Translation, premature greed contributing to premature death is a capital offense which demands due process justice in most civilized societies.

Roots and definition of word citizencide:
1. citizen – a native or naturalized, not illegal immigrant, who owes allegiance to a government and is entitled to reciprocal protection from that government
2. cide – kill not in self defense or murder
3. citizencide – government which murders its own citizens

Sometimes it is better to let reader determine their own conclusions; as they are more likely to remember their own conclusions, than answer or answers provided by another person. Answering the following questions should provide reader with starting clues to their own conclusions.
