phase of my career, I specialized in investigating infant homicide and sexual abuse of children; not abortion, post natal murder of children under two years of age. During those years I never encountered a child murderer or child rapist who changed their behavior; simply because someone told them nice people do not do what they were doing.

Making matters worse, worst of Obama’s disciples are more evil than “crazies” I investigated. The definition of oxymoron, combination of two contradictory words. Example, cruel kindness; another example, supporting Obama or Obama’s Administration and claiming to love America. Bitter reality one can not support Obama or his policies and support what is best for America’s capitalist constitutional republic.

Not cultural, ethnic, or racial based insult; just judgement of impeachable and later indictable conduct.

Following portraits of Obama’s followers are based on decades of real world not desk pilot experiences. List can always be expanded.

3. under influence of Obama’s spell – like excuses from drunk drivers
4. greedy – thieves, cheats, public subsidy addicts, socialist bureaucrats
5. mean – sadist attitudes driven by cultural hatred of American traditions along with racial and ethnic hatreds of Western Europeans
6. crazy -  psychopaths acting on sadist attitudes racial extremists and Islamic fascists
7. evil – social pathos towards every thing American obsessed with destroying America’s capitalist constitutional republic and everything associated with Western European Anglo culture.

Readers should before dismissing this writing exercise as exaggerated or racists (against Blacks and Hspanics) as Leninist-Obama Democrat Liberals will claim; should listen to words and observe actions of Obama, his administration, and disciple zombies. Current federal and mainstream media propaganda estimates are twelve million, potential illegal immigrants for new amnesty policies; based on government’s track record and independent studies actual numbers are closer to thirty million to forty million illegal immigrant candidates for amnesty. Significance of this number needed votes for Leninist-Obama’s Democrat Liberal Party to guarantee themselves re-election in 2010 and 2012.

Petition Principles:
1. As brutal as Mexico’s Drug Cartels, Mexican Army, and aristocracy are to Mexican people, their cruelty will pale in comparison to atrocities committed by alliance between Mexico’s Marxist Peasant Army and Islamic fascists.
2. The only people who can make Mexico a better place to live are Mexicans; Americans who believe America's unregulated immigration policies or welfare dollars can make Mexico a better place to live are pursuing a moron’s dream.
3. America’s first security goal is to insure that Mexico’s violence stays on Mexican side of United States-Mexico Border.
4. Obama’s planned final dagger in heart of America’s constitutional republic is granting voting rights to illegal immigrants living in America to insure Leninist-Obama- Democrats keep control of America’s federal political system long enough to phase out constitutional checks and balances by Congress-Senate, federal courts, and American voters.

Petition Policies:
1. What U.S. needs to do for national security to keep violence from spilling over on to U.S. soil: process would also reduce smuggling drugs, humans, terrorists, and health pandemics on to U.S. soil – good fence, visible effective Border Patrol presence, and armed drones to provide 24/7 surveillance and “backup” force. Also, U.S. Border Patrol on America’s Southern border should be increased by fifty thousand “boots on ground” with additional needed support staff (formula can be made available).

2. Solving America’s illegal immigrant problems using voluntary deportation policies: First, after thirty day grace period, all those illegally in U.S. will be subject to total administrative asset forfeiture of all finances and assets; Second, no individual illegally in U.S. will be able to wire or transfer any funds or monies to another country; banks or stores that illegally transfer monies out of U.S. for illegals will be subject to seven times amount transferred monies fine; Third any citizens caught transporting illegals will forfeit their vehicle; Fourth, employing more than two illegals at same time will result in “jail time”.

3. Illegals will be eligible for no tax payer funded services or benefits, civil servants that authorize such benefits can be temporarily or permanently suspended from public sector employment.

Policy Objectives: Illegals cannot keep illegally gained assets or wages on American soil, or transfer illegally gained wages or assets out of country; illegals will have difficulty getting: a) transportation who wants to risk losing their vehicle, b) employment as employers would rather hire lazy Americans than go to jail; and c) no tax payers services to survive on while getting established in underground economy. Translation, greed brought illegals to America and greed will cause them to voluntarily deport themselves off American soil.

2)    Estimated illegal immigration population in parts of South Texas 40% -50% based on drivers not willing to buy vehicle insurance.

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – Following World War II, a term surfaced across American society describing German citizens who ignored, refused to accept, or quietly approved of crimes against humanity occurring in Hitler’s concentration camps. The expression “so and so” would have made a “good German” was not a compliment.

Perhaps those who awarded Nobel Peace Prize to President Obama would have made good Germans in Hitler’s Germany. It seems that Obama’s messianic disciples along with those awarding Nobel Peace Prize to Obama are ignoring, refusing to believe, and are quietly endorsing Obama’s: abuses, corruptions, crimes, unconstitutional policies, Leninist strategies to destroy American capitalism, threatening America’s national security.

