Marshall’s Law Dateline – Brutal realities: first, most tyrants can not be talked into peacefully surrendering power; second, as America's Cold War was better option than World War III; domestic cold war will be better option than Second American Civil War. This players’ short handbook to contemporary politics is not that complicated for patriotic students of history.
This Player’s Handbook to U.S. Politics, is based on two premises, Progressive Liberal Democrats are obsessed with lust for centralized tyrannical power which is leading America down the road to unconstitutional political tyrannies. Republican establishment aristocrats are obsessed with lust for centralized greed which is leading Americans down the road to unconstitutional economic tyrannies.
Now reader does not have to ponder why and how Progressive Liberal Democrats and Republican establishment aristocrats could be allies. One clue is that both sides are internationalists, Democrats representing internationalist anti-American Marxist-fascists.
As for Republican establishment aristocrats, they are devoted to internationalist one world unethical capitalist too big to prosecute banking system. These modern day moneylenders resemble those that Christ kicked out of the temple. RINOs renounce historical facts that Adam Smith, Presidents Jefferson, Jackson, and Lincoln denounced concept of an American centralized banking oligarchy unaccountable to constitutional due processes.
Reader can determine if Federal Reserve represents a centralized banking oligarchy unaccountable to constitutional due processes by turning over rocks to discover puppet masters of the following: 1) banks owning Federal Reserve, 2) Federal Reserve Board of Governors, and 3) Federal Reserve Chairman. Reader might be shocked to learn how many trillions of America’s tax payer dollars the Federal Reserve has funneled to international banks. Guess that will only be revealed once Federal Reserve is publicly audited?
Contemporary good guys in U.S. politics: Judeo-Christians, conservatives, constitutionalists, ethical capitalists, Reagan Democrats, and other assorted patriots.
Contemporary bad guys in U.S. politics: Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats and their allies like many public sector bureaucrats, many public sector unions, professional public subsidy addicts, special interest groups like green industries, some bigoted racist minorities and special interest members, entertainment leftist court jesters, reader can add to list. Plus Republican establishment aristocrats, Moderate Republicans and RINOs example Governor Chris Christie, reader can add to list.
Also on the list of contemporary bad guys are: Islamic-fascist terrorists, illegal immigrants and other non-citizens on American soil seeking to disrupt domestic tranquility or threaten national security.
Players that can than be found on both good and bad sides are: allies, collaborators, spies, and traitors. These are conflict players that often determine outcome of cold wars.
Players list after conclusion of cold war has been determined: winners and losers.
Some suggestions for reader to consider if reader wishes to end up among winning players:
1. Marshall’s theory and equation for social power;
2. Importance of knowing all players’ motivations, and knowing bad guys on both sides;
3. One battle at a time, while preparing for next battles – repeat process;
4. Sufficient resources including secure communications and internal security;
5. Never forget winners takes all, and loser depends on winners mercy;
6. Review Marshall’s "up close and personal strategy" (reference All Right Magazine Are You Too Blanked Up To Survive Obama?). Especially since good guys are confronting two domestic threats: Progressive Aristocrats, and Republican aristocrat establishment;
7. As there were many shadow wars in America’s Cold War from early 1950’s to 1980’s; there will be many shadow wars in America’s domestic cold war. Odds are America’s domestic cold war will be a war of attrition as was America’s international cold war. Again, as in America’s first cold war, good guys should retain sufficient power resources to prevent bad guys from starting major civil war bad guys know they can and could never survive. Good Guys strategy is to maintain sufficient social and political power until bad guys self destruct just like the Soviets.
America’s Founding Fathers left Good Guys Second Amendment to save and rebuild Heaven’s favorite republic in times like contemporary times. Good Guys need to understand Bad Guys alliances have been engaged in domestic cold war against Good Guys traditions, values, principles, and Constitutional Republic since President Eisenhower.
Future patriot historians will record President Reagan won America’s first Cold War, and bought Good Guys time to recognize that they were involved in domestic cold war. Texas Drifter is not meaning to write redundantly, twenty-five years since Reagan’s Administration should be long enough for Americans to accept the obvious and accept the challenge.

Best documents to defend Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. Best economic system, ethical capitalism; best motivations: oaths to uphold, protect, and defend. Best reasons, their families, loved ones, and friends. Again reader can add to list.
Reader’s assignment question: Texas Drifter in his class “Spy As a Verb: Art and Ethics of Surveillance” can teach a monkey to pull a trigger; teaching a human when to pull a trigger is entirely different class. True or False
Power politics conflicts are not games or sporting events; there are no “do-overs” to change permanent realities. Before reader starts to complain about Texas Drifter being a warmonger; reader should disprove observation that domestic cold war is preferable to America’s Second Civil War.