Some might consider Obama’s policies and actions treason against America; world’s most civilized, most advanced and most generous capitalist constitutional republic in all human history. Obama’s violence against America will pale in comparison to Obama’s international policies which are laying framework for perhaps most violent single historical event in human history – multi nations using nuclear weapons Third World War.

Future history fact: Nobel’s presenters of Peace Prize to President Obama will be remembered as accessories along with hordes of Obama’s political zombies as people who were “good Germans”.

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – Techniques for conservatives to improve their writings to better protect, defend, and regain control of America’s Constitutional Republic have been compiled and released by Texas Drifter. Notes for conservatives are as follows.

Every American patriot and or conservative citizen, except Lenin-Obama’s political zombies has a story to tell, principles to defend, points to promote, constructive criticisms to make, or questions to ask. Improving conservative writing styles makes each writing exercise more effective.

Readers already know my efforts at re-arranging words are imperfect writing exercises. Absence of vanity is recognition that perfect words are only published in one book, Holy Bible. This standard should not dissuade any conservative citizen from continuously exercising their inalienable rights of free speech and free press.

   1) Good effective writing is more than randomly inserting words from a dictionary or synonym’s list. Learning to write starts with using composition tools.
   
   2) Writing objectives:

b. Culture – entertain, teach, or propaganda

   13) Business is business (the goal is to get paid not pay others)... some scams... inquiry letters - three paragraphs (here it is/SASE/thanks)...starts with: adds; news worthy press releases or editorials; other published writings  (remembers news pace is "free advertising") talk shows and lectures.... writing, proof reading, and editing are about 20% while marketing is about 80% of a book's success)... internet will be to book marketing what the printing press was to publishing   

   14) Good writers use correct grammar, spelling, right word for right meaning use dictionary and thesaurus.
 Successful writers must also be good business communicators to protect their property rights.
 Study different types of contracts, and contract elements. Consider keeping control of product production process; for example, create concept, write, edit, proof read.
 Publishing is printing, distributing; and marketing.
 Goal is to retain rights, better to lease not sell rights. There are over thirty negotiating rights with each published peace.
 
   15) Treat news media people with respect by being courteous and up front. Don't need an unnecessary bad PR war with these people.

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – America’s second least expensive social survey has determined that most bad policies supported by Americans are based on stupidity not ignorance. Stupid generally implies lack of intelligence, while ignorant implies lack of knowledge or education.

Six examples of individual policies supported by Americans based on stupidity not ignorance.

1) Parents wanting to be their children’s friend not adult parent, many parents strive to be their child’s best friend not the disciplinarian teaching self restraint, work ethic, and respect with devotion to traditional America values. How many fathers would have a similar conversation with a child for being disrespectful to child’s mother? Father calmly says, “More important than you being my son or the woman you insulted being your mother; that woman is my wife, and if you ever threaten to slap her again, you will see a side of me you will never forget.”

2) Public education systems routinely provide “priority special favors” for sports and band programs with education of students being a “who cares hit or miss proposition”. Local high school coaches routinely ask teachers to change grades for students. Superintendent allows band director to verbally assault individual band members with language so foul it would not even be tolerated in house of ill repute.

3)  A brief history of some of my professional work experiences, conducted undercover investigations to determine where drug dealers hid money in civil cases for attorney's plaintiffs against defendant drug dealer owned "legitimate" businesses for damages involving employees hurt at work.

Learned back then that a government agency has a formula to determine amount of criminal activity profits as percentage of local economies in major drug trafficking and human smuggling regional economies.

Process for laundering money: collateral retail profits from drug smuggling, illegal immigrant smuggling, wages to illegal immigrant workers, and investments made in U.S. generated by corruption in Mexico. Example, estimated forty percent of South Padre Island high dollar real estate is owned by Mexican nationals; only government knows source of those investments.

One of the first impacts of enforcing illegal immigration laws by state of Arizona has reportedly reduced affected areas economy by eight to ten percent as illegal immigrants leave state and move to other places like Texas and California. Number should be higher if drug trafficking and Mexican nationals’ real estate, vehicles, and other retail investments were included.

A reasonable estimate of border areas like Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, El Paso and other states involved would be that as much as twenty plus percent of local economies are based on criminal activities. I am sure that those benefiting from the twenty percent are also contributors to Obama Democrats and other politicians supporting a porous border even if national security is threatened, domestic crime increases, and a public health pandemic is possible not mentioning other problems caused by illegal immigrants.

Many of  you have more influence than me, so if you could get the formula (start with DEA) and results identifying cities with percentages; discover why the Obama government does not release the information you should be on to a major news story.

4) Allowing illegal immigrants to change quality of life in America not including victimizing millions of Americans with felony and misdemeanor crimes which does not include financially bankrupting America’s justice, medical, and educational systems. All this suffering and destruction so citizens can claim they are compassionate to third world refugees; what about compassion for their own families, neighbors, and fellow citizens who become victims by unnecessary senseless criminal behavior?

5) American taxpayer dollars are being spent to attract butterflies to clammy weed (reference Marshall’s Law Townhall Entry # 058 “Clammy Weed Butterflies Cancer”). Few people enjoy butterflies more than this author. However, Asians are devoting unknown dollars in resources to extract cancer remedies from clammy weed. Ironic part is clammy weed is more attractive as a desert plant to “night time” moths and wasps than butterflies.

6) Passively allowing Leninist-Obama and his socialist groupie zombies to destroy America’s Constitutional Republic; replace America’s capitalist economy with a Democrat Party fascist economic system; and perhaps most horrific of all threatening America’s national security. Why is all this evil being allowed to saturate America; simply because many baby boomers do not want to be considered politically incorrect by criticizing America’s first half white President. Moving on to lessons of examples, since baby boomer’s parents and grand parents were members of “America’s Greatest Generation” and certainly taught their children and grand children better values than those displayed by many contemporary American citizens; social study conclusion: America’s contemporary problems are result of stupidity not ignorance.

Rules are constant and apply to all humans and critters alike, be careless or stupid and end up hurt, crippled, or dead. Nice thing about being my own editor is that I generally have my work approved for publication.

Following writing exercise materials are based on field experiences, and sections of class “Art and Ethics of Surveillance”. I have been certified to teach to private sector investigators by State of Texas. Random notes:
- Start with selecting ranch scout’s client, which is different than client’s client selection process which is usually limited to profit motives. Ranch scout should inform their client that a mutual probation period will exist both ways. Old adage: bosses money, boss is always right even when boss is not; still working for a fool or someone who knows more than God can get a ranch scout crossing lines that can not always be re-crossed.
- Ranch management should have liability waiver signed by all visitors, hunters/harvesters and others provided access to ranch to keep property owners from being subjected to law suit lottery.
- Ranch scouts best tools are physical condidtion, knowledge, experience, mental abilities, and cameras: personal and fixed remote.
- Letting human or critter predators get behind you; makes funnel frontal defense strategy less efficient. Theory, decreasing this which decreases that is subject matter for another writing exercise.
- Keep all artificial noise to a minimum, can not hear what is going on around you with artificial noise like “golden oldies” or talk radio shows diverting your undivided attention from your work environment, No big deal until you step in a hole or on a rattlesnake which you should have seen or heard doing your work, again artificial noise divides your undivided attention. About only artificial noise I tolerate is radio weather channel updates as weather plays major role in ranch scouting work.
- Learn ranch components subtle differences. For example behavior differences between hardened feral dogs and someone’s pet mutt out partying.

Recreation ranch security guidelines:
1) Prevention through high profile status.
2) Tactics: observe (surveillance) and report (use incident reports and other necessary written, visual, audio equipment).
3) Reduce criminal and civil liability exposure with the following:
- No asking for ID (unless company policy).
- No pretending to be law enforcement.
- No physical detaining (avoids false imprisonment charges).
- No interfering in child custody disputes.
- No arresting (avoids potential kidnapping or false arrest charges due to lack of attention to four arrest criteria and other constitutional requirements).
- No search of person or their private property unless ordered by supervisor (avoid assault and civil rights complaints).
- No abusive language (avoids terrorist threats complaints).
- No interrogations (avoids false terrorist threats complaints).
- No fighting (avoids assault complaints).
- No pursuit chasing on premises (avoids unnecessary potential civil liability injury suits).
- No leaving premises (“assigned and confined rule”).
- No cuffing (avoids improper equipment use civil suits).
- No touching or disturbing evidence (unless necessary to preserve).
- More “no’s” added to list as needed.
4) Have attorney review third party contract relationship between security personnel and customers.
5) Do not violate laws.
6) Report all law breakers to client.
7) Understand client’s policies for customer “careless” and non-sporting behavior (like hunting, guns, and alcohol are never good combination).
8) Do not see or hear what not your business.
9) Necessary force used only for self defense.
10) Let professional law enforcement do their jobs, and assume liability for their jurisdiction and conduct.

Observations: Good resources for addition information are other ranch scouts and security-law newsletters. Also, applying Texas State Board of Investigators and Security Agencies standards’ based on public sector law enforcement to private ranch security can get ranch scouts and their ranch manager or ranch owners sued.

Never forget, ranch scouts are employed to protect ranch owners’ property which in today’s litigious society means keeping them from becoming victims of law suit lottery. Potential law suit predators can include: family members, socialite visitors, employees, hunter or photographer customers, illegal immigrants “passing through”, greenist environmental terrorists getting hurt or having rights violated while engaging in acts of terrorism against property owner. 

Moving on to another facet of ranch scouting, first word I learned as child was outside; perhaps start of my devotion to ranch scouting as good way to make a living. Life would be lots simpler, if Leninist socialists were not perpetual human predators constantly threatening inalienable rights including private property.

Most of plants are shrub brush with thorns on thorns, best described as big thorns little leaves or little thorns with little leaves. One of few exceptions is area’s only native palm, Sabal, absent thorns.

Second choice is Liberal Democrats and some moderate Republicans supporting free NON-EMERGENCY medical health care services for illegal immigrants; which bankrupts and deprives American citizens of needed health care services. Democrat Liberals and moderate Republicans should not be allowed to pick and choose consequences of their actions.

Consequences of Democrat Party Liberals supporting porous borders comes with a price in human suffering America’s liberal news media will ever report; why because most are too interested in having fantasy time with their false prophet messiah. Brutal reality truth suggests that unspoken cost of free non-emergency medical care for illegal immigrants by Liberal Democrats makes them accountable for additional human suffering from:
1. Rape, sexual torture, slavery, kidnapping for ransom, and murder of thousands of illegal immigrant women, girls, and children during in transit smuggling process;

Final research conclusion might be a stretch, could it be that Democrat Party Liberals suffering from Compassion Deficit Disorders are just too blanked up to know they are blanked up?

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – Texas Drifter is asking what are Texas U.S. Republican Senator Hutchison’s motives in creating dissension in her own political party by not seeking re-election to her U.S. Senate office; and instead seeking to unseat Texas Republican Governor in potentially contentious primary campaign which could cost Texas conservative Republicans both Texas Governorship and U.S. Senate Office, and possibly many other political offices.

Being up front, Texas Drifter is no swooning fan of Texas U.S. Senator Cornyn or Texas Governor Perry as both are internationalist conservatives; while Texas Drifter is a nationalist conservative. Just side note to let readers know my interests are more curiosity than favoring one side over the other.

Back to Hutchison’s possible motives, list is generally short when evaluating motives:
1) Selfish personal or socialite vanity,
2) Selfish greed,
3) Selfish lust for more power,
4) Serving Texas anti-conservative aristocrat Republican ruling class,
5) Serving Texas conservative Republicans,
6) Serving citizens of Texas, or
7) Motive or motives not identified above.

Initial still unproven guess, motive not serving Republican Party as contentious primary campaign could cause primary “losers” to sit out election of Governor and U.S. Senate regardless of who wins: Perry or Hutchison. Neither option good for Republican Party.

Motive probably not serving citizens of Texas as election of Leninist-Obama supported Texas Governor and Texas U.S. Senator, based on Obama’s accomplishments will no doubt result in “Burn Texas Burn” state and federal policies.

Now on to Hutchison’s possible other motives; “National Journal’s 2007 Vote Ratings” show Hutchison at Liberal 24.8 and conservative 75.2. Cornyn on other hand is listed at Liberal 8.8 and conservative 91.2. Explanation of examples: “a score of 78 liberal means more liberal than 78 percent of colleagues” according to “National Journal 2007 Vote Ratings”. There are addition rating systems available so reader might do their own research.

This is the part where Texas Drifter seeks additional information to better understand Hutchison’s true motives for what seems a stranger than usual policy decision by a career politician. Answer might not seem as significant if potential consequences were not burn Texas burn.

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – Common sense answer to world’s simplest question, Judeo-Christian conservative patriots are infinitely better for America and America’s Constitutional Republic.

America’s need for “Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation” is a concept conceived two decades before Marshall’s Law Townhall became a gleam in this author’s mind, and would be good theme for another writing exercise.

Refresher original intent Article 2 Section IV United States Constitution: Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment, and Punishment, according to Law.

Show me where intent of Constitution is to exclude those not re-elected, not re-appointed to office, or those who resign from office; or civil servants whose employment is terminated, are exempt from provision defined in Article Two Section IV.

The following message is not a warning and certainly not a threat. The following message is Constitutional guarantee or promise.

Marxist-fascist Liberal Democrats including Blue Dog Democrats, elected and appointed; all public bureaucrats; and political zombies who commit domestic war crimes during “America’s Domestic Cold War” that they started; are subject to after being voted out of office or not reappointed or dismissed from office can be indicted and tried for Treason, Bribery, High Crimes including civil rights violations or corruption, and or misdemeanors. Any ill-gotten assets will be subject to civil damage trials by citizen victims.

Two “deepest pockets” in America are those belonging to members of anti-conservative aristocrats ruling class. Second deep pockets belong to public sector unions and individual bureaucrat retirement plans. “Domestic war crimes”, there is a plaintiff’s issue that will bring angry jury tears that trial lawyers will race to see.

This author spent many years managing legal investigations in both defense and plaintiff high dollar civil suits. Consider this bit of truth from an old professional “hired gun”. Trial lawyers are hired guns who target civil justice with compensation; time for conservatives to give trail lawyers a new target. I suggest domestic war crimes committed by local, state, and federal governments controlled by Marxist-fascist liberal Democrat and their accomplices.

Furthermore, it did not matter which side I worked for, plaintiff or defense; results of professional impartial investigations will always be same be they good, bad, or inclusive. These civil suits will force public unions to purge their ranks of totally incompetent and habitual screw ups; or public unions will be brought into civil trials as parties subject to contributory negligence.

Without secure domestic civil society, there will be no place for American citizens to enjoy and benefit from constitutional rule. Intelligence agencies, staff, and employees, and contacts; along with all military forces will be exempt from any and all civil trials seeking civil damages.
    
Perhaps a good starting case to consider, do not have to wait to Speaker of House Pelosi; and Senator Majority Leader Reed are impeached, as chances are they could soon be voted out of office. Statute of limitations for public citizens’ negligence, crimes, and abuses against private citizens should be endless or at least ten years even after defendant no longer holds or is employed in public office.

Citizens who lost or were intimidated into losing financial assets in nationalizing General Motors due too unconstitutional suspension of contract law should consider seeking civil justice by “naming as many as possible” for damages from obvious domestic war crimes. Obama and his Administration can be named when he is voted out of office and his Administration officials leave their offices when Obama leaves. Do not forget Blue Dog Democrats or private sector individuals and organizations who contributed to Obama’s war crimes are liable for their contributory actions.

Technicality, may not be able to seek personal civil damages  from politicians and public bureaucrats while in active service to America’s Constitutional Republic; let there be no doubt, Article Two Section IV provides justice for American citizens when elected officials and bureaucrats are no longer in office.

Your author hopes public unions fight keeping incompetent, corrupt, and abusive union members employed by public agencies; more career opportunities and money for hired guns. Most conservatives have to get past their naïve child like pilgrim attitude that only Marxist-fascist Liberal Democrats can use market place hired guns. Conservatives are acting like welfare beggars when they only support free lance professionals not fee lance professionals.

America is a great country when governments are managed and held accountable by constitutional law. Accountable now there is a word public servants should be re-introduced too.

Anger and hate have different definitions. Anger is defined as having strong feelings of displeasure. Hate represents extreme intense often irrational hostility and aversion usually from fear, anger, or sense of injury.

Citizens who do not have courage to call a child rapist at least a child molester are cowards. There are different kinds of human garbage, white trash, black trash, brown trash, and other colors of trash. Unlike landfill garbage which often smells bad, human trash can threaten entire families, communities, republics and nations. Why have standards, virtues like honesty and integrity, Ten Commandments, and Bill of Rights if political correctness governs; and free speech is not used to identify differences?

Astute wisdom does not buy into the argument “Devil made me do it”. Only excuse people like Obama, Obama’s Administration, Marxist Democrats including Blue Dogs, public subsidy addicts, and political zombies have for embarrassing Heaven, America, their voters, and their families are choices based on free will.

Judeo-Christian doctrine suggests: even Heaven gets angry; Heaven did not hate worshipers and those who tolerated Golden Calf; but was angry enough to make both groups wander around the desert for forty years.

Some Judeo-Christian doctrine suggests Heaven helps those who help themselves. Maybe you Americans who nonchalantly invoke God to bless America should stop asking for theological welfare and start fixing America’s problems yourselves.

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – What are odds that FEMA disaster relief camps could be used for political death camps?

How could anyone believe Democratic Party Liberals, President Obama his Administration, and political zombie supporters who publicly support aggressive euthanasia counseling and policies for elderly, chronically ill like those with AIDS, disabled children and veterans would not misuse FEMA disaster camps for nefarious politics?

How could anyone believe, these same people who hate "the" America and Americans so much that put them in charge of running earth's largest, wealthiest, most powerful free world constitutional republic, would not resort to misusing FEMA Disaster relief camps?

After all, are not these same liberals trying to bankrupt America with addiction like spending? These same Marxists have already nationalized America’s financial institutions, banks, vehicle manufacturing industry, housing mortgage industry, and want to nationalize private medical industry, oil industry and all other American industries.

Moving on to theme of this writing exercise, most important words in intelligence agent’s arsenal are why and how. Why are bad guys doing “X” and how do bad guys intend to do “why”?

Preliminary outline premonition based on decades of intelligence, investigation, and security experiences. Why Obama and Democrats changed “terrorist attack” to “man made disaster”? Key word is disaster look for government agency dealing with disasters, FEMA. Follow up on FEMA mandates and camp management.

Next question how to get citizens into camps, most will go seeking relief from government declared “disaster”. Follow up on legislation by Cameron County,Texas to use domestic law enforcement to possibly force remaining citizens into camps.

Question how to create man-made disaster for politicl ambitions, neutralize effectiveness of CIA with political investigations which intimidates other intelligence agencies to not continue engaging in activities which reduces threats from terrorist attacks on American soil.

Use eventual attack or attacks on American soil to declare martial law and have citizens moved into FEMA camps. If terrorists are astute they will attack when it looks like Democrats efforts to steal next federal election will not be successful.

How can Democrats insure above plan does not fail, cut communications lines among conservatives and patriots; specifically internet, talk radio shows, and conservative print columnists. No need for Democrats and Obama’s Administration to worry about main stream media as ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN. MSNBC, PBS along with most major newspapers are propaganda loyalists serving Obama not journalists. It will be no problem for government to disrupt cell phone services.

As possible odds for FEMA death camps has been established, time to do research, review strategic options, and follow with what ever follows.

She's announced a new term: "man-caused disaster." From an interview with the German magazine Der Spiegel: Madame Secretary, in your first testimony to the US Congress as Homeland Security Secretary you never mentioned the word "terrorism." Does Islamist terrorism suddenly no longer pose a threat to your country?
NAPOLITANO: Of course it does. I presume there is always a threat from terrorism. In my speech, although I did not use the word "terrorism," I referred to "man-caused" disasters. That is perhaps only a nuance, but it demonstrates that we want to move away from the politics of fear toward a policy of being prepared for all risks that can occur.

FEMA: Child of the Cold War: excerpts from

Some Excerpts:
President Jimmy Carter created the Federal Emergency Management Agency with Executive Order 12148 on July 20, 1979 (it is Appendix C). According to FEMA's official history of itself, the new agency "absorbed the Federal Insurance Administration, the National Fire Prevention and Control Administration, the National Weather Service Community Preparedness Program, the Federal Preparedness Agency of the General Services Administration, and the Federal Disaster Assistance Administration activities from HUD." Almost as an afterthought, the FEMA web site adds, "Civil defense responsibilities were also transferred to the new agency from the Defense Department's Defense Civil Preparedness Agency."

FEMA understandably wishes to downplay its having absorbed the tasks of this last agency. "Defense Civil Preparedness Agency" was the final name for the Office of Civil and Defense Mobilization created after World War II with a mandate to plan America's domestic responses to nuclear war. The resulting plans covered relocation of key government leaders to secure shelter, relocation of civilians, control of all aspects of the economy, control of the civilian population in case of panic or riots, control of all communications media and transportation systems, and detention of groups of civilians to be designated-in short, plans for control of nearly every aspect of life in the United States if nuclear war threatened or occurred. FEMA assumed these responsibilities.

Some insight into these planning efforts appeared in the December 1998 Reason magazine, where Jodie Allen, former editor of the "Outlook" section of the Washington Post, wrote of his experiences in the 1960s as a planner with FEMA's predecessor agencies. As an example of fine detail in the planning, Allen described calculating livestock breeding rates achieved by different strategies in different scenarios, including attacks mostly by air explosions of nuclear bombs (lighter fallout) and mostly by ground explosions (heavier fallout). (The best strategy he discovered was to reduce herds to the sustainable minimum proportion of males, to conserve feed.) While Allen's article said that many claims about FEMA are "preposterous" and that the agency's aims were "ultimately benign," he did admit, "Though it didn't occur to me much at the time. we were indeed planning to 'take over' the country, in a manner of speaking."

Just exactly what FEMA and its predecessor agencies planned for America in the event of a nuclear attack remains classified. Until the collapse of the Soviet Union, a substantial portion of FEMA's budget was not only classified but also dwarfed spending for such "non-national" disasters as earthquakes, hurricanes, and floods.

A 1992 study by the Cox Newspapers Group found that during 1982-1992 FEMA's budgets included only $243 million for disaster relief but $2.9 billion for "black" and classified operations. The Cox study also estimated that one-third of FEMA's employees during that period worked on classified projects. Even after the collapse of the Soviet Union, much of FEMA's budget remained "black"; in 1993, for example, approximately 27% of FEMA's budget was for classified projects.

The imbalance of spending left FEMA poorly prepared for natural disasters, a shortcoming dramatically illustrated in August 1992, when Hurricane Andrew smashed into south Florida and caused more damage than any other natural disaster in American history. The city manager of Homestead, an especially hard-hit city south of Miami, asked to borrow about one hundred hand-held radios from FEMA to replace the destroyed radio system of Homestead's police and fire departments. It turned out that FEMA did not have any such portable radio systems in its inventory, but did have-and sent-several radiation-resistant vans with communications gear capable of sending encrypted messages via satellite or shortwave radio to military aircraft or ships anywhere in the world. Ready to spring to Florida's aid with this impressive technology, FEMA was slow to provide such basics as temporary housing, water purification, sanitation systems, and other critical supplies.

After the Hurricane Andrew fiasco, the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) reviewed FEMA's operations and released a report early in the Clinton administration. NAPA recommended spinning off as many of FEMA's classified and national security operations as possible to the Department of Defense. The Clinton administration quickly adopted this recommendation, and in 1994 only $7.5 million of FEMA's budget was classified.

In 1995-1999 the FEMA budget more than doubled. Critics charged that FEMA was turning into a dispensary of political pork, and that inconveniences were too easily being declared disasters. For example, before 1993 no snowstorms were disasters, but in the next four years almost fifty snowstorms counted as such, causing FEMA funds to flow to the affected localities. In 1996, FEMA declared seventy-five disasters, roughly one for every five days of the year.

FEMA resumed attack-response planning in 1996 with the passage of the Defense Against Weapons of Mass Destruction Act, which charged it with coordinating the federal response to any terrorist (including biological, chemical, and nuclear) attacks. This role increased during Clinton's second term and more after September 11, 2001. Today FEMA has a presidential mandate to coordinate its activities with the new Office of Homeland Security and develop an "all hazards" approach to homeland security planning.

CONTINUITY OF GOVERNMENT (COG) PROGRAMS
Most of FEMA's classified spending has probably been for continuity of government (COG) programs-that is, activities deemed essential to survival of the nation in case of nuclear attack, terrorist attack, or any other event that would endanger the functioning of civil government or the lives of national leaders.

The Constitution is silent about COG, probably because its authors did not conceive the possibility of the sudden annihilation of most of the civilian government. World War II, with the introduction of long-range missiles and atomic weapons, made that possibility vivid, motivating two new laws in 1947. The first extended the line of presidential succession to the speaker of the House of Representatives, the president pro tem of the Senate, and various members of the Cabinet. The second, the lengthy National Security Act, created the Department of the Air Force and the Central Intelligence Agency and authorized the creation of the National Security Agency. It also greatly increased the government's ability to classify information (such as items in the federal budget) for national security reasons.

Responding to the growing Soviet nuclear threat, President Truman issued Executive Order 10346 on April 17, 1952, directing federal agencies to plan for the continuation of their essential operations in case of nuclear war or other catastrophe. The phrase "continuity of government" first appeared in this order ...

... the expansion of FEMA's mandate during the I Reagan administration to include capabilities to detain American citizens, as had happened to Japanese-American citizens in World War II. This plan developed during a military exercise known as Readiness Exercise 1984, or "Rex 84."

In April, 1984 President Reagan signed Presidential Directive 54, authorizing FEMA to conduct a simulation of a "state of domestic national emergency" declared as a result of a U.S. military operation in Central America...

The first reports about Rex 84 appeared in the Miami Herald on July 5,1987 (this is the report referred to by Representative Brooks). According to the Herald, the plan the Rex 84 group produced called for the detention of up to 400,000 undocumented immigrants in internment centers at military bases around the country. (These would eventually become known as the "Rex 84 camps.") If necessary, U.S. military forces, including the National Guard, would be deployed for domestic law enforcement, and state and local military commanders could assume control of state and local governments if so directed by the president. Rex 84 also included plans for suspension of the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution for the duration of the national emergency. While undocumented immigrants were the only ones targeted for detention during the Rex 84 exercise, the logistics of interning American citizens would essentially be the same.

One aim of the Rex 84 exercise was to determine what types of national emergency would be severe enough to persuade the majority of Americans to accept even a temporary suspension of normal Constitutional government. Among the severe enough situations identified by the Rex 84 group were a nuclear attack, imminent threat of nuclear war, massive terrorist attacks in the United States, simultaneous rioting in major American cities, a widespread natural or environmental disaster, and a devastating economic depression.

So is there a current plan based upon the lessons learned during Rex 84 waiting to be put into effect with a presidential signature? We don't know, but in the wake of the September 11 attacks such a possibility must be taken seriously.

Presenting other side of issue whether camps already exist, reports by Glenn Beck, Popular Mechanics, and Fox News; have presented information that no FEMA “concentration” camps were determined to exist.

Question still remains can “natural disaster relief camps” which would have different appearing infra-structures than concentration camps  double as holding facilities  for political prisoners following “man-caused disaster”? The goal of Hitler’s concentration camps was extermination. Objectives of Stalin’s “concentration camps were “re-education, disappearance, and possible death from poor living conditions.”

FEMA disaster camps used for Obama’s and Democrats political security will more likely follow Stalin’s than Hitler’s concentration camps. Citizens out looking for gas chambers are probably wasting their time. Being satirically cruel, who needs gas chambers when pharmaceutical euthanasia promoted by Obama health care is more cost effective.

Two ways for Americans to enter these camps voluntarily or by public sector detainment. Following report might be of interest: A new Texas state law will allow police to arrest people who don’t leave town under mandatory evacuation orders.

As it stood, officials could not compel people to evacuate, only warn that those who stay behind won’t have any emergency services at their disposal. The new law gives county judges and mayors the power to authorize use of “reasonable force” to remove people from the area.

The law, passed this year, took effect Sept. 1, in the heart of hurricane season in Texas. It also applies to other disasters, such as fires or floods. Orign of law can be traced from local governments like Cameron County, Texas to Texas state government through Omnibus Disaster Preparation Bill back to FEMA.

Now to catalysis for man-made disaster to justify getting people into Obama’s FEMA Re-Education Camps. Citizens who doubt suicidal stupidity of allowing America last politicians to conduct liberal ideological vendettas to destroy or reduce effectiveness of intelligence agencies like CIA and armed forces intelligence agencies need not accept my conclusions, in fact I challenge you to not accept Marshall’s Law Townhall conclusions.

Go ask, and I am sure you can find at least one individual you would trust with your country’s security, your constitutional republic’s future, and your families lives health, and liberties. Ask this person who you would trust with everything you love, honor and value; their views on Democrats, Obama, and Obama Administration trying to lynch CIA agents and Former Bush officials who protected you from further Islamic fascist terrorist attacks on American soil after 911.

Moving on to background analysis between Texas Revolution in 1830’s and America’s Domestic Cold started in 2009 by Democrats, Obama, and Obama’s Administration against every tradition, principle, and anything else most Americans love, honor and respect about their country, constitutional republic, and economic system based primarily on ethical capitalism.

Mexico’s President and General, Santa Anna’s primary security objective was protecting his communications lines from Mexico City to Texas battlefields. Santa Anna had two options, storm Alamo or surround fort to insure no Texans left to disrupt his communications then returned to fort. Santa Anna’s officers wanted him to surround Alamo then go after Houston with all dispatch.

General Sam Houston knew Santa Anna’s objectives, Houston also knew Santa Anna’s pride and vanity would cause him to choose option one and storm and destroy Alamo no matter costs or time spent. Santa Anna’s choice delayed his pursuit of Houston for almost two weeks which was fortunate for General Sam and the one battle army he used to defeat Santa Anna at San Jacinto.

America’s Domestic Cold War scenario is slightly different for Democrats, Obama, and Obama’s Administration. Obama has seen effectiveness of internet, and talk radio in hands of conservatives, patriots, and non-Marxist Americans. Success for Santa Anna was defending his communications system; success for Obama unlike Santa Anna can only be achieved by destroying enemies’ communication components.
Problem for Obama is “right wing”  communications which has thus far derailed     
Obama’s “legacy marker” socialized medicine, and has proven that it can out  perform Obama’s communications system built around government propaganda distributed by main stream news electronic-print media and celebrity liberals.

Another difference between Texas Revolution of 1830’s and America’s Domestic Cold War is American citizens have no General Sam out there building an army to defeat bad guys. Good guys are on their own and must defend integrity and independence of internet and talk radio until sufficient numbers of Americans; start using every Heaven provided inalienable and constitutional right to take back their federal, state, and local governments from America last politicians.

In closing, Marshall’s Law Townhall odds of conservatives losing communications system and ending up in some Obama FEMA Re-education Camp ninety percent to one hundred percent. Successfully defending communication system components internet integrity and independence, along with radio talk shows and print columnists; odds of staying out of Obama FEMA Re-education Camps maybe fifty-fifty; there are few sure bets in domestic cold wars, and fewer still in civil wars, wars against terrorists, and wars between nations. 
 
Not knowing how professional odds makers determine odds, discretion suggests that letting professional odds makers from Las Vegas of somewhere else suggest more realistic odds would better serve reading public.
